As the days had passed, The sun had set over the city, casting a warm orange glow across the skyscrapers. Executive Eun sat in his cell, staring out the small window. He couldn't believe what had happened. It was just supposed to be a routine hit. But something had gone wrong. Days had passed since he had been arrested, and now he was waiting for his punishment. He knew it would be severe. He had shot twice, and that was enough to land him in prison for a long time. Executive Eun sat in his cell, staring blankly at the wall. He had always been a man of action, someone who got things done no matter the cost. But now, he was paying the price for his actions. It had been days since he had been sentenced to prison for killing Mr. Johnson, the man he had been investigating for months. As he sat there, lost in his thoughts, he heard a voice from the cell next to his. "Hey, you in there," the voice said. "What did you do to end up in here?" Eun turned to see a man in the cell next to his, staring at him with curious eyes. "I shot and killed a man," Eun replied. The man raised an eyebrow. "Interesting. Why did you do it?" Eun hesitated for a moment, before deciding to open up to the stranger. "He was involved in illegal activities. I had been investigating him for months, but he got away with everything. I couldn't take it anymore, so I took matters into my own hands. And in able to save Detective Lee." The man nodded understandingly. "I see. I've been in this business a long time, and I've seen it all. Sometimes, the only way to get justice is to take matters into your own hands." Eun was surprised by the man's words. "What business are you in?" The man chuckled. "Let's just say I'm a man who knows how to get things done. As Detective Lee made his way through the prison gates with a sense of purpose. He had been waiting for this moment for a long time. His heart was pounding with anticipation as he made his way to the cell of Executive Eun. The two had been through a lot together and Detective Lee felt that he owed his life to the Executive. As they are talking and changing stories in there life Detective Lee arrived at the prison, ready to have a conversation. As he approached the cell, Executive Eun looked up and offered a small smile. As he entered the cell, Executive Eun looked up from his book and smiled. "Detective Lee, it's good to see you again. What brings you here?" Detective Lee walked over to the cell and looked at Executive Eun through the bars. "I just wanted to thank you for everything you've done for me. I owe you my life." Executive Eun smiled and nodded. "It was my pleasure to help you. I knew from the moment we met that you were a good man." Detective Lee nodded in agreement. "I still can't believe that we solved the mystery we've been investigating for months . That was quite a case." Executive Eun laughed. "Yes, that was a challenging case. But we made a great team. I knew that we would solve it together." Detective Lee looked around the cell and sighed. "It's a shame that you're stuck in here. You don't belong in prison." Executive Eun shrugged. "I made my choices and I have to live with the consequences. But I don't regret anything. I did what I had to do to protect the people I care about." Detective Lee nodded. "I understand that. But I wish there was something I could do to help you." Executive Eun shook his head. "There's nothing you can do. I made my bed and now I have to lie in it. But enough about me. What have you been up to lately?" Detective Lee smiled. "I've been working on a new case. It's a tough one, but I think I can crack it." The two men continued to talk for a while longer, discussing their past cases and sharing stories. As they talked, Detective Lee couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude towards Executive Eun. He had taught him so much and had helped him become a better detective. Eventually, it was time for Detective Lee to leave. He stood up and shook Executive Eun's hand. "Thanks for everything, Executive Eun. You've been a great mentor and a good friend." Executive Eun smiled. "It was my pleasure. Good luck with your new case. I know you'll do great." As Detective Lee walked away from the cell, he couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness. He knew that Executive Eun would be in prison for a long time and that he would never be able to repay him for everything he had done. But he also knew that their friendship would endure, even in the face of adversity. And that, in the end, was all that mattered.
