Chapter 14 No Other Choice

Right at Samuel's house. As soon as he opened the door to his house, there was standing someone who he knew was Gabriel. Without further ado, Samuel invited Gabriel into his house. Incidentally Samuel also lived alone because his family was out of town while Samuel had to live in this city. Seeing what happened to Gabriel, Samuel kindly invited Gabriel to stay at his house as long as needed. At first Gabriel came to this place just to stay overnight but it turned out that he had another kindness that made him feel grateful to Samuel. There is no need to tell me at length that Samuel also knew about what had happened to Gabriel through the television channel.
"You are okay?" Samuel asked Gabriel.
"Yes. Nothing set me on fire."
"This is beyond expectation. Did you light something before you left?”
"No. Why miss something that will burn everything down.”
“The police also did not find the main cause, this is actually very strange. Shouldn't they have found a clue to the cause? For example, gas leaks or so on.”
"Why are you asking me?"
“Hmm… did someone do it on purpose?”
"What? Are you kidding?"
“This is just my wild assumption. Dont think about it. Now you just stay here, consider this your own home okay."
"Thanks for the help and this actually makes me indebted."
"You don't need to be indebted. It doesn't matter to me."
"Oh yes."
"You like playing games? Just use my computer."
"Yes. I'll use it later."
"Oh yeah, have you contacted your uncle?"
"No. I think he'll find out later."
"Okay."
For the time being, Gabriel lives in Samuel's house which is not far from the location of his house. all who became victims of this fire they had no survivors except him. Gabriel who felt his thoughts mixed up was now lying with a still frustrated face in the next room. Not only that, he also looked at the pocket watch all this time. Currently the reporter is broadcasting news that makes the whole city excited because this article is not an ordinary fire because the entire area of the house in the district was destroyed by fire, the cause of which is unknown. This became a big question mark for everyone in the city of Antherius. Initially Gabriel was also interviewed by reporters and this time his face appeared on television and even the internet. This horrific incident occurred during the day when the sun was scorching and caused everything to get worse. The police are also busy investigating the cause of the incident, so they continue to carry out non-stop investigations to find clues.
Someone who is currently enjoying the event smiles while smirking and then shakes the wine glass he is holding. The dark atmosphere in the room added to the visible horror. In a different place, a waiter who looks like a hotel guard in clothes similar to a Victorian era waiter brings a tray of drinks which he brings to a room that is none other than the piano practice room. Right in front of him was a girl with long black hair playing the song Für Elise –Beethoven. The melody filled the room. The girl kept playing until her fingers felt tired and then stopped playing.
"I put it on this table, miss," said the waiter to the girl.
After a while the waiter left the room. The girl's game restarted as soon as she smirked while playing the next song the girl looked as if she was enjoying something. The servant walked around the hallway of the room in that place slowly entering a room in front of him. the strains of the melody could be heard outside the room. The afternoon sun shone through the music room through the glass windows. The girl immediately looked at the direction of the light with an expressionless face. In a different place to be precise in a museum where Leo works. There were so many visitors and made him feel confused by their sudden arrival. Leo, who at that time was taking over the job of one of the staff because that person was on leave, he had to receive a lot of guests and for a moment made him tired.
"Please," Leo said to the visitor.
"Excuse me sir, can I meet Mr. Thomas?" said one of the men who had just arrived and then approached Leo. The man looks like a journalist.
"Sorry. But Mr. Thomas is not here."
"I see. Too bad. Then I'll excuse myself."
"Wait a minute, if there is anything you need to ask you can ask me."
"There is not any. Because I have business with that person not you.”
"Oh yeah okay. Goodbye."
Leo then went back to his work. after that he then got a call to immediately come to his class because today was the exam time at his campus. Because he still had to work and the hours left from work were still long, he finally asked the staff who was with him to temporarily replace him and would return soon. He quickly went to campus.
"That kid. I should have checked the schedule first,” muttered one of the staff.
Arriving at the campus and in his class began the exam he did. After an hour he finally got back to work. Once he arrived at his workplace, he had to work overtime because he had been away from work for a long time. The clock is already at 9 pm. In a museum that looks beautiful, he didn't expect Leo, who was working overtime at that time, to get something that changed his view all this time. Right in the 2nd floor room of the museum he found a statue that seemed to have a hexagonal crest and made him feel curious about it. Slowly he approached the object. So far he had never seen anything like this and the longer he was more and more hypnotized by this curiosity until finally he was surprised by Mr. Thomas who came from behind.
"What did you see?" Thomas said to Leo.
"Oh sir, sorry I saw..." when Leo wanted to show Thomas something but he didn't see anything and it immediately made him feel confused.
"What do you want to show me?"
“That was…”
"That's enough. You seem exhausted. You can go home."
“Okay but… it was me.”
"There's nothing for you to worry about. Go home. It's getting late."
"Yeah okay."
Leo went straight home as soon as Thomas told him to. In his mind he was still thinking about what he saw earlier and it was a kind of mystery and kept on occupying his mind until he was thirsty for curiosity. Thomas, who clearly knew what Leo wanted to say earlier, made himself who was now in his room silent for a moment while thinking about something. The night was getting darker and everyone who was working had started to go home in a hurry. Leo who saw people leaving in a hurry then he was surprised. All this time, Leo lived in his former boss's place which was a dormitory so he didn't know the living habits of the people out there. Once he had boarded the bus there he sat in the back seat listening to music for relaxation.
Now at Samuel's house. There he was playing online games in his computer room, Gabriel was also relaxing while watching Samuel play. He, who was devastated by the incident this afternoon, then tried to forget it and accepted the disaster with grace. Gabriel, who did not tell his uncle that he felt no need to burden his uncle. a few minutes later he was about to go to the bathroom to brush his teeth. When he was about to leave for some reason his head suddenly felt dizzy and then unconscious. Samuel who saw Gabriel suddenly fainted immediately panicked.
"Hey! Gab! Get up. What happened gosh, "said Samuel.
Finally Samuel took Gabriel to the hospital. When the doctor checked his condition, it turned out that Gabriel only felt tired and anemic. Hearing what the doctor said Samuel felt anxious and was still waiting for him to come to his senses. This was the first time seeing Gabriel in such a condition and it certainly made Samuel anxious to death. 1 hour later Gabriel finally woke up and Samuel immediately came to his room. There his friend was lying down, groaning in pain.
"Gab, you're awake," said Samuel who immediately came and approached him.
"Samuel. What happened to me?"
“You suddenly fainted. That's why I brought you here."
"Faint? Ah, that's right, my head hurts all of a sudden."
"You just rest. Do not push yourself."
Gabriel who had realized that, he was in a weak state and just sitting there felt heavy to the point where he decided to be treated there for one day. When he fainted suddenly everything he felt was painful. Gabriel who felt that something was wrong with him then he looked at the window. His tired face made him sure of what he was thinking until one day he decided to visit a psychologist and check his mental state. That night he was hospitalized for anemia and this morning Gabriel came for a mental consultation. Arriving in front of the psychologist's room, he suddenly got a pleasure because he felt he would be fine.
"Please come in," said the psychologist named Jane to Gabriel with a friendly smile.
"I came here for a consultation."
"Of course I already know. Please, sit."
"Yes," Gabriel said as he sat down on the chair there.
"Tell me what's your complaint?"
"I've been having weird dreams recently and it's not unusual because somehow it feels like I'm going to die."
"Then?"
“In that dream I met someone and that person was about to kill me with a sharp sword that would stab me in the head. But when I realized it was just a dream."

Creativity that sharpens clarity is genius.” I put this first because it's the most important tip you can take from this list. If you do nothing more than write clearly, you're going to be in the top 10% of all writers. Don't try to sound impressive, just try to be clear.

The writing is actually good, unlike most of the novel in this app it has great grammar, not my type of book since it's a crime genre but i recommend it to those who likes that type of book.
