After setting up the game, Dawson sits back on the couch and smiles at Jonathan. “You can go first.” He wants their son to have fun.
Jonathan grins happily again too at his dad’s words. He is grateful his dad wants him to have fun. “Thank you.”
They both laugh suddenly at each other’s happy tone again and then start playing the game.
After finishing the game, they walk back upstairs to the kitchen.
Dawson then starts making lunch, suddenly craving chicken again too.
Jonathan watches him from the table, suddenly confused at the sight of Dawson making lunch. He hadn’t thought he was hungry yet. “You hungry?” he then asks suddenly.
Dawson nods distractedly too as he starts cutting up a chicken breast. “Yeah. I’m hungry.” He hadn’t realized how hungry he was until he saw the chicken.
Jonathan suddenly smiles happily too again at his words again. “Good.”
They then eat their lunch together, laughing and enjoying the chicken.
After finishing, Jonathan then looks over at his dad, suddenly serious. “Dad?”
Dawson looks back at their son in surprise from his seat at his serious tone. “What?”
Jonathan suddenly beams again too suddenly at the sight of his dad’s surprise again. “Can we have a movie marathon later?” He hadn’t gotten to watch movies recently.
Dawson instantly beams too suddenly at Jonathan’s request, instantly agreeing. He hadn’t gotten to see movies recently too. “Absolutely.”
They both smile widely at each other’s agreement, both happy they both agree.
After cleaning up their dishes, Dawson and Jonathan both walk back downstairs to the living room to prepare for their movie marathon.
After setting up the projector, they walk over to the couch and sit down, suddenly excited to watch their movies.
They both pick out a few movies to watch and then settle in to watch.
After watching the movies, they suddenly both yawn and stretch, tired from watching all the movies.
Dawson glances over at Jonathan at his sudden yawn. “Ready for bed?”
Jonathan beams again suddenly too at his dad’s question. “Yeah.” He had a great night.
They both stand up and then walk to the stairs, happy they can go to sleep now.
When they reach their room, they crawl into bed and snuggle under the blankets.
Dawson scooches over suddenly again too and holds Jonathan tightly against his side. “Good night.”
Jonathan then snuggles closer against his dad’s side and smiles suddenly too. He is happy his dad is holding him. “Night.”
They both then fall asleep, happy they can sleep next to each other.
The next morning, Iris wakes up early, stretching. She had a great night of sleep.
She then gets up from the bed and walks to the door.
After opening it, she walks out into the hall and then downstairs to the kitchen to make breakfast.
She then hears a door open from upstairs and walks back into the hall.
Jonathan and Dawson are standing there, smiling. “Morning,” they greet in unison.
Iris beams suddenly too happily back at them at their greeting. She is happy to see them. “Morning. How’d you both sleep?”
They both walk down the stairs and then stop in front of her, grinning. “Good,” they tell her in unison again, happy they could sleep well.
Iris smiles back happily too at their response again. She is happy they could both sleep well. “Good.” She then gestures to the kitchen. “I’m making breakfast. Want some?”
Iris nods back at their thanks and then turns to walk to the kitchen, grinning at them. She loves making breakfast for them. “Come on. I’m making pancakes.”
They both follow her to the kitchen and then sit down at the table.
After setting down a plate of food in front of them, Iris walks over and sits next to Jonathan, smiling happily. “Enjoy.”
They both suddenly grin at her words and then dig in.
Iris watches them eat and smiles, happy they are enjoying their food. “Good?”
They both glance up at her at her question and nod in agreement. “Very good,” they thank in unison, happy to thank her again.
Iris laughs happily too at their thanks again and nods back. “That’s awesome.”
Dawson beams instantly again too at her happy tone again. “Thanks,” he then thanks Iris again for making breakfast. He wants to thank his mate for breakfast too.
Iris then smiles softly back at him too, happy her mate thanked her again too. “You’re welcome.”
Jonathan finishes eating his food and then stands up, grinning too happily. “Can I go play with my toys now?”
Dawson and Iris glance up at Jonathan in surprise at his request, not knowing what he wants to do. “What are you playing?” they then ask in unison.
Jonathan instantly beams again happily too at their question. “With my action figures.”
Dawson’s face softens suddenly too again at his son’s words again, suddenly happy he wants to play with action figures. “Go ahead.” He loves seeing Jonathan happy.
Iris too beams suddenly too again happily at their son’s response. She loves seeing their son happy too. “Have fun!”
They then both smile back at each other again and watch him walk upstairs to his room.
Dawson turns to Iris after he leaves and smiles happily. “Want to play cards?” He is suddenly in the mood to play cards, not wanting to play video games this time. He suddenly craves it.
Iris’s eyes widen instantly in surprise at Dawson’s question again, not knowing he wanted to play cards. She then grins suddenly again happily too, deciding to play. “Yeah!” She too wants to play cards now.
They then both walk to the living room and pull out the cards, happy they can play together.
They then set up the game and start playing, laughing and teasing each other about their plays.
After finishing the game of cards, they both beam at each other happily again too, happy they finished the game together. “Fun game,” they both say in unison, meaning it.
Iris laughs suddenly happily too at their sudden unison again too. She loves playing cards with her mate. “Yeah.” She then looks at Dawson.
