On getting home, I opened the door, stepping into my apartment and realized that Benita wasn't home, I don't have to look around for her to know that she wasn't home, as far as her laptop wasn't sitting there on the center table, then she's definitely not home, probably went out for her training I guess, and would be coming back soon because it's getting late.
I have this peace, this peace in my heart that came out of nowhere, that automatically developed. I know it has got something to do with my new path with Lydia, her accepting me in and the feelings she have for me, I was just grateful and relaxed like I just took a huge new step in life. I went to the fridge, craving for whatever the chef had made for me today. 
The dinner is no longer made for one, rather for two because of Benita, and soon, possibly three because Lydia would probably be having dinner with me few times in a week.
It was a salad and Rice, a good piece of chicken meat, already making my saliva thick inside my throat, craving on this meal. I put them in the microwave to heat it up, leaving Benita's in the fridge, so she can take care of it on her return.
I possibly don't know how all this work, how Lydia have to be everywhere in a given time, I am sure we're always together in the office, but how she achieves other targets is really impressive and admirable, I guess she always brings home dinner from the chef whenever I was on an appointment with a client, that definitely explains the time she usually handle my dinner delivery.
After I was done with my bath and cleaning up, I went to the microwave and get my dinner, placing them on the center of the table and ready to devour it, that when my door was unlocked and it was Benita, yeah.... I was definitely correct that she went for her training activities, trying to become more than a person she was the other day. She came to me, giving me a one arm hug, she did exactly the same thing I did, putting her food inside the microwave before going to do with her clean ups from her sweaty skin.
I was almost getting done when she came to join me in the table, there's some other reason why I love my sister so much than usual, she offers me free food. She came to the table, and right there, dividing her meal with me, despite my own still remaining some to eat, a smile crept in into my feature. I can possibly purchase another meal to add an increase to the one I already have as much as I want, but it still can't ever be compared with a free meal given to you, those tastes like the best more than the rest, despite being the same meal.
“ So how did it go with you and Lydia today?”.
I looked up from my food, looking at her, she was staring back too, wait to hear what I've got to say, I smiled, knowing that she was always gonna ask, never going to let it go, “ Just like I thought.... You guys resolved it, your smile says it all ”, she said, as she digged back in into her food.
“ Actually.... I can say it's more than you thought, we didn't just resolve the differences between us, we're now together, like a new relationship ”.
I said with pride in my voice, as if I just achieved something. It's definitely an achievement though, the fact I never wanted anything to do with relationship, but now I'm in one, it's actually outstanding, a huge respectable achievement coming from me.
“ At last, David breaks the deadlock, I wonder what she did to unlock the lost treasure....”
“ Me.... Lost treasure?, Sounds like the best compliment ever....”
“ Definitely is.... Wait until Mom hears this ”.
My phone immediately began to ring, Mom written on the screen of my phone. “ I guess she already did, Lydia has automatically become her best friend lately....”. I picked the call, happy and ready to listen to my Mom eat my ears off. She began complimenting already, sounding happy and overflowed with joy, telling me how greatful she was that I made this choice, I really love my Mom to the core, especially seeing the way she shows her real self to us, after listening to her for a while, I told her that Benita was with me and wanted to speak with her, handing my phone over to Benita who never requested for the call, they began their conversation as I carried my empty plates out of the table.
I think there's still last person to face in all this, not that he will voice out his disagreement about this if he has any, but his reaction is all I wish to see, because his reaction says it all, no one knew about this except for Benita, I just have to know what the guys think of about my decision now, it doesn't matter whatever it is though, but seeing that they're people of value to me, there opinion definitely counts.
I'm new to this, I don't know things to do or things I shouldn't, I have never taken care of a child, not that I ever picture myself doing it, but I knew it would come one day, but now, it came sooner rather than later. I googled few things a man should do in a relationship to make his woman happy always, but the things I am seeing in the browser are things that looks more like feminine energy to me, not things I can do, impressing someone was never part of what I do, and seeing the articles stating more of worshipping the lady, that's a different energy I poses, and will never bend to all that I've seen in the Internet.
