71| Jealous Axel

Blair and Louis had entered the theatre and found their seats. Blair looked really nervous and panicked.
"Why are they here? Are they really going to start bothering me right now?"
"What is it?" asked Louis when they were comfortably seated.
"Oh, nothing."
"Do you feel uncomfortable because your friend saw us watching together?"
Blair quickly shook her head. "Of course not. Not because of that. It's just that I feel uncomfortable because she keeps telling me that you might be interested in me."
Louis secretly smiled. "But, the truth is I am attracted to you."
The smile completely disappeared from Blair's face. She turned to Louis and looked at him seriously. "What?"
Louis casually replied, "You may not know that I am actually a very busy person. But I'm willing to take the time and ask you to watch it. It's not an easy thing for me."
Blair was confused and stuttered. She didn't know how to respond to Louis's words just now.
"But you are my husband's brother," Blair said softly.
"Well, of course. Am I not allowed to be attracted to you as a brother-in-law? Then, you have to treat me to grilled fish after we watch it."
Blair gave a stiff laugh. She also turned the conversation to other matters.
"I can't wait to see the film. I will learn many things from this film. I'll change my point of view from a spectator to a bystander this time.
Louis looks satisfied. "You seem to be a very fast learner, Blair. Take as much time as you can and enjoy this film. If there's anything you don't understand, we can discuss it later."
The cinema room was dimmed, and the movie started. Blair secretly breathed a sigh of relief. She had a few moments to contemplate what had happened and what he would do with Andrew and Katy.
Blair's phone vibrates. She took it from her bag and checked that one message had entered the chat application.
Blair was not surprised. Katy sent her some pictures she had secretly taken of seeing Blair and Louis. The photos contain Blair and Louis talking with cheerful faces and looking familiar.
"What do you think will happen to Axel Barney if these photos spread to the media?"
It was a message sent by Katy.
Blair ignored the message. She even deleted it and then put her phone back in her bag.
"Bastard," Katy cursed at Andrew.
"What is it?" Andrew investigated. "You failed? Ha ha!"
"Well, she ignored my message. She doesn't seem the least bit affected by our threats."
"You are right. So we have to do something. I'm sick of seeing them all. And Blair… just in case she has a rich man beside her, for her to insult me like this. We'll see. Who will kneel first?" hissed Andrew.
He held his face, which still had bruises from being beaten by Marco and Carlos.

Axel was working in the office when an e-mail entered his computer. He received the message without the sender's name and address. Axel was a little surprised to receive an anonymous e-mail. Something out of the ordinary.
Axel was doubtful and suspicious. He thought it was a virus, so he didn't open it.
However, the same message returned a few minutes later. This time, he was really curious and opened it.
Attached to the e-mail are several photo files and a very short message.
"They look so lovey-dovey. Aren't you worried the two of them will corner you? They're just using you, Axel Barney!"
Axel also downloaded the attached photos. He hit the table until it vibrated. Axel shouted for the secretary. The woman came in haste.
"Yes, Sir?"
"Please investigate the sender of the anonymous messages in my e-mail! And make sure you bring that person before me!"
"A-all right, Sir!" The secretary was a little scared seeing Axel so angry.
Axel immediately looked for his cell phone and tried to call Blair.
Blair and Louis were on their way to have lunch after a movie.
"Is this restaurant famous for its delicious grilled fish?" Louis asked Blair while focusing on driving.
Blair felt awkward. "Actually, not because of the grilled fish. However, I recommend this restaurant because it has bigger portions and lower prices."
Louis laughed too. "I guess that's fine. I also need to try new things. Blair, just so you know. You're really an interesting girl. You always have things beyond my expectations. What else do you like besides grilled fish?" he asked.
Blair really answered it with so much enthusiasm. "I like any kind of food. Maybe you don't know how I struggle to live with little food. So, I'm always grateful for whatever little things I get right now."
Louis is interested in Blair's story. He wanted to ask further, but the girl's cell phone rang.
"Wait, I need a moment."
Blair checked her bag and pulled out a cell phone. She was a little surprised because at that hour Axel contacted her.
"Hello? Yes, Axel, what's wrong?"
"Yeah, I was on my way and just exited the cinema."
"No, I'm with Louis. We are on our way for lunch. What is it?"
Axel had already left the office. He was driving his car alone at high speed. He used the hands-free to call Blair. Axel screamed along the way.
"Blair Tanzel! What do you mean you're going to lunch with Louis? Do not do it! If you want, I can buy any restaurant you want for lunch. I can even buy you and make you as much lunch as you want. You better get home now!"
Blair was surprised to hear Axel, who kept screaming loudly into the phone. Blair even had to move her cell phone away from her ear because Axel's scream was so loud.
"Gosh, what's wrong with you? Did you have bad luck today so that you are angry with me at this hour?" Blair looked annoyed and didn't like Axel, who kept yelling at her.
Louis wondered what they were talking about. Occasionally he glanced at Blair, who looked downcast and kept talking to Axel.
Axel is getting annoyed because Blair doesn't want to obey his words. "What do you mean? Why? Should there be a reason to ask you to come home? Anyway, now you have to go home!"
Axel looked nervous. He had to split his concentration between forcing Blair to come home and driving.
"What? Anyway, you should go home now! I just got a call; I mean… Celine is causing trouble! She asked us to come there!"
"Is it true?" Blair frowned. "Should I come there now? But I don't think that's a good idea. What if she gets even angrier after seeing me?"
Axel hit the steering wheel. He almost cursed but held his tongue. "Anyway, you go there, and I'm also on my way there."
After disconnecting the call, Axel screamed loudly in the car.
"Why am I using Celine as an excuse? This is absolutely ridiculous. What if Louis also hears about it and comes there too? Where are you going to put my face?"
