"Love, are you really okay with my pregnancy?" I asked him. We're already in the Philippines and we're going on my scheduled check up. "You seemed against the idea the last time we talked about this."
"Love, I told you I planned this. And besides I should be the one who's concerned because your wedding gown might not fit you." He said which made me chuckle. "What's worth chuckling, love?"
"I already told the designer to alter my gown when I learned about my pregnancy." I said to him and he nodded. "My stomach isn't growing that much isn't it? But there's a change."
We went to Ate Cara and Ate Rabia's clinic to get me checked but of course they're the only ones who know about it. "You're 8 weeks pregnant, Reese. Congrats!" Ate Cara said then looked at Wyatt. "You should've brought her to me earlier!"
"We just got back from California 2 days ago. We're very busy with our work." Wyatt said to her. "Give her some vitamins, Ate. She has a busy schedule."
"Rabia, did you write the vitamins she should take?" Ate Cara asked Ate Rabia and she nodded. Ate Cara continued looking at the ultrasound. "Wait. I saw something." She said and put the transducer back in the other side of my stomach then we looked at the sonogram carefully as she carefully moved the transducer. "It's hard to see it."
"Because it's hiding." Ate Rabia which made me look at her. "The other foetus(fetus) is hiding behind the other one."
"That means I'm carrying twins, love." I said to Wyatt in disbelief. "Oh my gosh, love. I'm carrying twins!" I said and he didn't move.
"Yeah you are." He said as he just stared at the sonogram which made me chuckle. He didn't talk and just looked at the sonogram then we heard his phone ring. "We need to go back to the hospital." He said to me so Ate Cara cleaned my stomach. We tried paying them but we didn't win so we just left since we really need to go or we'll be late for our surgery.
Wyatt and I didn't talk about my pregnancy until we got home. "Love, do we have peanuts?" I asked him and he nodded. "I want some."
"Then I'll get you some." He said and talked to the kitchen while I stood up to open the door since someone rang our doorbell.
"Why are you guys here?" I asked when I saw our friends in front of our door. "Did you give Wyatt a heads up?"
"Love, here's the peanut you are asking." I heard Wyatt say and his steps getting closer and closer. "What are you still doing at the door?" Wyatt asked before he finally appeared before my eyes. "Why are you guys here?" He asked them as I got a jar of garlic peanut in his hands then quickly walked away. "Careful, love."
I got to the living room first then sat on the sofa and there I quietly ate the peanut I asked. I was wearing a black bodycon dress so I got a pillow to cover my stomach.
"What are your plans?" I heard Jaxon ask which made me look behind me. "You should make a plan already."
"I scheduled his bachelor party 2 days before the wedding." Gavin said as they sat on the sofa. "What's the plan for Reese's bachelorette party?"
"You guys can drink on her bachelorette but not Graciella." Wyatt said to them as he sat beside me, which made me agree. "Can I have some?"
"No." I answered him and continued eating and he chuckled. "I want wine, love."
"Red?" He asked so I nodded. "This is your first and last wine for the whole week, love." He said before standing up and walking away.
"Your bachelorette will be a surprise, Reese." The girls said and giggled.
"I don't want a boy there. My boys will be mad." I said and chuckled then looked at Wyatt who's talking towards me with a glass of wine in his hand. "Thank you, love." I said and kissed his cheeks.
"What do you mean your boys will be mad? Isn't it supposed to be Chase will be mad?" Bethany asked and chuckled.
"No, I mean it. My boys will be mad." I said and took a sip on my wine, while I heard Wyatt chuckled.
"You're deciding on the gender already huh." He whispered to me so I nodded. "You really want boys."
"I do want boys and I'll probably love it when they look like you." I said and he chuckled. I leaned forward to him. "Love, I may need to adjust my gown again. We should visit our designer about it."
"We'll do that. When do you want to go?" He asked, which made me shrug my shoulders. "Then we'll just go on our day off.
"Talking like we have the same schedule." I said to him and rolled my eyes.
"I can adjust my schedule for you, my love." He said, which made me giggle. "You got butterflies?" He asked and chuckled. "You're so cute." He said and pinched my cheeks which made me slap his hand. "Moody." He said which made me roll my eyes.
"What do you expect?" I asked and raised my eyebrows and he chuckled. "I love you." I said and stole a kiss from him. "Your lips are attracting me again."
"Well stop yourself." He said and bit his lower lip, which made me stare at it more and he chuckled. "Love, our friends are here. Don't look at my lips like that."
"But I really like your lips." I said and pouted before sitting properly then looked at them. "Can you guys leave?" I asked and they laughed. "I'm serious. Wyatt won't let me kiss him and I really want to kiss him."
"Love, I can let you kiss me but don't bite it. Do you know that it hurts?" He asked so I nodded. "Alam mo naman pala but why do you continue doing it?"
"I don't know. I just like your lips so much." I answered him and pouted. "Let me kiss you." I said he did and I moved my lips but he didn't respond then pulled away. "You don't love me anymore?"
"Love naman." He said and sighed. "Not here. Everyone is watching us look." He said and pointed at our friends. "Let's go. You should sleep." He said after I yawned. I let him carry me and I rested my head on his chest and closed my eyes.
When I woke up Wyatt wasn't on my side so I left my room and saw that they're still drinking. "What time is it? Don't you have plans on sleeping? You won't sleep beside me." I said to Wyatt and they all looked at me. "What?"
"It's just an hour and you're awake already." Pia said to me, "bakit parang gigil na gigil ka kay Chase?"
"Come here, love." Wyatt said so I did. He seated me on his lap and hugged me from the back. "Are you hungry? Do you want anything?"
"Ice." I answered him and they asked 'what ice'. "Ice cube."
"I'll get the ice cube that I made yesterday. The one with lemons right?" He asked so I nodded. He patted my lap so I stood up. I waited for him to come back and sit again then sat on his lap. "How is it?" He asked as I chewed the ice.
"It's good. Do you want some?" I asked him and he shook his head. "Is this all we got?" I asked as I looked at the six pieces of ice tube.
"That's all I got you." He said then looked at them. "Where did we stop? What did you feel about Bethany's pregnancy again, Jerome?"
"Happy of course but her cravings are annoying." Jerome answered him and chuckled. "You'll experience it soon."
"You're not annoyed right?" I whispered to him and he nodded. "Just tell me if you're annoyed with my cravings already. I'll just stay quiet."
"No, you better tell me what you want than staying quiet." He said and shook his head. "How about you, Jaxon?"
"You're asking me that? Go find a freaking fresh cacao fruit at 3 am in the morning." Jaxon said and Pia laughed. "I called you because of it, don't you remember?"
"I do. I told you to just give her chocolates." Wyatt answered him and chuckled.
"How hard will Reese's cravings be when she gets pregnant?" Tianna asked and chuckled. "I want to see Chase having a hard time finding her cravings."
"Love, chocolate almonds." I whispered to him and stood up. He walked away without saying anything and went back with our jar of chocolate almonds. "Thank you, love." I said and kissed his cheeks.
"Anything for you." He said as he sat down then sat me on his lap. "Eat moderately."
"Do you guys have a whole grocery store? You guys seem to have everything." Leon said and chuckled. "I bet you guys have some gummy candies too." He said which made me look at Wyatt and smile.
"No, you're eating so many sweets, love. You can eat gummy candies tomorrow." Wyatt said to me so I sighed. "I won't give you any even if you sigh for many times, Graciella."
"Any updates to the house Chase told you to make?" Gavin asked Bry which made me look at them. "What?"
"It's almost finished. My team was just adding the specific details from the drawing." Bry answered Gavin and Wyatt sighed. "Did you see it already, Chase? Reese's drawing was so specific. I didn't know that she could be an architect."
"She drew it when we were in high school. She dreamed about being an architect, that's why the drawing was so detailed." Wyatt said to him, which made me remember the house I drew. "All I did was to adjust the number of rooms since 3 isn't enough."
"That's why it has 12 rooms." Bry said and chuckled. "12 is a lot."
"We're planning to have 5 kids. They need their own rooms and then our room that will be connected to the nursery room. It's already seven. The 5 extra rooms will be guest rooms." Wyatt said to him and they nodded. "Do you want to see it, love?"
"See what? The house you guys are talking about?" I asked and he nodded. "And what do you mean by that?"
"Do you want to see our house, love?" He asked so I nodded. "I'll give you the details tomorrow. You look so sleepy." He said and chuckled. "You should sleep again. I won't drink a lot."
"I want to cuddle with you. I'll stay." I said and hugged him. I yawned as I rested my head on his chest. "I can stay right?" I asked and closed my eyes.
"Yeah, you can. I love you." He said and kissed my forehead. I didn't respond anymore and just slept.
I woke up because of the light. "Love, can you close the blinds?" I said Wyatt and the lights were out without Wyatt moving which made me open my eyes to see Pia standing in front of us. "Why am I on the couch?"
"Can you not move so much, love? It's too early for a boner." Wyatt whispered which made my eyes widen and then chuckled. "And that's worth chuckling?"
"I'm sorry, love. I'll stand up. I love you." I said and kissed him and he suddenly hugged my waist and changed our position. "Love, we're in the living room."
"I know. I love you." He said and kissed me before standing up. "Good morning."
"Love, help me stand up." I said and he didn't help me but carried me instead. "I need to take a shower. I'm going to be late."
"It's just 7 am. Your first surgery is at 10 am." He said and rolled his eyes which made me chuckle.
