However, being under the heated gaze of the new judge, she felt herself burning up. She suddenly felt so ill that she couldn't bear to look at him again. “Alright Ladies, you did great in today's practice. See you guys tomorrow and don't forget the steps.” Sharon's voice boomed in the hall as Natanie saw her flash a couple people her disgusting grin. The sight added to Natanie's sudden mood swings. She always thought Sharon's existence down to her stupid grin was disgusting. Then she caught a sight of Sharon discussing with the new judge. Scew it, screw them both! “He looks cool.” Isabelle said when she was close to Natanie and Natanie almost gagged at the thought. “Yeah maybe but I guess with time, he wouldn't be so cool having that sly witch flucking around him.” Natanie stated. “He looks cool to me but I think the one who isn't at the moment, is you. You don't look too good, are you okay?” Isabelle asked. “Yeah I guess.” Natanie said as her stomach did a flip-flop. She clutched her stomach. “No actually I don't think I am Isabelle, I think I'm sick now.” Natanie winced and slowly walked down the stage and out of the hall. Soon, her head banged like a construction site as she journeyed to Madina's space. She groaned, and dropped into a cushion. “Natanie, are you alright?” Madina asked worriedly. “No Madina, I feel so sick.” She mumbled. “But what happened? Just a while ago, you were alright.” Madina touched her body and frowned. “Or maybe not Madina, I don't think I'll ever be alright.” Natanie said and groaned. “Come, come with me. Let me see what I can do.” Madina said as Natanie sighed and dragged herself out of the cushion to follow Madina. The new judge nodded at Sharon in satisfaction. “Your dancers are doing quite well, I really admire your effort.” The judge remarked. Sharon smiled. “Thank you so much, Mr Harris. It's really good to have you here.” She said and walked away as he nodded firmly at the empty dance stage. He stood transfixed for a while before he walked away briskly to his office. Natanie sighed feeling better. “Thank you so much Madina, I feel much better now.” Natanie mumbled. “Don't mention.” Madina smiled. “I've got to go home now.” “Are you sure you can go now? You need to rest.” Madina was concerned. “Yeah I know but I gotta go. I'll see you tomorrow, and thanks for worrying about me.” She said and lazily walked out of the room. Madina sighed after her. She felt sad for her probably because she's grown so close to Natanie ever since she arrived at the Dance Palace. Thus, being close to her felt more like a consolation to her after the loss of her child, Olivia. Natanie said her goodbyes and walked through the hallway and slowly down the stairs, as she approached the vast space in front of the building. She always love staying out in the vast space especially when it's dark, because you could see the lights and the beauty of the city. The sight almost feels therapy. Natanie loved to see it every time she's out. Natanie froze on her feet, feeling numb and speechless. She imagined herself in a place where she'd be free, loved and happy. A place where she'd bask in her privacy, without confusion, desperation and pain. She only wished she'd live her life in such a place. A yearning for a different life twirled at the pit of her stomach. Then, there was someone that stared dimly at her from the corner of the building and wondered why Natanie was so lost in thought. What Natanie was feeling was way better crying it all out than bottling it all in. But her tears wouldn't fall even though her eyes were filled with it. No one would understand her, no one could feel her pain and no one would listen to her. With all that thought, she just walked away as if she was leaving it all behind. When she got home, she almost rolled her eyes at the reality of being back to her house. “Hey Mother,” Natanie greeted Cathera and decided to quickly walk to her room before she stops her. “Natanie.” Cathera called after her as Natanie rolled her eyes. “Yes Mother.” She sighed and retreated back to face Cathera who initially looked lost in the screens but now adjusted herself to look at her daughter. “I want to speak to you about the misunderstanding between you and Fredrick.” Natanie rolled her eyes again. “Oh Mother, not now_ I'm tired.” “No, no, no, sweetheart. You have to listen to me because this ends now.” Cathera insisted and pulled up a serious expression. “Look Natanie, I really need to say this. True love comes once in a lifetime and when it comes, you're not supposed to let go of it. So now Natanie, you and Fred are destined to be together_” Cathera paused as Natanie rolled her eyes yet again. “So I want you to strive to make it work with him, okay? Your relationship with him must work.” She added. Natanie knew that going against her mother or arguing with her was not going to stop anything, so she nodded. “Alright Mother, I'll try.” She said simply and headed to her room. She wasted no time dropping on the bed. She scoffed. True love? Destined? She facepalmed herself and laid back on the bed.
