The morning sun was shining brightly as Patresiah, her parents, and Zhian, her fluffy dog, piled into the car. They were heading to Manila for a fun-filled day of exploring. Patresiah was excited, especially that her dad said they will go somewhere which could really make her happy.
As they drove, Patresiah couldn't stop looking out the window. The city was bustling with life, and she loved seeing all the different buildings and people.
"Daddy, look! It's so beautiful over here!" Patresiah said, pointing to her left.
"Isn't it pretty here?" her mother asked.
"Yes, Mom. I thought it wouldn't be like this, but it's nice. I'm just a little surprised."
"Where are we going, Dad? Are we still far?" she asked.
"We're in traffic, honey, but don't worry, we're almost there. Just relax and enjoy the ride," her dad replied.
While they were stuck in traffic, many people stared at her because she was so beautiful, like a goddess.
"Mom, can you video me so we have memories, please?" she asked.
"I've been filming you since a while ago, honey, you just didn't notice," her mom said, looking out the window.
After a while  they finally reached the Manila Zoo, Patresiah was amazed. She saw monkeys swinging through the trees, elephants with their long trunks, and even a beautiful tiger. Zhian, usually a bit scared, was even excited, wagging his tail happily as he sniffed all the interesting smells.
"Daddy, it's so beautiful! I love it !" she exclaimed, completely mesmerized.
"Hahaha, honey, smile! I'm taking a picture," her mom said.
Patresiah smiled as her mom snapped a photo. "My daughter is so beautiful," her mom said proudly.
"Like me," her dad said. "Let's go over to the other side," he added.
"I wanna touch the elephant. Can I go closer?" she asked the zookeeper standing near their area.
"Yes, Ms. You can," the zookeeper replied.
"Wait a minute, honey, do that's a kind one ? What if  you'll get hurt," her mom said, worried.
"No, ma'am, it's a friendly elephant. If you want, I can accompany her and she can touch it with me," the zookeeper said.
"Okay, thank you," her mom said.
Patresiah approached the elephant and hugged it, while her mom took pictures.
"One more, Mommy! I want to ride it with zhian." she said.
"What?!" her mom exclaimed, surprised.
"It's okay, ma'am, don't panic, I can ensure her safety," the zookeeper reassured her.
"Thank you. I'm sorry about my daughter, she just came back to the Philippines recently, so she's a little excited," her mom explained.
"It's okay, it's normal. That's what teenagers are like," the zookeeper replied. "Okay, climb up, I'll help you up."
"Okay, I'm a little heavy, sorry about that. I'll go on a diet next time," she joked to the zookeeper .
After her mom finished taking pictures, Patresiah didn't know how to get down because it was so high. The zookeeper offered to help her down, but her dad said, "I'll carry her," and he lifted her down.
"Thank you, Daddy, I love you! I really enjoyed it here."
"Hahaha, honey, that's just the beginning. Later on we'll go somewhere, we will tour the manila" her dad said and by hearing that she was more excited.
After the zoo, they went to a park with a stunning view of the city. Patresiah took lots of pictures, and her parents were happy to see her so excited. They sat on a bench, enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful scenery.
 "I like here mom can we visit her again soon? " She ask . "Yes" here dad and mom said. 
"What do you like more, nature or buildings, honey?" her dad asked as they relaxed in the fresh air.
"Both daddy but I want to experience spending time with nature, " She said.
"Ask your mom what she likes," her dad said, nudging her.
"Mom, what do you like?" she asked.
"Oh, don't believe your dad, sweetie, he's just joking," her mom said, laughing.
"Hahaha, you know Why she didn't  want to tell you?" her dad asked.
"Nope, but wait, why, Dad?" she asked.
"Because she used to love nature and... don't finish that!" her mom said to her dad, stopping him from saying more.
"Hahaha mom noooooo let him , I wanna know."
"That's already a pass honey when we're are a lover." Her mom said, "anddddddd" her dad add, "stopppp hahaha I gonna kick oh if you keep trying to say anything " she added.
"Never mind honey your mom was so touchy. Her. Dad said while laughing. "Better to relax in here the air was so fresh, you guys just relax, enjoy with the fresh air, then in 11:30 let's take a lunch.
After 11:20 they so in a high class restaurant for lunch, they tried a delicious Filipino dish called "adobo," which Patresiah loved. She also had a yummy mango shake, something she'd never tried before. Her parents and Zhian also enjoyed their meal, with with getting some tasty treats of his own.
 "I like adobo, my favorite , you already cook this before mom right?  She ask.
"Yes before why do you like it?"  Her mom ask
"Yes mom it's good." She responded " ok then I'll tell your grandma to cook for you tomorrow before we arrive at the province." She said while eating.
"That's sounds great mom , but I hope they can" she said.
"Of course they will." Her dad said.
"Ok then enjoy for now another day to enjoy tomorrow hahaha" she said to her parents and they laugh at her. "Here you go zhian try this 1 it's yummmmmm." 
Zhian silently eat here food."daddy can you order some desert plsss " she ask here dad. 
"Sure honey wait a minute" her dad response then called the Waiter then after then done their launch they go at the museum then took a boat ride on a river.
The rest of the day was filled with more adventures. They visited a museum, walked through a colorful market, and even took a boat ride on a river. Patresiah couldn't believe how much fun she was having, and she knew she'd remember this day forever.
" Let's go here again. It's beautiful." She said while looking at the river. "Mom, is there any fish at here," she added.
"I don't know, maybe in the middle, honey," her mom said while recording.
"You're still videoing, bhe?" her dad asked her mom.
"Yes, bhe. Say hello. I'll post it later," she responded.
"Hello guys! It's more fun in the Philippines!" he shouted. "Everyone, try the Fantastic River, found only in Luzon!" her dad added.
"Hahaha stop bhe it's sound bad to the ear, honey," her wife said.
"Bhe I'm just kidding, but look this view are totally amazing." Her dad said while hugging her mom.
"I wanna play some music it's more enjoyable with music " she said while her parents are hugging each other while enjoying the view.
"Wanna join? Let's do group hug come honey" here mom said. 
" No mom I'm ok I'll just hug you zhian" she said while hugging zhian then she give him a kiss.
"I know zhian was enjoying too look how quit he was watching over the view" her dad said while laughing at zhian because he was so busy watching every where .
"We're same dad hahaha" she said " we lots of similarities right zhian?" She added while hugging her dog touching his fluffy fur and after their river ride adventure it's already 8:00 at the night even the surrounding was beautiful and full of lights but her parents decided to go home because it's already 8 the evening.
As they drove back home, Patresiah felt happy and tired. She had seen so many amazing things, tasted delicious food, and spent quality time with her family and Zhian. Manila had been an incredible experience, and she couldn't wait to come back again someday....
