I had to finish early if this was to work as planned, to get more results, you will have to sacrifice more, just as to make more time for yourself, you'll have to sacrifice more time to make it possible.
I finished at the CSU and came back to the office, this time, she didn't go with me to the university because I gave her something to work on and their were few appointments she had to attend to. On coming back, I decided to skip the remaining day of writing and take the time to show her the new responsibility she's to take on.
“ I can see that you're done with the documents, you should get ready, we're heading home ”.
During the drive, I could see the brightness on her features, she really knew what that journey to my house was about, possibly believes that I have thought our conversation through and have decided to give it a go. The drive wasn't a long one, but it was a total silence along the way, something I really like. Driving allows me to think, I might be on the road and my hands on the starring, but the thoughts are always positive, the way my car is moving forward, that's just the way my thoughts are moving forward, thinking things through, things I have to do and handle, and also how I am to do it.
My home was big to some people whom I have heard voicing it out, but for me, it was just a comfortable size to me just the way I like them, we moved up the elevator as I pressed on my floor button, I can already see her handling stuff, taking notes down without even asking her to, I doesn't want to be a creep by looking into her note to see what she's jotting down, but truth be told, I was curious.
We entered into my house, the smell of home hitting my nose, the comfort reaching my spine, but the issue can be seen, few areas were so dusty that it was so visible, I can just clean them up, but it felt like I don't even have a minute to spare.
“ Wow ”.
I heard her say beside me, not in an amazing tone, but that tone that signals, I can see why you need someone who can take care of your home. I turned to her, I don't really know what I want or how they were supposed to be, they never crossed my thoughts, but I knew they needed a touch, a ladies touch, when I mean touch, I mean like a really professional touch that will turn my house into a home.
She began writing down stuff based on her own inspection. “ So what do you normally do about breakfast and dinner, you've a personal chef?.....”, she asked. I have been making my own food, I haven't been seeing any negative effect about it on my time routine, but if I am to allow someone to cook for me, it definitely would buy me more time.
“ I have been cooking my food, but getting a chef to prepare for me exactly what I need would be great, I usually eat whatever I make for breakfast for dinner too, that's how I set it, making no preferences, but with a cook, I could always get something I want on my return, would then warm them myself to make them hot ”.
She began writing them down, now I am beginning to wonder if she's used to this, she possibly haven't done anything yet, but mere looking the way she's preparing for a takeoff, I feel like this is really going to go well than I imagined. I wrote down quite a lot of stuff that needs handling, my laundry, taking care of my bed condition after leaving for work, my food, cleaning the house areas, a lot of things we spoke of, even about security reasons, we planned on setting an alarm signal which can be operated through my phone, she said that it will always let me know when she's in my home taking care of stuff, that sounds really great, I really am appreciative of her efforts in handling this, making suggestions that I never thought of.
After we were done, she made a statement that I never saw coming, “ From the look of things in this note, I believe we've just gotten four to five hours more for you to spare.....”. Wow.... That sounds like something I really wasn't expecting, wonder what I will have to do with such amount of time to spare, despite my uptight schedule, I am still creating more time out of 24 hours time zone, it felt like I am adding more time to the day just for my own personal reasons, whenever I feel like I have no more time to biase, Miss Joseph creates more.
It was 18:13 when we were done with my home and it was about time for her to go, if I never agreed to this, would such hours be provided for me?, Definitely No. If she has given me such opportunity, maybe I will show her how grateful I really am about her services.
I made plans to follow her out just the way I brought her in. She said she would be going on a taxi back to her home, but no, I'm not allowing that tonight, not after all she has done for me, I have to show her my own way of being thankful.
I made her follow me inside the car despite her trying to show signs of resistance like it past work hour and I am now doing too much just for appreciation, she was the one who started doing to much for me without any sign of complaint, if this can possibly match what she has been doing for me which we all know that it can't be compared to what she's been doing, then I will have to do it, whether she agrees with my decision or not.
