We have no class today since we just returned from our field trip, I watch as Annie fix her self to attend their class and started complaining about how lonely she is sleeping inside our room without anyone to talk to.
"Yeah go on" I said unbothered by her rampage.
"... And Loraine is also busy, I thought that you guys will be back immediately last night but I end up staying so late in the evening yet you guys weren't still here" she complained.
Right. We got home earlier this morning- maybe around 3? Well we were suppose to be arriving at 7 on the evening yesterday but while we were cooking dinner, it started to rain so we waited for it to stop- it took us a couple of hours yet the rain didn't stop so we end up eating inside the rest house.
"Well you're running late, fix your tie already and let's head down the cafeteria" I scolded her then she glared at me before finishing her look and took her bag.
We head out our room and Pierce was already there waiting in his casual clothes.
"You're still not gonna talk to me? It's been three days" he complained, Annie crossed her arms.
"I don't want to, what are you gonna do about it?" She asked arrogantly.
"Xiela- you're a pain in the ass" he messed his hair and Annie clicked her tongue and started to walk away when Pierce held her back.
"I'll go ahead love birds, I'm starving- Pierce get her to have breakfast before class starts" I reminded him and he smirked.
"You're seriously leaving me with this playboy?" Annie asked, disappointed at my actions.
"Talk it over" I waved my hand before entering the lift.
When the door closed, I leaned againist the cold steel wall and sighed deeply. As much as I don't want to see Annie getting hurt everytime she sees Pierce, I want them to talk over the problem they have and of course get at least a little bit of closure.
When the lift opened, I walked out and went straight to the cafeteria when I accidentally bumped into someone.
"Sorry- Ashlyn!" I exclaimed.
"Hey Tine! How was field trip?" She asked and we hugged each other.
"Awesome. How are your guys? How's practice?" I asked her.
"Everyone's improving, I'm also preparing for our field trip this friday" she said.
"Wait, you're from Crimson 4-B too?" I asked.
"Yup, same class as Pierce's fiancé" she said with her dreamy face and purked lips, I chuckled, sure that playboy makes almost everyone fall for him.
"Pierce is actually upstairs, talking to his fiancé which is also my roomate" I grinned while we fell in line to get our meal.
"How lucky are you" she pouted then we heard a squeal from a distance.
"Mommy Ashlyn!" Liz ran towards us and Ashlyn immediately opened her arms to welcome her.
"Aww, Lizzy my baby, let's practice well later okay?" Ashlyn pat her head while Liz nod excitedly.
"Girl stop nodding you're neck's gonna break" I joked but they didn't mind me.
These mother-daughter relationship of them is sometimes a pain but anyways, Ashlyn always do her best to train Liz so what's there to stop?
"Sorry I'm late, ghad I overslept once again" Sam came with Loraine.
"Pst! Loraine~ Clyde's looking for you yesterday too bad you weren't there" Ashlyn teased her.
"Clyde? As in Clyde Nicolo? Our campus crowned King?" Sam asked curiously and Ashlyn nodded proudly.
"Shut up, he's just looking for me because I accidentally spilled some coffee on his uniform last week and his hunting me down" Loraine said bluntly.
"Well that odd, if you were to offend him, you should be kicked out of the school by now- how come your still here?" Ashlyn pouted, I choked on my own laughter as Loraine's eyes widened.
"Well I dare him" she arrogantly slam her tray on the counter shocking the lady in charge.
"Here's my card ma'am I'll treat these ladies as well" Ashlyn said.
"Geez thanks Ash" I mumbled then she smiled.
After breakfast, Ashlyn and Loraine went to the main building attend their classes while the three of us decided to head back to my room to hang out.
Liz is asleep while me and Sam are chatting, mostly on what happened on our field trip.
"You mean Icer snatched you away from James immediately?" I asked and her cheeks blushed.
"Y-yeah I guess that's it, aren't you two suppose to be together? Where did you ran off to?" She asked.
Of course I'm not telling her that Ace drag me down the water and suddenly passed me the oxygen supply he has on his lungs to me and he showed me an underwater cave which lead to a short to the hot spring.
"I'm hanging out with Ace on the cliff side" I simply answered.
"Ah no wonder you were wet" she face palmed and I crack an awkward smile.
"We went swimming afterwards" I added and she leaned over the feet of my bed where Liz was sleeping.
"This kid is too tired" she motioned to her.
"Well she handled most of the games since Icer is too lazy to do it" I told her, Icer was always by my side- except when we have activities and Sam is always working with James that's when he'll disappear beside me.
"Loraine and Annie will have their field trip this friday, looks like we've been away from each other lately" She muttered.
"That's life Sam" I poked her side making her flinch.
"Watch it," she warned, I smirked at her.
"Ooh scary" I mocked her and then I found myself laying on the floor while getting tackled by Sam, our laughter even woke our sleeping beauty Liz and joined our fun.
We only head out the room when the bell rang, indicating that it was already lunch time, of course it's just the three of us when we ate our lunch, after that, we decided to have a little shopping at the mall and played on the arcade the whole afternoon before going to the covered gym to attend our volleyball practice.
~The next day~
I boredly scribbled on the back of my notebook when someone dropped a whole bundle of papers on my desk, I lifted my head and glared at that person.
"Library, now" he coldly said and walked out the classroom.
What's up with him this time? He was so kind and gentle to me when we were on our field trip, what happened to him?
I frowned and carried that papers with me before walking out the classroom to follow him, is he a cancer? This dude has a lot of personalities to count.
Just like what I said from the beginning before completely letting him near me- he. is. too. complicated. to. understand.
I reached the library and settled the papers on the desk near the computer he was now using, I watched him open the browser and typed something.
"Seperate the files by date, each date should have 24 pieces since there's 24 of us" he said.
"It's already arranged by dates" I sourly look at him.
"Just do it" he insisted so I had no choice but to 'seperate' the sheets. After I'm done I checked the first activity sheets without his consent but suprisingly, he didn't scold me.
"Ace?" I called him.
"What?" He asked without taking his eyes off the computer.
"We're already late" I told him.
"I passed some excuse letter, don't worry" he assured me, yeah why not? He has the power to do it.
After checking the sheets, Ace and I switched places, I recorded the students who have finished the activities on our field trip while he checked and tally the total scores of the papers.
"Is your answer from number 16, B?" He asked.
"What's the question again?" I asked and look over the paper he was holding.
"Yeah, that's my answer" I told him before sitting back down.
A few moments later my stomach grumbled makig me froze and slowly turn to Ace and he was already looking at me- he did hear it, that's so embarassing.
"Uh-"
"Let's go, I'll treat you some snacks" he sighed and pushed his chair from the table before standing up, I took my phone and pen and shove it inside my pockets.
I followed him until we got into the grand hall, there's only a few people here but all of them are busy with their books to even notice the great Ace walking in the middle of the way.
He ordered some waffles, sandwhich, sundae and some apple juice. He paid for all of it before pulling me to sit on 'their' table, he scattered the food on the table and let me choose.
I picked the waffles and sundae then start to dig in, he also ate his sandwhich while playing on his phone.
"Annie!" I exclaimed when I saw her entered the grand hall, she smiled and went over to sit beside me
"What brings you here?" I asked her.
"Avoiding Pierce as usual, tsk" she complained.
"Yeah avoiding him, but you're currently sitting on his seat" Ace smirked, I cracked a half smile when Annie suddenly stood up and threw her hand on her forehead.
"Sit here" I gestured to my seat.
"No stay there" Ace glared at me, I pressed my lips in a thin line as Annie smiled teasingly.
"I'll grab something to eat and head back to class, see ya Tine" she waved childishly making me drop my jaw.
My eyes followed her while she ordered some energy drink on the counter then waved at me once more before walking out the place. Now it's just the two of us again, I watch him spin his phone and dialed someone.
"Hey I saw your girl, she's on her way back on her classroom" he reported, my eyes widened and smacked his head.
"How dare you?" I pouted.
"What? I'm just helping my friend" he excused his self from the blame.
"Whatever, thanks for the food, I'm leaving" I slouched and was ready to walk out when he took a hold of my hand.
"Not so fast" he sighed.
"Ooh what's this?" His grip on my hand tightened when someone spoke behind me.
"What do you want?" He asked arrogantly to their rival group, oops I'm stuck.
"It's rare to see you with someone who's not im the Core society- and it's a girl" Drake eyed me up and down checking me out constantly but that was replaced by a sly smirk when Ace stood up and I hid behind him.
"Go on, I'll be with you later" he pat my head, I bit my lower lip to avoid getting worried too much and nod.
"Good, now go" he gave a small smile and I slowly walked out the scene.
When I stepped out of the grand hall, I can't help myself but to look back at the door, is it really okay to leave him there? He's all alone and there the six of them- well he is holding a higher rank than them, no comment.
I sighed and decided to walk back to the library to finish the rest of the work, once I was done I still have a few minutes left before lunch. I happily skipped towards my usual place to find the book and read the letter.
'I'm not nice, I'm the total opposite of it' he replied, I took out my pen and wrote down my reply below his.
'You can't say that, there's kindness in everything even if it's just a little, even on monsters and villains' I said before folding the letter and returned the book to its usual place.
I was about to leave when I saw a space related dictionary, I heard that we have a new topic running today regarding on space and planets so I guess this could help me.
I walked out of the place and suddenly bumped into someone, I muttered a sorry before looking up and meet his fierce gaze- oops what happened?
"What are you doing here?" He asked.
Should I tell him? Probably no, he'll just make fun of me from those cringy letters, I cleared my throat and hold the book up.
"I need this" I chuckled heavily and he raised his eyebrow before turning his heel away.
"It's about lunch, I'll get the papers to the office while you can now go, thanks for the help by the way" he said.
"No problem" I replied and help him settled all the files on his hand.
"You sure you don't need any help?" I asked him.
"It's fine, go have your lunch, that's an order" he seriously said and I held both my hands up to surrender before sprinting out the library.
I walk towards our classroom to fetch Sam and Liz before proceeding to our building for lunch, I even saw Loraine and Annie on the way so we are having our lunch complete today.

It was dismissal and the three of us attended our volleyball practice, we only performed some drills and exercises today so we had our dinner a little bit early.
After our dinner Annie and I walked back towards our room, I can't help myself but feel pity towards her, I mean, Pierce wants their relationship to get stable yet he still flirts with girls and this friend of mine kept falling for every word he would said because she herself wants their relationship to be okay.
Basically to say, their relationship gets a lot complicated everyday, no matter how she would reject him, she'll always find herself back to number one, I flinched when she suddenly got her face kiss the door on purpose.
"Hey calm down-"
"I want to call the marriage off" she muttered.
"Ah what now?" I asked as if I haven't heard it clearly.
"I want to cancel the wedding Tine" she turn to me, tiredness was really visible on her face right now.
"Whatever you say, I have no comment" I unconciously said and opened the door for her.
"I'm so tired of seeing him break his promises and create a new one just to break once more, I just- it can't go on like this. My family is at vail but I can't risk my life to a guy like him, I'll just propose to the Gonzales' if that's the case" she smiled bitterly.
"Are you sure about that? I mean, Pierce is doing his best on his side" I trailed off then she dropped her bag on her drsk before turning to me.
"So meaning to say, you're on his side... I see" she coldly said sending shivers down my spine.
"No, what I mean is, Pierce is already asking his friends to help him out, why would he flirt girls when he's almost loosing his mind looking after you?" I asked her, she took a deep breath and took out her phone.
"I'm not passing one more day with this love and war of us" she sighed and called someone.
I shrugged and entered the bathroom to change into my pajamas and brushed my teeth when I heard some noise outside.
"What the h*ll? I did everything Xiena!" Pierce yelled.
"I'm tired of your bullsh*ts Pierce" she calmly said while paying no attention to him but the book on her desk.
"You're tired? Fine, I'm tired of hearing your complaints anyways, you think your the victim here? Guess again you sh*t-" I gasp and backed up to the corner when Annie slapped him.
Pierce grinned and looked at me. "See Cursetine? That's her true color, stop getting deceieved by her fragile face, she's a monster" he chuckled sarcasly before turning to her his a dark face.
"So I guess that's it" he stare at her coldly before walking out the door.
"Tine..." Annie said, I smiled and shook my head.
"Don't get his words drag you off, chill out, we'll talk tomorrow" I comforted her, she nod before walking inside the bathroom.
I was doing my home works and I can still hear her low sobs inside the bathroom, of course it's hard for her as well. About what Pierce said a while ago, I don't think Annie deserves to be called as fake or a monster because I, myself, is also not perfect on my own flaws.
After a while my phone started ringing then Icer's name was shown on the screen, I sighed before walking out the balcony to answer the call.
"Hello?" I greeted him.
"Do you know what is Sam's favorite item?" He asked, I froze for a bit, now why is he asking me about Sam? Can't he call her? Besides, Sam would appreciate it if he would call her directly.
"She loves collecting a lot of yellow stuffs especially that pikachuu icon, why'd you ask? Should I expect dating issues soon?" I smirked.
"How'd you know?" he grumbled, I chuckled.
"I'm the best at everything Ice, I'll go ahead now, bye" I ignored his complaints about not telling Sam that he called me.
I breathed in the cold night breeze when I heard some ruffling over the tree branch that's next to our balcony, I shivered at the thrilling scene on my head and was about to head back inside when someone spoke.
"Cursetine" he called, I turn my heel back and look over the dark until I saw a certain someone hiding on the leaves.
"Ace... hey, what's up?" I smiled, he chuckled and finally revealed his figure.
He's wearing a grey sweater and black pants but he still look so handsome at that state, he held on to the branches while walking towards our balcony, I reached up my hand for him and he took it before jumping down the floor.
"Nothing, I can't stay inside the room hearing Pierce destroy our living room" he sighed.
"Me neither, Annie has been crying inside the bathroom for an hour already" I groaned and leaned over the railings, the both of us stayed silent for almost a whole minute.
"About what happened back in our field trip..." he trailed off.
"W-what?" I stuttered, he can't be asking about 'that' thing right?
"That kiss, can I have it again?" he grinned, our eyes met and I felt my face heat up, the distance of our faces are just close to each other and I can smell his minty breath fanning my face.
"I-I u-uhm..." I looked away and hide my face with my hair, he chuckled deeply then he pulled my arm back so I can face him once again.
I lost my balance so I held on to his chest to support my self, I'm really blushing hard right now, I can't even look at him straight on his burning eyes. He lifted my chin using his other hand since the other one already was its place on my waist.
Our eyes locked once again and I felt my body ran out of oxygen, my heart beat is racing and I feel the entire zoo inside my stomach rumbling, I was speechless by the beautiful scene in front of me.
"Do you mind?" He asked gently, it was so light and I unconciously shook my head.
He slowly leaned over without breaking eye contact with me, he slowly close his eyes and I did the same thing, not long when I felt his soft and warm lips on mine as my grip on his shirt tighthened.
Everything inside me is going wild and it feels amazing, our lips aren't moving but I felt his hand that was on my waist tightened and pulled me towards him more closely and slowly he pulled away.
It didn't even last for a minute but it felt like forever to me, I bit my lower lip and look away, this is so embarassing.
"Stop doing that, your lips are seducing me" he whispered huskily as I pushed myself away from him and released my lips, he's really bad for my health.
"I-I'm going to bed" I excused but he held me back on his embrace once again.
"You're not gonna avoid me after this right?" He asked softly.
"N-no, I promise I won't. Did my answer satisfy you?" I rolled my eyes and he look down at me.
"You promised that. I'll see you tomorrow then" he planted a kiss on my jaw and forehead before climbing back to the tree.
I watched him as he carefully climb down until he reached the ground, he look up to me and I smiled before giving him a small wave, he smiled back at me before walking off.
Well I think I had a good night today and tomorrow, it's gonna be another long day for me.
