Drake can't believe his eyes when he tried to help Cedrick's mother. She looks oddly familiar to him and he didn't know a lot of people. Cedrick decided to help and let us both inside their home. But Drake can't take his eyes off the woman. She might look older now but he's sure about who she is.
"Celine, you survived!" Drake can't stop himself anymore.
"Wait, how did you know my mom?" Cedrick asks in confusion.
Celine can't say anything from shock to see Drake on this timeline. She never thought that she would see him again. But now, he's right in front of her. All she can do is cry her eyes out and can't even say a word to him. After the incident, Drake just disappeared.
The TTA finally arrested him and put an end to time travel. Their devices were confiscated and destroyed. But before they do that, they send Drake to the distant future. He couldn't do anything back then but leave them. That's why she can't believe that he's time-traveling again.
Cedrick can't believe what's happening. He saw his mother cry this hard before. Instead of asking he decided to give them some privacy. He can't understand why he feels at ease with this stranger. After his failed attempt at stealing something from him, he brought him home.
"Is Cedrick…" Drake was not able to finish his question.
"He's our son, Drake! You weren't able to find a timeline when time travel is legal. But I was able to successfully give birth to him." Celine of him in an attempt to catch up.
That's why he can't hate that boy even if he tried stealing from him. Cedrick is his son and he's already a teenager on this timeline. But why are they living in this kind of place? The future looks dim but his family deserves more than living under a bridge.
"Why are you living like this? What happened to me?" Drake asks.
"Derek brought you to the Time Travel Agency before Cedrick was born. They sent you to a further future and destroyed all time machines and devices. I thought I would never see you again!" Celine started crying again.
"Stop crying! I'm here now and I will try to do my best to take you away from this lifestyle." He tried to console her.

"We're not here because we're poor, Drake. We need to stay hidden. The TTA is after Cedrick after all those years!" She explained to him.
"You're here because you're hiding from the TTA?" He felt somewhat relieved knowing that they are not living from scraps.

Celine nodded and took a seat on an old-looking couch. Even if this Drake is from the past, she's happy to see him. At least he can do something to avoid getting arrested and leave them on their own. Her son needs his father and she's willing to give her all for that.
"You have to go back to the place you kept me hidden. Derek will soon come to terminate my pregnancy and arrest you!" She informed him.
"Yeah, I will go back to the timeless place before Derek gets there! But how did your fate change?" He has a lot of questions for her but chooses to ask her this.
"According to Derek, my fate changed when I suddenly got pregnant. But that changes the world as we know it. That's why they're after Cedrick because he's destined to be the leader of the new world and they don't like that!" She explains to him.
Celine also informed him that the general of the TTA was after them. Ironically, he's also a time traveler. He went back to his past to stop Cedrick from being born. Although his main agenda was revenge on both of them. She told Drake that the general is Derek's future son.
"I can't believe Derek told you everything!" He replied after she told him everything.
"He thought that I would never even be able to escape him again. Derek seems to see me as a damsel in distress. He always underestimated me ever since." She sounded angry now.
"Hey, relax! It will be over soon and you don't need to hide anymore. I will make sure that I will change the past so that we all don't have to experience this situation." He calmed her down
Drake looked at her intently and he can't believe that even though she's older now, she still looks beautiful. After all the hardships that she has to endure, she still looks great. They both saw Cedrick walking towards them. As if he wanted to ask them something but can't.
"Cedrick, he's your dad!" Celine finally introduced them.
"How is that even possible? He doesn't look as old as you!" Cedrick asks.
"Don't call your mom old, son! I'm a time traveler and I came from the past. That's why I still look younger." Drake chuckled as he explained it to him.
"I thought all the devices were destroyed and none of them are working now? That means that the device I tried to steal from your works?" Cedrick seems to be more interested in that.
"Yes, it still works properly. I invented this device and your mom's." Drake explains.
"I thought mom was just telling me a made-up story about my dad being a time traveler." Cedrick looks like he's about to cry.
"Your mom will never lie to you. But our time has to be cut short. I need to go back to the past now!" Drake informed him.
"But you just got here! I just met you." Cedrick protested.
"I know it's hard for you to grow up without a father but your mom is here. I need to go so I can save both of you!" Drake tried to make him understand why he has to leave.
"Okay, I guess! Just be careful and make sure to also save yourself for us." Cedrick replied and tried to be understanding.
