"So... You were saying that Nicolas is actually cool with you kissing his twin?" Bella stared at me in disbelief.
I shrugged.
"Well, I don't know. At least he doesn't hate me. That's fine I guess." I smiled, remembering about yesterday, when we decided to skip practise and went to my house.
"Wow. So much drama." Bella chuckled. "Don't remind me about it." I rolled my eyes.
I was about to ask her about Bradley, who turned out to be her cousin. She told me that they met when Bella and her family went out of town to go to their relative's house. But I was stopped by someone sitting beside me.
"Hi"
He smiled and I missed his dimple already. Bella's eyes widened and she was giving me the look like I'm going to get married. Seriously. I could feel my cheeks starting to get warm because he was too close and everyone was watching us weirdly.
"Hi"
I replied, blushing. "Hello! I'm Bella!" Bella smirks while looking at me. Nicolas nods at her.
"Nicolas Flynn." he said. "What are you doing here?" I am confused. "Sitting." he stated. I rolled my eyes. Bella starts to laugh. "You guys are so cute! Say cheese!" I did not realise that she had already taken a picture of us. Nicolas just awkwardly smiles at her.
"Oh shit. That's Bradley! I've got to go see you later, Rose, Nicolas." She said hurriedly while busy shoving her books inside her bag. I was about to ask her why she was running away from Bradley, but she was already gone.
"She's weird." Nicolas said, chuckling. "Weird? She's crazy!" I chuckled, and suddenly Bradley was already making his way towards us.
"Um. Rose right?" He scratched the back of his neck. Nicolas stared at him as if he wanted to eat him. "Yes?"
Oh, I know now why Bella likes him so much.
"What do you want?" Nicolas asked, raising an eyebrow. Bradley just rolled his eyes at him. "Have you seen Bella around?" He said, looking annoyed. "Yeah, she just left the cafeteria. She went that way." I said as I pointed in the direction Bella was running earlier. He nodded and said thanks before making his way towards the door.
"He's weird." Nicolas said. Is everyone weird now? "You're the one who's weird." I said, poking his cheek. He groaned. "I wanted to take you somewhere after school." he whispered as he got close to me. "Oh my God, you're asking me out on a date?" I was indeed shocked and excited.
"Yeah."
"You're kidding, right?" I stared at him with wide eyes. "No." He frowned. "You're the best!" I said as I hugged him, and he laughed. I heard some people whispering when I did that. Okay, so..
"Are they a thing?"
"I thought they had already broken up."
"What about Martin? I thought she was with him."
"They broke up a year ago, stupid."
"You sure are famous." I nudged him and that made him roll his eyes. I can't stop thinking about our date throughout the day. I mean, oh gosh, this is our first date!! Although, I don't even know if we were a thing yet. I'm not sure about Nicolas. He does say that he likes me, but he never said that he wanted to be in a relationship... I don't know
"Bradley hates me now." Bella sighs. "What? Why?" I was confused. "I don't know. He doesn't want to talk to me again since..." Bella was silent. I had a feeling that there was something going on between them two. "You both kissed?" I was already smiling. Bella's cheeks flushed pink. Ha!I so knew it.
"Yeah.. But I don't know. ever since he found out that we're cousins. He started to distance himself from me." she sighed. Again, "Wait.. I thought you were the one running away from him." I raised an eyebrow. She shrugged. "I don't know. So tell me, where are you both going?" She said, wiggling her eyebrows.
Disgusting.
"I know what you're thinking, but no. We won't do that, "I warned her and she laughed. "Ok, fine, so did he like ask you to wear something formal or casual?" She smiles.
I just remembered about that.
"No nothing. He just said that he wanted to take me out on a date. "I can't help but to feel curious."
"Hmm.. It is very secretive and mysterious. Call me if anything goes out of hand, alright?" She winked, and that caused me to roll my eyes. Soon after, I received a text from Nicolas himself, saying
"Yes or no?" I was confused as I showed Bella the text. "Maybe he was wondering if you wanted to make love." Bella grinned and I smacked her arm, causing her to groan in pain. "That doesn't sound like him." I'm beginning to feel worried if he's not Nicolas.
when I received another text from him.
:It's Nicolas. Not the other guy....
I smiled and replied, saying yes, although I don't even know what he's trying to say.
:Good. See you later 
When I received his text, I couldn't help but feel excited.
"You're smiling," Bella giggles. "Shut up," I said, chuckling. "That's my mom! Don't forget to call me later, okay? I needed to know if you guys do something weird so that I could blackmail you into treating me my favourite spaghetti." She winked and I was about to reply when she sprinted to her mother's car, laughing like a mad woman. She should be lucky that she's my best friend.
When I arrived at my locker, I saw Nicolas leaning against it.
Smiling, I made my way towards him
