I wanted to be pissed but I felt more sad. I want to ask him what's the problem but I'm scared for his answer. I'm sacrrd he'd say I'm the problem.
I also want to ask if he's mad at me but I can't bare him saying that he is. I'm scared to hear what I am not ready to hear. 
Ram and Uno didn't took long. They returned with everything that Lucas asked them to have. We ate in silence while Ramiel continued to drive. 
After eating, Lucas made me drink my medicine. I didn't say anything. He hugged me again and put me back on my position earlier. I was about to argue but I saw how serious he is. 
I just quietly rested on him until I fell asleep. When I woke up, I felt a lot better. My head is still resting on his chest and I felt him sleeping soundly. I carefully looked in front and my gaze was meeted by Ram and Uno's eyes. I smiled at them and they smiled back. I got shy at our position but I couldn't move because I don't want Lucas to wake up.
"When did you became friendly?" I stiffened when I felt Lucas breathe in my ears, whispering with his manly voice.
I swallowed hard and tried to move away from him. I sat down on my seat and avoid his gaze. It's already afternoon and the sun is already setting. I can see a lot of trees and farm along the way. Too far from what I can see in the cities of Manila. I opened the window and felt the fresh air, I smiled when I remembered the feeling of being in the province. This is how it feels to be in Bohol, even in the shelter where I grew up.
"Are we still far?" I asked without looking at them. Still busy feeling the fresh air.
"You'll still have to stay in the Hotel where you will wait for Miss Gail. Tomorrow, you'll go to the island where their rest house is located."
It was Ram who answered my question. I sat properly and smiled at him. 
Then I remembered he's still driving since earlier.
"Aren't you tired from driving? I know how, can I drive?"
I even smiled at him but then he looked at the mirror for Lucas approval, I looked at him also. 
"Aren't you sick?" he seriously asked. 
"I feel better now. I can drive just instruct me with the way. Come on, Lucas," I saif convincing him.
He stared at me for a while and shook his head to show his disapproval. I rolled my eyes and sighed. 
"Whatever. Uno, do you know how to drive?" I said as I ignored Lufas that's still looking at me.
Uno was ready to talk to me.
"I know how to drive, Miss." he answered smiling.
"Can you drive then? So Ram could take a rest for a while. And please don't call me Miss. Vy is fine," I said and smiled at her.
Uno chuckled before answering me.
"He's the one assigned to this Vy. Don't worry about Ramiel he's good at this. He's used to a long drive," he explained as if he's convincing me. I couldn't let it pass though, Ram has been driving since we left. I'm sure he's tired.
"Are you really friends? Even the guys with Gail?" I asked when they remained silent. 
I wanted to talk more to avoid thinking too much about Lucas behavior towards me. 
"We were friends since Highschool. While Bon, Serio, and Yulo, the adult ones are also our friends. We met them while working under the agency," I nodded as I listened to Uno.
I assume that the agency was owned by Lucas' family. Considering what Harriet has told me, they're really rich so I don't understand why Lucas has to work as Samantha's driver. Or am I really just being indenial.
"Hmm, well, if Ram is assigned to drive, how about you?" I asked again at Uno.
"On your safety, Vy," he said. I laughed when he tried to act cute on me but then stopped when Lucas called him.
"Uno Versola," he called with authority. Uno didn't talk after that that also stopped me from talking. I was bored so I just put all my attention on the scenery. 
After hourse, we reached the Hotel. I didn't wait for Lucas to open the door for me even though he looked like he's gonna do it since he turned to the side where I am. I was about to get mu tuings when Uno already have it.
"I'll bring this for you,"
I smiled, "Thanks Uno."
He smiled back. We followed Lucas. When we reached him, he took my belongings to Uno. He even pulled me softly to him. I just rolled my eyes at him, he's acting weird again. 
When we reached the front desk, Lucas spoke with the receptionist.
"You're going to stay here aswell?" I asked them.
"Yes miss," Ram answered.
"When will Gail and the others will arrive?" I asked again.
"Later night Miss," Ram answered again.
I'm still thinking of questions I could ask to them when Lucas gave my belongings to them. They accepted it right away. Lucas then held my hand.
Is he not feeling well? He's acting this way and I don't like it. I don't get him.
"Let's go, you're getting comfortable. You're talking too much. I didn't know you're that friendly, Veronica Marchella," he whispered as he guide me to our room.
I didn't talk back and just rolled my eyes. I hate that he's acting like this after being so distant. He's crazy!
We entered the elevator and it stopped on the 17th floor. We were bkth silent when we reached our room. He's still holding my hand.
He opened the door and allowed me to enter first. The room is nice and wide. He entered with our belongings. He put it on the couch and walked back to the door where others are waiting.
"Call me when her friend is here," he instructed. Uno nodded right away. And then they left us alone. I was sitting on the long couch while Lucas closed the door.
"We have two rooms here, just pick where you want to stay. I'll just call for our dinner. Take a rest while waiting," he said continuously.
"Okay," I answrer plainly.
I didn't wait for his response. I just walked towards the first room that I saw.
"Now he's serious again. Tsk, I don't really understand him anymore. He's really like a woman having he's period, so moody!" I whispered to myself irritated.
Like how it is on the receiving area, the room is really beautiful. Now everything makes sense. He doesn't mind spending so much money in Batangas because this is nothing compared to their riches. Shit, it still gets irritating whenever I tried to find reasons for him working as Samantha's driver.
