CHAPTER 11

And she recognized her father standing in the doorway. She honked the horn and yelled for him to come help her, but he just stood there, watching her.
"Mr. Johnson, I believe that this is not an accident why we meet. I will accept you as my father." Yuna said as she tried to catch her breath.
"Well, that's a great idea, but there's no turning back."
"He's Jake a business associate. Don't worry about him," her father replied, brushing off her concern.
But Yuna knew there was something off about the man. He seemed desperate and agitated. Her father was a successful businessman, and he always seemed to be involved in some kind of transaction or deal. Yuna had learned early on not to ask too many questions about his business dealings.
She decided to let go and went to her room to relax. But the truth is, she is hiding in the bush. She couldn't help but listen on her father's conversation with the man.
"I need that money, Mr. Johnson," the man said, his voice quivering. "And this week we will have a transaction, I will just text you where it will be."
"I see," her father said. "And what kind of compensation are we talking about?"
"Five million dollars," Mr. Jones said, his eyes never leaving her father's.
Yuna's eyes widened at the mention of such a large sum of money. What kind of transaction could be worth that much?
"I can do it," her father said after a moment's hesitation. "But I'll need some more information first."
"Of course," Mr. Jones said, pulling out a file from his briefcase. "Here are the details. I'll expect the money to be wired to my account by the end of the week."
Her father took the file and flipped through it quickly, his face growing more serious with each page he read.
"This is a high-risk job," he said finally. "Are you sure you're prepared for the consequences?"
"I'm prepared for anything," the man said, his voice resolute.
"Very well," her father said, closing the file and slipping it into his own briefcase. "I'll get started right away."
Yuna wanted to ask him about it, to get more information, but she knew he wouldn't tell her anything. She would just have to wait and see what happened.
As Attorney Yuna go to her room, and sat in her bed she quickly grab her phone. She took a deep breath before finally picking it up and dialing the number for Detective Lee.
"Detective Lee, it's Attorney Yuna," she said as soon as he answered. "I have something to tell you."
"Tell me what is it?" Detective Lee asked, his voice serious.
"It's about my Mr. Johnson," Attorney Yuna replied. "He's going to have a transaction this week."
Detective Lee paused for a moment, considering her words. "What kind of transaction?" he asked.
"I don't know," Attorney Yuna admitted. "Mr. Johnson is a brave man, and he doesn't share much with me. But I could tell it that it was something big."
Detective Lee nodded. "I'll look into it," he said. "But I'll need more information. Where they gonna do the transaction?"
Attorney Yuna provided him with the information he needed, and Detective Lee promised to tell Executive Eun right away.
A few days later, the three of them met in Attorney Yuna's office to discuss what they had learned.
"I did some digging," Detective Lee began, "and it turns out your father is involved in some kind of arms deal. He's meeting with a group of foreign buyers in a few days to finalize the transaction."
Attorney Yuna's eyes widened in shock. "Arms? That doesn't sound good."
Officer Kim nodded in agreement. "It's definitely not legal," he said. "We need to find out more about these buyers and their plans."
Detective Lee pulled out a folder and handed it to Attorney Yuna. "I have some surveillance photos of the buyers," he said. "Take a look and see if you recognize anyone."
As Attorney Yuna flipped through the folder of surveillance photos, Detective Lee watched her closely, waiting for a reaction. But there was none. It was as if the buyers in the photos were complete strangers to her.
"Are you sure you don't recognize anyone?" Detective Lee asked, his voice filled with skepticism.
"I'm sure," Attorney Yuna replied firmly. "I don't know any of these people."
Detective Lee sighed and took the folder back from her. He had hoped that Attorney Yuna, with her extensive network of clients, would be able to identify the buyers who had been involved in the recent string of illegal arms deals in the city. But it seemed that this lead had turned out to be a dead end.
While they are talking, Executive Eun walked briskly into the office of Attorney Yuna, her heart racing with anticipation. She had some very important information to share with Yuna, and she knew that the attorney was the only one who could help her.
Executive Eun leaned in close to Yuna's desk and whispered, "Will have a new plan, because your father is planning a big transaction tomorrow. It's illegal, and it involves a lot of money."
Yuna's eyes widened in surprise. "How do you know this?" she asked.
"I have my sources," Executive Eun replied mysteriously. "But I need your help, we are going to arrest him."
Yuna nodded slowly, understanding the gravity of the situation. She knew that if her father was caught, it would mean the end of his criminal empire, but it would also mean the end of her relationship with him. She couldn't let that happen.
"Okay," she said firmly. "We need to stop him. But how?"
"We need to go to the location where the transaction is taking place," Executive Eun said. "And we need backup."
"While we are in the place to stop your father, you will gonna find some evidence, files, or documents that proves that your father has some illegal transactions." said Executive Eun
Within minutes, Yuna had made the necessary arrangements. She and Executive Eun would go to the location where the transaction was taking place, accompanied by Detective Lee and Officer Kim. They would be armed, but they would try to avoid using their weapons unless absolutely necessary.
