“WOW! YOUR DATE IS later tonight but he already sent you a talking watch and a talking cellphone as gifts. I wonder what he will give you on your actual date. Talking car? Talking house and lot?”
Love closed the gift box that Eron sent her as a gift and turned to Bham. "I'll give this back afterward."
She was in the faculty room of the School for the Blind where she returned to volunteering. She was going to assist a music class today. She also had an interview at a massage clinic that will open soon. She wanted a normal job already. This time, she would no longer appear in front of people as a blind person.
“Don't give it back! It will be a waste of things. How about donating these here for the benefit of the children? Maybe I’ll just ask him to give these to me instead,” Bham said as she took the box from Love.
"I really can't imagine you’ll let go of your ex. If I were you, I’ll cling to him until he gets sick of me.”
Love sighed. If only Bham knew how many times she was tempted to do just that. “He had helped more than enough. He doesn't have to be responsible for me forever.”
She was gonna tell Eron the truth real soon. She just wanted to enjoy the last few days they have together. She knew he would disappear from her life forever the moment he knew the truth about her. He would finally stop pretending to be Mitos. Those happy memories were all she could have.
Their conversation stopped when someone came into the faculty room. 
"Miss Lovelia Andrada?" Janice Barredo stood in front of her. "Do you still remember me?"
“Miss Barredo? You’re Eron's friend.” She smiled. "It's good to see you here."
Bham frowned. She had told her about this Janice woman before. And she didn’t know what brought Janice here to their school. She was certain she didn’t go there to help with the kids. This was the woman who treated people with disabilities like they were bacterias.
“You have a good memory. Not bad for a blind person,” Janice said with sarcasm. She sat on the sofa opposite them.
"Miss, there are many blind people that are even smarter than you," Bham said. She has a sharp tongue today. 
Janice's eyes narrowed and she pulled out a cigarette. “Can you tell her to get out of here? You’re the only one I want to talk to, Miss Andrada.”
“Ay! So stupid really!” Bham blurted out. "There was already a sign that says you can’t smoke here, yet you’re still smoking here.” Bham put her hand on her hips. “I'm sorry but I won't leave my friend here. We don’t even know you. Who knows what you’ll do to my friend.”
Janice was forced to put the cigarette back in its gold case and threw it inside her bag. “Fine! I’ll go straight to the point then. I want you to leave Eron alone, Miss Andrada. You’re bothering our relationship too much already.”
Love felt like a big wave hit her body. Here was the woman who was part of Eron’s real world. A reminder that she should not stay much longer in Eron's life. This woman was probably the one whom he truly loves.
"You two have a relationship?" Bham asked as if she had gone deaf because of what Janice just told them. 
Janice smiled. "Oh yes! Had it not been for the accident, we would have been married by now. It looks like my boyfriend's brain shook a little. He assured me that he was only helping you because of… ”
“Ah, excuse me! Don't you know that Love was his first love?” Bham asked, her eyes wide. “He is the one chasing after Love. And if his brain got shaken, that's probably what God wanted.”
“Excuse me as well! What first love are you saying?” Janice asked in a high tone. “You gotta be kidding me. This blind woman…”
"That’s why even if Love goes away, the man you will marry will still go after her,” Bham said.
"Ate Bham!" Love stopped her and raised her hand. “Don’t worry, Miss Barredo. I will leave him.”
Bham turned to her in disbelief. "Love, what are you saying?" 
She didn’t listen to her friend and kept her attention on Janice. “Miss Barredo, don't worry because I have no plans on staying in Eron’s life for a long time. I will leave soon enough. I have no plans on causing anyone any trouble.”
It was too much. That conversation should not be prolonged or Bham would surely slip. She might accidentally mention that Eron was Mitos. Janice could find out Eron’s pretense. Even if this woman was a bitch, she could not do anything if Eron really likes Janice. She had no right to mess up their relationship after all the things Eron had done for her. 
Janice wore a satisfied smile on her lips. “Good. So we understood each other now, Miss Andrada. Make sure that you’ll leave my fiance soon or you will regret it.”
Love felt like her strength suddenly left her when Janice finally walked out of the room. The place where her heart was supposed to be felt empty.
"What were you thinking? You’re really just gonna let that woman take Eron from you?” Bham shook Love’s shoulder. "Hey! Fight for him a little, will you?”
A sad smile curved her lips. "I don’t have the right to fight for him." 
She was just a mere, annoying visitor in his life. And it was time for her to go.
