But for this month and how you've been taking up a double role working for me, I'm going to be paying you a reasonable amount more than your set wage and by the coming month, get things back on track, I hope you are okay with that?”.
I believe I have to share this with her letting her know that I'm really aware of her devotion towards me recently, I have turned a blind eye to most things, but this one, I really believe I have to let her know that it's also in my thoughts, seeing how she has been handling more than required of her lately, yet it wasn't enough because I needed more, the new schedule has been good to me, but my home has gone from kind of bad to worse.
I usually make time to get room service, letting them work in my home only when I am around to invigilate them, but now, with my busy routine, I believe I will have to get myself a professional in that category that will have a lot of security documents to sign so that they wouldn't lay a hand on any private stuff of mine, that line of job is quite complicated on its own way and with a personal Assistance, it would be a great boost for me in my uptight routine now.

Now This was getting confusing, this wasn't the direction I wanted this meeting to be going, the plans was for me to apologize for the change of workload lately and promise her that things will get back on track the way they used to when I get a personal Assistance, but now, she has redirected the path of the meeting, giving me more options than I thought.

I can see her face drop, knowing that I just hit the hammer on the head of the nail, this wasn't something she could handle, this was more and I can't think she can handle the pressure that might come with it.
“ Okay Sir, I know this is never going my way, but can I make a suggestion?....”.
She made the request, I can see the desperation in her eyes, that this is a chance she just doesn't want to let slip past her. Considering the level of her abilities she has shown me so far, maybe I should listen to her opinion about what she has got to say.
“ Sir.... I want to request for a three months duty about this role, the pay would still be the normal you pay me being a secretary but I will be handling all your stuff as a personal Assistant, after that three months, whatever you decide, I will accept..... I just need this chance Sir ”.
I released a deep breath, she's now the one pleading while this meeting was meant for me to apologize for my workload on her lately. “ I can see you really want this chance, the three months sounds reasonable enough, considering the positive change you've brought to my office lately, I will think about that I gave you my reply before today comes to an end..... You can go now and I will see how it goes by the end of the day, it's really a pleasure having this meeting with you.....”.
