"What do you guys plan for the upcoming valentines day?" Jaxon asked, they're currently drinking in our living room since it's Saturday night.
"I know what Chase will do. He's probably going to stay at his condo all day." Adeline said which made me chuckle. "Valentines is next saturday, right?"
"No drinking session on saturday. I have plans." Wyatt announced as he looked at me and leaned towards my ears. "I'll decide the place next sunday."
"Sure, it's your birthday so I'll let you." I said to him and just like that everyone's eyes are on me. "What is it?"
"You two have plans on Chase's birthday?" Tianna asked so I nodded. "Without us?" She asked but before we could even answer my phone rang and Wyatt answered it.
"I don't agree with the idea, mom." Wyatt said after listening to my phone for a while. "But—fine. We'll be there." He said and put my phone down. "Morning at Okada Manila. You guys can come."
"They'll celebrate your birthday at Okada?" I asked and he nodded. "You agreed? The place will surely be noisy."
"I don't have a choice." He said and rested his head on my shoulder.
"We can ditch the valentine's event for you to be able to rest." I suggested but he shook his head. "You don't want it?"
"Chase has plans on Valentine's day, Reese. You can go with us." Bethany said so I shook my head. "Do you have plans too?"
"They have plans together, Beth." Pia said and I agreed. "They're going to have a date." She added, which shocked our other friends who don't know that we're in a relationship.
"It's normal for us to have a date every valentine's day. We don't have partners so we do it together." Wyatt said to them. "But we aren't going on a date. We have dinner with our grandparents."
"Shot Reese." Adeline said and gave me the shot glass but before I could drink, Wyatt snatched it on my hand and drank it. "That's for Reese."
"She can't drink." Wyatt said to her and his friends chuckled while Adeline asked why.
"It's bad for the baby's health." Jaxon, Bry, and Jerome said in unison like they're so serious. "It's bad for my niece's health." Jaxon added and Pia agreed with him.
"She's pregnant?" Tianna asked and they nodded. "Who's the father?"
"Chase is the father." Gavin said and chuckled. "It's obvious, Tianna."
"Just listen to Chase, Reese. It's for our niece's health." Kelvin said and Wyatt chuckled.
"They agreed with me. You can't drink." Wyatt said to me, which made me roll my eyes. "How's my baby?" He asked and even held my stomach.
"Chastille tigilan mo ko." I said and he just chuckled. "If I'm pregnant then we'll be dead."
"Reese, how many months?" Tianna asked so I looked at her. "How can you be pregnant and not tell us?"
"It's been 9 months already." I answered her and Wyatt laughed. "Kidding. We're just joking, Tianna. Wyatt is just my best friend." I said and looked at my phone to see the time. "Damn. I'm late already." I said and stood up and went to the bedroom and changed my clothes.
I wore a black tube top and white high-waisted trousers partnered with white coat. I wore my white stiletto before going out.
"Change your top." Wyatt said as soon as I opened the door. "Where are you going?"
"I have a coat. Do I still have to change?" I asked as I wore the coat. "I'll go clubbing."
"What?" He asked with furrowed eyebrows which made me think if I told him about it. "With who?" He asked and sighed. Confirm, I didn't discuss it with him.
"Ang daming tanong, Chase. Best friend ka lang naman." Adeline said to him and he glared at her. I walked towards him and held his hand. "He's going with you?"
"No, we'll just talk." I answered her as Wyatt got up and then dragged me back to his room. "Cassi and the others told me about it yesterday. I forgot to tell you about it. Sorry."
"Love, hindi nga kita pinapainom tapos pupunta ka ng club?" He asked, then sighed. "But fine. You can go. Take care. Call me if you want me to pick you up." He said and kissed my forehead.
"Are you sure?" I asked and he nodded. "The girls are already waiting for me in the lobby. I should go. I love you." I said and kissed him then was about to pull away when his lips moved. "I need to go, love." I said when I successfully moved away.
"Alright. Take care again. I love you." He said and kissed me again and he chuckled when he pulled away. "Why did you use my perfume?" He said as we left the room.
"For them to know that I already have a boyfriend." I whispered to him and chuckled then looked at the others, who's watching us. "I'll get going. Don't drink a lot." I said and continued walking. Wyatt accompanied me to the lobby until we rode Kuya Rock's car. "I'll stay for an hour. I can't stay long."
"Why? Because Chase is more important than us?" Cassi asked which made me chuckle as I nodded.
"I can't stay long. I forgot to tell him about it yesterday. I'm not supposed to drink today." I said and she just rolled her eyes at me. "Babawi ako next time."
When we arrived they ordered our drinks and started drinking. Some people approached our table asking for numbers but they were chased away by Kuya Rock.
"Samahan mo ko sa bathroom, Riella." Riley said so I did. I waited for her outside the bathroom as I texted Wyatt to fetch me. We went back to our table and I listened to their conversation until my phone rang so I excused myself and went outside.
"You want to go home already? Why?" Wyatt asked as I answered the call.
"I don't like it here anymore." I answered him and he chuckled. "Are you drunk? Can you still fetch me?"
"I'm on my way, love." He answered so I nodded as I looked around.
"Hi miss. Can I get your number?" A guy asked as he tried to give me his phone.
"Speaker your phone, love." He said so I did. "Don't give your number. Go back to Cassi. I'm on my way, love."
"Alright. I should drop the call. It's loud there. Call me again when you arrive." I said as I walked back inside.
"I'm already near. Your location is just near our condo. I'll be there in 5 minutes." Wyatt said so I nodded. "You should bid them goodbye."
"Alright." I said to him and went in front of them. "I'm going home. Wyatt will be here in 5 minutes. I'll go wait outside."
"I'll go with you." Ryker and Ate Clara said in unison so I nodded.
"When do you and Chase plan to get married?" Ate Clara asked and stopped walking. "You guys are already going 6 years in a relationship."
"We'll get married after we graduate." I answered her. Wyatt and I always answer that. "We still have 7 years."
"Love." I heard Wyatt's voice, which made me look in front of me. "Shall we go home?" He asked as he hugged me.
"We shall." I answered him and kissed his neck.
The week has passed and today is Valentine's day. And we're watching a movie at the cinema with Pia and Jaxon. We're watching a stranger's recommendation again.
"Love, look away." Wyatt said, which made me chuckle as I continued watching. It's a steamy scene that's why he's reacting like that. "Look at me, love."
"Quiet, Wyatt. I'm watching and for god's sake we're 23." I said and he chuckled.
"I'm turning 24 tomorrow." He said and kissed my temple. "But I'm still stuck at school." He said which made me chuckle.
"Focus on the movie. Ang ingay nyo." Jaxon said to us.
After watching, we parted ways with Pia and Jaxon since we're going to have dinner with our grandparents. The dinner is just simple. They asked about us and school. After it I thought we're already going home but no.
"Where are we going?" I asked Wyatt and he just took a glance at me and I got it. "Where is it this time? We don't have clothes."
"I booked an executive suite at Okada. 2 weeks ago." He answered so I nodded. "I bought clothes a while ago while you and Pia are watching a movie at the cinema."
"How about undergarments?" I asked and he just glanced at me and continued driving. "Do you know my size?"
"Love, is that even a question? I'm always with you whenever you buy your undergarments." He said, which made me look at the back seat and see Victoria's Secret paper bags and other branded paper bags.
"How much did you spend with all of this?" I asked and he didn't answer me. "How much did you spend on my clothes? I'll pay it back." He didn't answer me again.
When we arrived at Okada we went to our room. "Change your clothes, love. You've been wearing that since morning." He said and gave me one of the Victoria Secret paper bags. I looked at what's inside and saw that it was lingerie. "Do you like it?"
"No." I answered him and walked to the bathroom to change. It's a stretch Lace & Satin Cami Set. "It's cold." I said as I got out of the bathroom.
"Then change with this." He said and gave me another paper bag but I just put it aside and started to remove all the paper bags at the bed. "Love, you can change. You might catch a cold."
"I don't want to. Do you like it?" I asked him as I sat on the bed. "Let's cuddle, love. It's cold." I said and covered myself with the comforter.
"You look so beautiful, love. I like it." He said as he lay beside me and used my chest as his pillow. "I bought some chocolates, love. Do you want to use it?" He asked playfully which made me chuckle.
"I don't, malagkit, love. But I would love to eat it." I said and he moved away from me and stood up. When he comes back he's holding chocolate syrup and chocolate bars. "You bought two nightwear for me, right?"
"I bought three. Actually I bought four." He answered me so I nodded. "I bought some white shirts too."
"You really bought a lot. Can I have chocolate?" I asked and he opened one before giving it to me. I took a bite at it and looked at Wyatt who's just staring at me. "Do you want to taste it?" I asked and he nodded before leaning forward and kissing me.
The next morning I was woken up because of the brightness. "Love, can you close the blinds? I want to sleep more." I said as I covered my face with a pillow.
"It's close already." He said and removed the pillow on my face. "Are you still sleepy? It's already 7. We need to go to the room they booked."
"7 already? I'll take a shower first. I feel so sticky." I said and opened my eyes then sat down. "You should've taken a shower while I'm sleeping."
"I'm sorry for not wiping you properly. I was so sleepy." He said which made me chuckle. "I'm waiting for you, that's why I'm still in bed."
"Okay. Help me get up then let's take a shower together. Shower lang, Chastille." I said and he chuckled. He carried me to the bathroom and we took a shower. "Love, someone's calling."
"Don't mind it. We're still taking a shower." He said so I nodded as I continued massaging my scalp.
After taking a shower I wore a red sleeveless turtleneck midi dress partnered with open toe lace up chunky high heels sandals. While Wyatt wore a red long sleeve button up shirt and a black trousers. He wants us to wear a matching outfit.
"You really bought a turtleneck dress for me because you know what will happen right?" I asked and he nodded. "If you didn't buy this dress I'll be probably mad at you right now because how can we hide my hickeys when we don't have a concealer." I said and he chuckled.
"I bought you some make up. It's the right shade, don't worry."
"You're really the best, Wyatt. I love you." I said and kissed his neck. "Happy 24th birthday, love. More birthdays with me to come." I said and held his nape to lower his head and kisses his lips.
