27: Rachel just shook her head after hearing all of Jewel's plans.
"I don't know what to say anymore, Celeste. I know you... I can't stop you from doing what you want to do but I want you to be very careful. You're playing a dangerous game, my dear." that was all that she can say.
"Don't worry about me too much, Rach. I won't go to war when I'm not ready. And this is the only way I can make a decision about the problem I'm facing now." Celeste seriously stated.
Well, all I can say is... I wish you the best of luck and I hope you can return to the big city with a smile on your face." Rachel gave Celeste one final piece of advice.
"Thanks. I need all the luck that I can get..." Celeste responded.

Right now, Celeste is in a specialized school. This is her first day of training where she will learn how to do household chores...
While she was sitting he could hear the conversation from her fellow trainees...
"It's like she doesn't need to train as a maid... Look at her face and her skin... So smooth and fair!" she heard someone speak.
"I know, right? She looks like a daughter of a millionaire!" exclaimed others.
"Let's leave her alone. But I'm sure she's going to have a hard time at the training." one of her co-trainees related.
Celeste was secretly shaken by what she heard but she forced herself to remain silent. She has no intention of fighting with anyone. All she wants is to learn all the things househelps does so she can carry out her plan with Nathaniel Montecarlo. The sooner that she can finish the training, the sooner that she can execute her plan...
Everyone was silent when Mrs. Adalia Castillo, who will be their trainer for a month suddenly came inside the room. Celeste secretly heaved a sigh of relief when she saw that their trainer was okay and not a bully. They had a brief question and answer and she learned lots of things already.
"Now that I have answered all your expectations in this one-month training, we will officially start our class. Let's start with our first training, which is "Laundry Management." I will teach you how to remove stains from clothes, and how to properly separate whites and coloreds and how to iron..." Miss Castillo began.
Celeste quickly took out her hot pink notebook and pen...

A week later...
A week has passed since their training, and now Miss Castillo will teach them how to cook.
"It is important that we can cook and prepare nutritious and delicious food for our employers. We need to know the right choice of ingredients and we also know the safe and proper way to cook food. We should also be careful when using kitchen tools such as knives, or other sharp objects. We should also be extra careful when opening the stove. Today I will teach you how to cut vegetables and meat in a correct way. But first let's start practicing how to cut garlic and onion. Are you ready?" asked Mrs. Castillo.
"Yes ma'am!" all of the trainees responded.
Meanwhile, Celeste is secretly nervous. This is not the first time she will hold a knife. Last week, Mrs. Chavez taught her how to hold a knife and she tried to peel an apple but she accidentally cuts her thumb a bit. She was unable to move because of shock while looking at the blood on her finger.
And now she will use a knife again. She is nervous and worried at the same time because she might cut and hurt herself again.
Celeste snaps out of her reverie when she heard Miss Castillo's voice behind her.
"Are you okay, Celeste?" the instructor asks her.
"Ma'am, can you teach me how to cut garlic and onion?" she shyly begged their trainer.
"Of course! That's why you're here in my class so you can learn. Come and see what I'm going to do. And listen to everything I have to say, okay?" Miss Castillo instructed.
"Yes ma'am!" Celeste answered rightaway.
"Okay, here's how to cut an onion properly... Make sure your fingers don't get in the way so that you won't hurt yourself. First, start by slicing the onion down the middle. The next thing you'll do is to cut off the end of the onion. Afterwards, remove the skin of the onion, and then slice it thinly. This is the way to cut it."
Celeste carefully watched everything. Since Miss Castillo is good at explaining everything, she understood everything she said.
"Do you want to try?" Miss Castillo suddenly suggested.
Even though Celeste was still a little nervous, she mustered all of her courage to do it. Everything that Miss Castillo told her to do automatically replays in her head. She just followed all of their instructions, and she was so excited because she was able to slice the onion without injuring herself!
Eventhough it's not yet perfect, she feels so damn proud of herself. She can consider it as her own personal achievement!
"There, you're getting a bit better now. You can practice at home, until you're satisfied with the outcome. Remember, just like what they always say, "Practice makes perfect!" Miss Castillo gave her an advice with a smile.
"Yes, Ma'am. Thank you very much for your help!" Celeste answered happily.
After that, Miss Castillo went to the other trainees to see what they were doing.
Celeste feels more motivated now. She decided to practice slicing the onions again..

One month quickly passes by.
Celeste finally finishes the training with flying colors. She has learned a lot, and she now confident as ever to do household chores such as cleaning, doing laundry, cooking and many other things...
She feels that she mentally, emotionally and physically ready to go ahead with her plan.
The next step is to talk to her parents as she needs to be away from them for a month...
