65| Terror Pregnancy Test Kits

"You shouldn't have promised to pick me up! Or you shouldn't have asked me to wait!"
Blair shouted furiously at Axel.
Axel took a deep breath and let it out. He wrapped a towel around his waist and explained to Blair in as calm a tone as possible.
"I came to the hospital, and you weren't there. I've also tried looking for the nearest restaurant but need help finding you. I am curious to know how many restaurants I've been to. And I've also tried calling your cellphone, but it's inactive. And finally, I decided to check on you at home."
"You're just making excuses! From the start, you intended to avoid picking me up. You're just trying to play me, Axel Barney!"
"Blair! Blair, wait!" Axel rushed to block Blair's steps from leaving the bathroom.
"Ah!"
Blair suddenly groaned from a sharp pain in her stomach. She held her stomach while leaning against the bathroom wall.
Axel was surprised. "What is it? Are you in pain? Shall we go to the hospital now?"
Blair just shook her head as she removed Axel's hand.
"Sorry," Axel said nervously. "Did I hurt you?"
"Ah!" groaned Blair again. "What is this discomfort? It feels so amusing and thrilling at the same time. What happened to the baby in my belly?"
"Why? What is it?"
Axel walked in circles around Blair with an increasingly worried face.
He didn't know what to do. Instantly, all of his medical knowledge disappeared right then and there.
"Tell me, how do you feel? We better hurry to the hospital right now!"
Axel came out of the bathroom to get the car keys. When he realized he was only wearing a towel around his waist, Axel returned to the bathroom.
He saw that Blair was no longer in pain. Blair just laughed. Even Blair had tears in her eyes. Axel was even more confused.
"What happened to you?"
"This is truly a miracle!" Blair exclaimed. "This baby kicks! I could literally feel the kick in my stomach. God, I never thought I'd feel like this."
'Good grief! Why am I being stupid?' thought Axel. 'Baby kicks! Of course, that is a good thing!'
"It doesn't matter. Baby kicks in the womb mean your baby is growing well. Kicks will normally be felt in the morning or at night. The stronger, the better."
Axel knelt down and rubbed Blair's growing belly. The stomach can no longer be disguised with clothes.
"This really is my fault. I shouldn't have wasted your time and immediately picked you up at the hospital. Should we do a re-examination?"
"Oh!" muttered Blair. "Forget it! I'm fine now. I shouldn't have been angry at you so early in the morning. I think it's because of the effects of pregnancy. My hormonal system fluctuates erratically."
Blair was going back to her room, and Axel was continuing his activities in the bathroom. Just then, Blair heard someone ringing the doorbell.
When Blair opened the door, she saw a courier arrive with a package.
"Blair Tanzel?" said the courier.
"Yes, right."
"Could you please sign here?"
"Whose package is this?" she asked.
Because she didn't feel like ordering anything. She also needed to find out who might send a package for her.
"There is no sender's name here, Mam. I am only in charge of delivering the package to the destination address. Please accept the goods."
After the courier left, Blair examined the box. Inside the box is only a pregnancy test kit with two red lines wrapped neatly like a gift.
Blair reflexively dropped the box and its contents. She knows who carried out the terror.
Axel came down from the second floor, neatly dressed.
"Who's coming?"
"There isn't any! Just a courier. Incidentally, yesterday, I ordered goods online. Are you going to the office?"
"Yes, I have some business. Even though I had planned to take the day off today to make amends for leaving you at the hospital yesterday."
Blair waved. "Don't overdo it, Axel. We are not officially husband and wife. There's no need to act like that."
Blair quickly picked up the box she had just dropped and hid it from Axel's sight.
Axel glanced at the box that Blair had deliberately hidden. Axel left their beach house, and there was only Blair alone there.
"Fuck you, Andrew! What are you planning to do with all this terror?" Blair cursed.
She returned to the room, changed clothes, and made herself up. Blair will meet Andrew to stop all the terror and threats from her ex-boyfriend.
As Blair is about to leave the house, the phone rings at her house. She answered the call.
"Yes, hello?"
"Hey, Blair! It's me, Clarissa."
Blair was a little taken aback.
"I can't contact Axel. Is he at home?"
Blair glanced at the clock on the wall. She was in a hurry to meet with Andrew and solve the problem. But now Clarissa is also hampering her schedule.
"Axel? He just went to the office. Coincidentally I will meet him later. Is there anything you'd like to say?"
"No need. Just tell me to call him."
"Fine," Blair replied nonchalantly.
Blair goes to a fast food restaurant far out in the city limits carrying a bag full of cash. The place was chosen and determined by Andrew. Blair received her message in a box just below the pregnancy test kit. Andrew asked for some money to keep his mouth shut.
Blair waited about 15 minutes. During that time, there was no sign of anyone coming. Blair just sat down and ordered orange juice.
She kept her eyes on the entrance and windows but saw no sign of anyone approaching her.
"Is he playing with me on purpose? 15 more minutes! If he doesn't come by then, it's all over."
Blair took a sip of her orange juice. As she was about to stand up after 15 minutes had passed, someone tapped her on the shoulder from behind. Blair gasped in surprise.
The figure tapping her on the shoulder was unfamiliar to Blair. She's not Katy, and he's not Andrew, either. But a maid.
"Miss Blair Tanzel?"
"Yes, it is true. Is there something?"
"Someone asked me to hand this over to you."
The maid handed over a small piece of paper with a note and left without another word.
Blair unfolded the paper and read the writing inside.
"The meeting is canceled! You broke the deal. I told you to come alone, without being accompanied by bodyguards or anyone else. But, you broke it."
Blair immediately crumpled the paper into a lump and gripped it very tightly.
"Fuck! So he's watching me from a distance? I don't even know if anyone is following and escorting me. Because I literally left the beach house alone. Did Axel secretly order Marco or Carlos to follow me?"
Blair got up after leaving some bills on the table. She still clutched the note firmly in her hand. Blair doesn't want to leave any traces and evidence.
Glancing through the glass restaurant window, Blair saw a man standing and followed as soon as Blair left her table.
"Oh, bastard! It wasn't Carlos or Marco. Is someone else stalking me? Is he Axel's errand?"
