Author's POV
Within a glimpse, she found herself enclosed in his arms. He lifted her carefully and brought her inside the room.
With an exciting rage rushing in his veins, he covered the window with curtains.
His lips curled into a tiny grin as he approached her. Playing with her fingers nervously, she glanced at him when he took off his shirt effortlessly, looking handsome as hell.
Throwing the shirt on the floor, he made his way to bed and tied up her hands above the head.
Gulping, she tried keeping eye contact, but his fiery eyes didn't let her continue. 
He caressed her hair strand, and his breaths hit her skin, sending shivers down her spine. In a deep seductive tone, he asked for her concern before showing his best performance.
"Xingyue, I want to make your every dream come true. Let's make beautiful babies together."
His words choked her. What was he even trying to say? Her cheeks turned red as if she understood the finest meaning.
He took her left hand and sucked the ends of her fingers in turn. 
She felt a rush as he slowly went down, sucking every corner of her neck to collar bones.
The dim red light set the mood at a higher level. 
Their lips played a rhyme while tongues ate each other in sync. 
He put his all, bringing pleasure to his wife. Her moans felt like a sweet melody he didn't want to stop.
Interlocking their fingers, he tilted his head against her with a smile of satisfaction.

Xingyue's POV
After our refreshing honeymoon, we went back to work.
Heading inside the office, I met Tang Xue near our usual coffee area.
"A-ha! See whose back from her sweet honeymoon, my Xingyue."
Smiling at her, I embraced her. "I missed you so much, Tang Xue."
"Having Dr. Song beside you, I don't think you can miss me."
"You're right!" Giggling, I answered. 
"Where's Xia Na?"
Lifting her cup, she replied. "She got busy because you weren't here. I think she went to see a client."
"Ohh! It seems like you two need a girl's drink party. I left you guys with so much work."
"Of course. We need to know how well Dr. Song performed on his honeymoon mission." Smirking at me, she lifted her brows.
Looking away, I went straight to my desk, avoiding further conversation.
Nearly arranging files, I spent a tiring day when whatever happened that night overtook my thoughts. I could think of nothing but us and our streamy night.
Sighing, I stared at the air. "I can't wait to meet you, Xi Song. You're driving me crazy."
"Ms. Xia?"
Shifting my thoughts, I searched for the owner of the voice. 
"Oh, Ms. Li, how can I help you?"
"Someone wants to meet you." Stunned, I asked. "Me?"
"I asked her to wait in the lobby."
"Oh, okay. Thank you, Ms. Li."

Entering the lobby, I looked around, searching for her. Suddenly, I saw someone waving at me. 
Making my way, I sat opposite her.
"Are you the one who wants to meet me?" 
Her eyes seemed to check me out in a judgy way. Her voice had a taunting tone while replying. "Don't you remember me, Mrs. Song?"
Puzzled, I blinked, trying to remember but failed when she mockingly sighed. "I'm the one who sent flowers to Xi Song. Chen Ting."
My mind went blank listening to this. 
Was she the one? But why would she meet me? Countless thoughts were running in my mind, but I had no answers.
Leaning, I nervously asked. "What do you want from me?"
"I was feeling bad for you. So, I decided to meet you."
Why would she feel bad for me? I wondered.
Stuttering, I asked again. "Why would you?"
"If I told you the truth, you'll divorce your husband."
Frowning, I glanced at her, who had a smirk telling me she had something crucial.
She put down a piece of paper on the table. "I'll text you the address. If you want to know more, let's meet on Sunday." Saying, she stood up and threw a pathetic smirk at me before waking away.

Strong chilly winds hit my face as I took a sip of beer, admiring the view from the rooftop.
The conversation with Chen Ting kept playing like a cassette. I felt like someone put a heavy stone on me, and I didn't know how to escape.
It was hard to know if I was confused or scared. 
We finally started having a smooth married life, but obstacles kept coming.
Author's POV
She ached in the belly, telling her something was wrong. Her nerves started getting high, but a sudden back hug calmed her.
With just the presence, she could sense the person.
Turning back, she threw herself into a hug. "X- Xia Na..."
"Oh? Did you miss me this much, Xingyue?" Laughing, she rubbed her back.
Tears fell on her shoulder, indicating something was off with her.
She quickly broke the hug to look into her eyes. They were entirely moist, and tears rolled down her cheeks.
With a sudden panic, she cupped her face. "What's wrong, Xingyue?" 
Mumbling in between cries, she replied. "Xia Na... I don't know what to do."
"Calm down first, and then tell me."
 Rubbing her back, she waited till she calmed down. 
"Now, tell me, what's bothering you?"
Taking a deep breath, she told her horrifying situation. She listened to her as what a best friend would do.
"Did you tell Xi Song?"
Nodding her head as a 'no,' she sighed. 
"Better! I think you should first meet her and then tell him."
She paused, reconsidering if she should ask her this.
"Umm... Xingyue, will you really divorce him after knowing the truth? 
I know I didn't like him before, but I don't think Xi Song could do something this worse."
"I knew, and I trust him with everything. No one can tear us apart."
Finally, her lips curled into a tiny smile as she held hands. "Xia Na, you really saved me today. If you didn't show up, I would die out of anxiety."
"Then, treat me to a meal. I missed our hangout days." She held her hands back.
"Deal! This weekend is reserved for you and Tang Xue."
Hugging, they gazed at the sky.
"I don't think he's that bad. I mean, I like one thing about him."
Side-eyeing, she smirked. "His best friend Ling Xiao, right?"
Winking, she showed her a thumbs-up, and the next moment, they burst into a peal of laughter.
