“WOW! YOUR MITOS’ penthouse is amazing! Take a look at the view. It's like you're on top of the world!” Bham said as she stared out the glass window of the guestroom in the penthouse condo where Mitos had taken Love.
She lost, arguing with him that he should just take her back to her house. He was the one driving the car, and they were all just too tired so she just let him do whatever he wanted. 
He just asked Bham to send her her dress who had been waiting for their arrival at the condo. They cried when they finally got reunited. She was still a little shaken until now. She was really traumatized when she almost got sold at that club. If ‘Mitos’ didn’t come just in time, her life would have been ruined for
real. She didn’t know if she could ever bear that.
“He said this condo was not his. His friend owned this but he was abroad. Mitos was just staying here while his house was still under construction,” Love said. But she had a strong feeling that it was really owned by that man.
She knew Mitos. He easily gets overwhelmed by high places. He preferred being by the sea. He even said one time that he didn’t stop praying while he was on the plane. Unlike this “Mitos” who was very much at home with high places. 
"The house he was building must be pretty awesome too. He probably did earn a lot working abroad. Mind you, he didn't even react when that bastard Andres raised the price for you and Kulas. He just signed the check and handed it over.”
Love just smiled. He really was cool at that time. He even seemed like he could buy Andres’ soul and everyone else’s in that damn club. And he looked like he was used to doing that.
Love couldn’t imagine Mitos doing the same thing. The two were really different from each other. 
"Mitos loves you that much, huh," Bham teased and sat beside Love. "You’re really lucky."
Yes, she was lucky. Earlier she thought she was the most miserable person in the world. Now she was like a princess and in the safest place somewhere. Her debt had been paid but there was still something that was bothering her.
She brushed the hair of her cousin who was still sleeping. “Do you really think he loves me?” But her question was directed not to Mitos but to that guy who was pretending to be Mitos.
"Of course. He was very worried when you didn’t show up at the mall. He felt like you were hiding from him. And when he found out Epong was messing up with you, he immediately went to your house. He almost went berserk when he found out Epong had taken you away. He was really angry. Such a pity I didn't get to witness when he took you away from that club because he told me not to come for there might be trouble. He doesn’t want me to get hurt. So sweet!” Bham hugged herself. “I think I also want to dance naked in the club. Then a handsome fine man would approach me and…”
"He will cover you with his coat?” she asked.
"No. He will hug me, kiss me, and…” She let out a suppressed scream. “You know, the things you haven’t experienced yet because you’re still a virgin.”
Love blushed at where her imagination was running to. “You’re such a cringe, Ate! Now I feel like my trauma’s coming back because of you.”
"Don't tell me you don’t fantasize about Mitos?” Bham dropped herself on the bed. “I also want a man who will save me and love me. You really are such a lucky girl!”
"He’s not in love with me. He's just making up for all the years he had forgotten about me.”
“What? Making up? Doesn’t seem like it. He’s doing so much just to make it up to you, don’t you think? Over the top concern, rushing over to that club and paying a huge amount. ”
“Because he was really guilty for leaving me before. With all the pains I’ve been through, he was never there to help me. But I don't believe it's love,” she said, shaking her head. “Plus, he’s rich now. He could easily earn back that two hundred thousand.”
“For me, it’s love. Because he risks his life for you.”
Maybe if it was the real Mitos who did those, she would still believe that it was out of love. But this Mitos with her now, he was a stranger to her. She had no idea what his motive was for helping her. She doesn’t know why was pretending to be Mitos.
They were interrupted when “Mitos” knocked on the door and peeked to check upon them. “Hi! Are you comfortable here?”
“Yes,” she said. “Thank you. You can go to sleep now too. You don’t have to worry about us here.”
“Okay. Just knock on my door in the other room if you need anything. Goodnight!”
It was about to close the door when Bham said something. "No goodnight kiss?”
"Ate Bham!" Love protested. This was really embarrassing! Goodnight kiss? He might think she was desperate for “Mitos’” kiss.
"S-Sure," ‘Mitos’ said hesitantly but he still entered the room and approached Love.
He bent down and she inhaled the fragrant smell of the soap he used when he showered earlier. Memories of that day when she first gave him a massage came back to her when all he had on was just a towel. She had touched his naked body. The body that hugged and protected her from the perverted eyes of men when she was almost naked at the club earlier. And now he was about to kiss her.
She was a little surprised when she felt his lips touch her cheek. "Goodnight, Love."
She was just stunned until he got out of the room. It was as if time had stopped when he kissed her. And it was just on the cheek. What if he had kissed her on the lips?
Bham elbowed her playfully. “Are you okay? You looked like you’ve been to Mars already.”
"H-He kissed me?" she said in a whispered voice.
“What kiss? He just kissed you on the cheek.” Bham sighed. “He didn't even kiss the tip of my finger. So unfair. Let's just go to sleep.”
She was still staring at the ceiling because she couldn’t sleep. Her companions had been snoring for quite some time now. Who was really that man pretending to be Mitos? What’s up with him that he was messing up her world with just a simple kiss? Why was he helping her when he didn't really know her?
And why did she wish that he was her ex-boyfriend for real?
Should she tell him that she was not really blind?
