As he made his way back to the warehouse, Detective Lee couldn't help but think about the events that had led him to this point. He had been working the case for months, gathering evidence and piecing together a complex web of lies and deceit. But even with all of his skills and experience, he had never expected the chase to end like this. As he approached the warehouse, he saw a figure standing outside. It was Executive Eun. "What happened to you?" Executive asked while full of worries in his eyes. "You're covered in blood!" Lee looked down at his clothes and saw that he was indeed drenched in crimson. Detective Lee had always been a tough guy, but this was different. He felt his consciousness slipping away as his eyesight blurred and his head spun. And the realization hit him hard. He tried to fight it, tried to stay awake, but the darkness swallowed him whole. When he came to, he was in a hospital bed. Detective Lee slowly opened his eyes to the blinding white walls of the hospital room. He tried to sit up, but his entire body was wrapped in bandages. The pain was excruciating, and he winced. Executive Eun sitting in a chair next to him. "Where am I? What happened?" Lee croaked, his voice hoarse from disuse. "You're in the hospital, Detective." Eun said, his voice heavy with concern. Lee winced as the memory of the bullet and granade hitting him flooded his mind. "What about Officer Kim? Is he okay?" Eun hesitated before speaking. "I'm sorry, Detective. Officer Kim didn't survive. He lost too much blood from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head." Lee felt his heart drop. The thought of losing a member was unbearable. "I'm sorry, I didn't protect him." Eun sighed and leaned forward in his chair. "Detective Lee, it is not your fault. I know that it would be happen, we didn't even know what tomorrow may bring." Lee nodded slowly, trying to process what happened. He couldn't believe that Officer Kim is now gone. As he lay in his hospital bed, surrounded by machines beeping and medical staff moving about, he couldn't help but feel frustrated That's when the door opened, and in walked attorney Yuna. She was dressed in a sharp business suit, her long black hair cascading over her shoulders. Her face was etched with worry as she rushed to his bedside. "Detective Lee, I heard about what happened. Are you alright?" "I just wanted to make sure you were okay," Yuna said. Lee tried to sit up, but the pain in his body was too much. He winced and lay back down on the bed. "I'm alive, but I've been better," he replied, his voice strained. Yuna sat down next to him, taking his hand in hers. "I was so worried about you. When I heard about the shootout, I rushed over as soon as I could." Lee smiled weakly at her. He knew that Yuna was always there for him, no matter what. "Thanks for coming, Yuna. I appreciate it." They sat in silence for a few moments, Lee lost in thought and Yuna staring intently at him. She noticed the bruises on his face and the bandages on his arm. "I also wanted to talk to you about my father's case." Said Yuna. Lee's smile faded, and he sat up a little straighter. "What about it?" "Executive Eun has been asking about the illegal files and documents that from my father," Yuna said, her eyes narrowing. Lee's expression darkened. "That doesn't surprise me. Eun has been hounding me about this case from the beginning. But I'm not going to give him anything until I'm sure that it's in the best interest of justice." As Eun sat up in in the chair, his eyes cold and calculating. "You have the files?" he asked, his voice low and gravelly. Yuna nodded, taking a step forward and holding out the folder. "Yes. Here they are." Eun reached out and snatched the folder from her hand, flipping it open and scanning the pages inside. Yuna watched him nervously, wondering what he was thinking. Finally, Eun looked up at her and nodded. "This is good work, Yuna. I knew I could count on you." Yuna let out a sigh of relief, feeling the tension leave her body. "Thank you, sir. I'm glad you're pleased." "Attorney Yuna, Mr. Johnson is in the other room. He's going to be judge after he'll be confine." Attorney Yuna walked towards the other room of the hospital, her heart heavy with the knowledge of her father's crimes. She knew she had to confront him, even though the thought filled her with dread. As she entered the room, she saw her father lying on the bed, hooked up to various machines. He looked frail and weak. The guilt and shame etched on his face were unmistakable. "Hello, Mr. Johnson," Yuna said softly, trying to keep her emotions in check. "I'm here to talk to you." Her father's eyes flickered open, and he looked at her with a mix of surprise and apprehension. "Yuna, what are you doing here?" "I came to talk to you about your crimes and illegal transactions," Yuna said firmly. "Executive Eun told me everything. You're going to be judged after you get better." Her father's face turned pale, and he looked away. "I know," he said quietly. "But who cares? You don't even care. I know that you took the files and documents that full of illegal that I have done." "You just brought shame upon us." "Shame?, Funny huh. Look at yourself Attorney Yuna, don't act like your innocent." "What do you mean?" Yuna asked "We know that your such an ambitious woman. And I know your little secrets." Mr. Johnson said like he was threatening Attorney Yuna.
