The night of St. Matthew's High Bonfire Event is finally in full swing.
All students are all dressed in perfection, and the party venue is amazing.
Emilie is wearing a baby blue chic strapless mermaid gown without and crystals or embellishments. Her hair had soft curls and she just decided to let her hair down for a much, simpler look.
She smiles when she finally saw her best friend Claire who is walking towards her direction.
"Hi, bestie! What do you think? Don't I look so pretty?" Claire smilingly announced, as she excitedly twirls around infront of Emilie to show off her dress. 
Emilie smilingly surveys Claire... She's wearing a red twist front cut out cocktail party dress, with high slit. It was too revealing, but with Claire's oozing confidence, she carried the dress well.
"You look great, Claire!"  she told her.
"Thanks, Em!" Claire was obviously happy with her comment.
Emilie and Claire started hearing excited murmurs from the other students as they all look at the entrance door of the party venue. Both of them looked back at the entrance, and Emilie's eyes widened in surprise when they Jayden, walking alone with his best friend Andrew, who are now making their grand entrance...
Jayden is wearing a black tuxedo and his hair is styled into a sleek back hairstyle and he looks every inch of a gentleman.
Emilie shook her head wildly, as she's trying to compose herself.
"Stop gawking and admiring him!" she secretly reprimanded herself.
"Oh my goodness! Andrew's so handsome with his suit and tie! He looks like a prince, and I am his princess!" Claire gushes over Andrew.
"So, are you ready to confess to him tonight?" Emilie asks her again, just to make sure. 
"I'm more than ready, Em. I've waited for this for a very long time." Claire responded, in a determined manner.
"Good luck, girl." Emilie sincerely wished her best friend good luck.
One hour have passed, and everyone's having a good time at the party. Claire told Emilie that this is now the perfect time to talk privately with Andrew and finally tell her how she really feels about him
Claire is overwhelmed with so much feelings right now. She feels nervous at the same time because this is the exact day and time that she's been waiting for. This is the day that she will confess her feelings toward someone whom she secretly loves for a very long time.
"Good luck on your plan, Claire. This is the chance that you've been waiting for, so don't you dare chicken out, okay?"
Claire's train of thoughts stop in a halt when she heard Emilie's voice behind her.
"I'm so nervous that I'm having a hard time to breathe, Em." Claire said, while looking nervous.
"Look, you don't have any choice but to do this. This is the perfect time for you to tell Andrew what you really feel about him. Our graduation is coming soon, and you don't want leave any regrets, right?" Emilie gives her a piece of advice.
"Come to think of it, you've got a point, Emilie I've got to do this. It's now or never." Claire nodded in agreement, while looking motivated now.
"Then what are you standing there for? Go follow him now! He's on his way towards the school's Botanical Garden!" Emilie quickly informs her.
"Thanks, bestie." Claire gives her best friend a flying kiss. 
Claire started walking, as she's making her way towards the Botanical Garden to finally talk to Andrew. 
After a few minutes, she finally reaches her destination. She saw Andrew just looking at the night sky, as he inhale a gulpful of fresh air. He looks so peaceful and satisfied.
Claire closes her eyes and took a deep, calming breath before she executes her plan.
"This is it, Claire. The time has finally come. You need to confess your feelings to him and hope for the best." she secretly encourages herself.
And once she feels ready, she decided to call Andrew's name, and her heart started beating like crazy when he felt her presence.
"Oh, hello there, Claire. What are you doing here?" Andrew curiously asks her, with a smile on his face.
"Andrew, can I talk to you for a minute? I need to tell you something important." Claire finally decided to start with her plan.
Andrew, on the other hand, curiously frowned while staring at Claire.
"Are you alright, Claire? You're whole face is so red..." he inquired. 
Claire is very much aware that she is blushing like a steamed crab. She is nervous, and feeling embarrassed, but she still has to continue with her plan.
"This how I usually look like whenever you're near me, Andrew. I'm struggling to breathe normally and my heart is beating so fast as if I ran a full marathon whenever I talk to you..." she started with her speech. 
"I don't understand, Claire. What are you talking about?" Andrew is getting more and more confused.
"I-I'm in love with you, Andrew. I am hoping that you feel the same way too."
There... She finally confessed her feelings.
She held her breath in suspense while waiting for Andrew's response.
