She stopped dancing and placed her hands on his chest. “Don't panic. Okay? We cannot depend on your generosity forever. We both have our own lives to live. Kulas and I will be fine on our own. We had bigger problems before but we still managed to survive. You have nothing to worry about anymore because I’m okay now. You already fixed my problems so you don't have to worry about me anymore.”
He can finally move on with his life. He can marry Janice now. She just hoped Janice would love him the way he deserved it, while she would be happy loving him from a distance. 
“Love, don't leave. I don't want you to,” he pleaded. There was anguish in his voice that made her wonder. It was like she was the most important thing in his life and he didn’t want to lose her. "I told your father I'll take care of you until he comes for you." 
“I’ll tell my father you no longer have any responsibilities to me. If you’re worried about me, you can visit me to check if I’m really doing okay. If you're too busy, you can send Marvin to check on us.”
"Yaya Rosa will miss you," he said. "That’s why you can't leave."
She gave out a slight smile. Seemed like this was going to be a long argument. “Yaya Rosa knows I'm leaving and it's okay with her. I told her I’ll come by from time to time to visit her.”
He touched her shoulder and planted a kiss on her forehead. "I’ll be sad. I don’t want to miss you, that's why I don’t want you to leave. Please don’t go, Love. I will do everything just to make you stay.”
She closed her eyes firmly. What was Eron doing to her? She becomes weak whenever he pleads. He was making it hard for her. She was ready to leave his life. She was letting him go so he could be happy with the woman he loves. Does she really need to stay by his side just to get hurt even more? He might get hurt in the end because she could ruin his relationship with Janice.
"Enough, Eron." She caressed his cheek. "You don't have to do anything anymore. You already did so much for me and my family. I will never forget the way you’ve cared for me even when I’m far from you.”
She had enough trouble in her life. She didn’t want to mess up Eron’s life anymore. She was just a temporary thing in his life. No matter how much she wanted to stay longer, she really has to give him up now.
“It would feel like I would lose my sight if I didn't have you in my life. Don’t go, Lovellia. I love you.
And I will love you for the rest of my life. Please stay.”
He touched her cheek and earnestly claimed her lips. She wasn’t able to say anything anymore. Eron loves her and he is kissing her now. Was she just dreaming? Hallucinating?
Was her hallucination so intense that she could feel his hot lips enticing her to answer his kisses? No.
This was not just an imagination. She was melting in his arms. Even her heart was melting with the confession of his love.
She was overwhelmed by the sensation she was feeling. If Eron was just joking with him, she hoped it would take a while before he declared that it was just a joke. She wanted to believe that he really loved her.
She wanted to believe that his kisses were real. Even for a short while, she could drive Janice out of their lives.  
He just wanted them to have this moment before he disappeared from her life.
"Why are you doing this, Eron?" she whispered when their lips parted and he hugged her. "It's impossible that you’re in love with me." Only then she cleared her mind. Eron would never love someone like her.
"Why is it impossible?" he asked. “Because you are blind? I don’t care! My heart never based my feelings on whether you could see or not when I fell in love with you. It is your character that shines. It’s your good heart that I see. It’s hard to explain how I feel but when has it ever been easier to explain? It doesn’t matter why. The only important thing now is that I am sure of how I feel about you.”
She wanted to believe that Eron truly loves her. Who was she to deny his love? She even thought she would never hear that from him, even if it's just a joke. But she couldn’t live with dreams. That's impossible in the world that Eron lives in.
"Janice… told me I should stay away from you."
"She went to see you?"
"Yes." She lowered her head. She could feel the tears from the side of her eyes. Because it hurts. She wished she had heard those words from him before when Janice was still out of the picture. “She said you would have been married by now if it wasn’t for that accident you got involved in. And now that you are okay, there’s no reason for your wedding not to push through. I don't want to be a nuisance in your life, Eron.”
"Is that why you’re leaving? Because you thought you were messing up our lives?" He touched her chin and forced her to look up to him. His jaw clenched when he saw her tears. He caressed her cheek. “She was just lying. Everything she said to you about me, or my relationship with her, is not true.”
"Who was she really in your life?" she asked irritably.
"She's… we used to have a relationship." He sighed. “But I never asked her to marry me. She was just retaliating because she wanted us to get back together but I rejected her. And she wasn’t used to being rejected. Janice is such a brat. It's time she realized that not because she wanted something, means that she would get it.”
She stopped crying. “Why would you reject her? She is beautiful and she’s rich. You two will look good together.”
“So what if she’s beautiful and rich? I already had my share of women like her all these years. They weren’t able to capture my heart.
You are the only one who won my heart. You are more beautiful than Janice inside and out. Do you believe me?”
"I do not know." Who knows if he was just fooling her. Or maybe later on he would realize that she was not the woman that he wanted.
"But I know that I love you too."
His face brightened. “Y-You love me too? I mean, you still haven’t lost your feelings for me?”
She hugged him by his neck. “No. I didn’t love the old Mitos in you. I love you as a new Mitos. As Eron. I don't want to remember your past anymore. Because I believe that as Eron, you will not hurt me again.”
He clutched her waist and pulled her closer to him. “You won’t regret this, Love. I swear. ”
She didn’t regret it. How would she regret it if Eron made her happy with his love? Everything was uncertain. She would just live by the moment. She would take advantage of these moments that she was able to be happy because of his love.
