Two weeks before the kidnapping of the Head of Belfour clan...
~Somewhere in the hidden empires on Greece~
"What do you mean by that?" A now married woman frowned at what she heard from a former classmate.
"We saw her here, you're all looking at the wrong places, I bet even Sam doesn't have a clue that they're on the same country now" Louanne cringed.
"How sure are you that it was her?" They asked.
"Because she talked to us, James even sent some of his guards to follow her home but the military troops blocked the way before we could figure out where she lives" Louanne answered.
"How is she? It's been 5 years of no signs of her" her husband asked, totally disregarding the 4 gentlemen with them.
"Well... I think James should tell you guys, I'm gonna put Levi to sleep, hehe" Loanne escaped and handed her laptop to James so he can talk to them through facetime.
"Well?" They were all eager to hear the story about their beloved Cursetine Belfour.
"It's no use Loraine, she's already unavailable now- well she talk to someone on the phone amd she really look so happy now- I think we should stop before we break her again" he suggested, Loraine looked at her husband and then the four men sitting on the other couch.
"I'm flying back to the Philippines to fetch Xiena, maybe that way, I can confirm it" Pierce rose from his seat and walk towards the gigantic window.
"How about you Ice?" Clyde asked him, he rolled his eyes.
"I'm not going" he coldly uttered, this made Troy laugh.
"Still bitter after getting divorce with Samantha?" He smirked and this broke the line, Ice rose and pulled his collar up.
"Stop mentioning her name you playboy, unlike you, I'm not cheating behind my wife's back, not until we got that divorce" he growled.
"Drop it you two" said by a stressed out-yet-still-handsome, Death Jaxen Ace, at your very service.
"Why even bother looking for her? Mikayla is still single, get back to her" Icer dropped the younger one to his seat to confront the other.
"What? I'm very much positive that you know me since we were 14 Ice, if I want something, I got it, I don't care if she's taken or not" he smirked and looked at the two 'married' couple in the room.
"Aish, no you don't Death" James frowned at his comment.
"James, I've waited five years for this, I can't just stay still and wake up one day knowing that she's already married" he explained.
"You're just gonna break her again Death, please, let her go" James said seriously.
"Not until she k*lls me" he retorted before standing up, preparing to leave.
James just sighed after realizing that he made a big mistake of letting them know where Cursetine was right now and how was she doing, after ending the call with a few regards to the four bastards, Loraine confronted the four guys.
"Pierce, after you fetch your fiancé, please head back right away. You Troy, not because Liz miscarried your child doesn't mean that you'll have to sleep on your ex's bed to get rid of your furstration. Icer, you're the eldest for fxck's sake, stop being so toxic, no wonder why Sam did that, and Death, she'll already at peace, she's now happy once again, don't try to destroy it" she said, as Clyde hang her coat over her shoulders before they head out.
"Another lecture from her" Pierce scoffed.
"Like h*ll we would listen" Troy grinned.
"Things just didn't turn out the way we wanted it" Ice leaned back on his chair and set an arm over his eyes.
"Everything was perfect, but it got complicated" he added.
"Unlike you, Troy here has the most worst situation, I won't be surprise if Liz did file a divorce" Pierce smirked while the other one glared at him.
"So what? If she would have listen to me then maybe I still have my child" he growled, Pierce shot a mocking smile.
"Xiena lost our child that day too, did I cheat on her behind her back?" He marched towards his place.
"It's already been two years, two years Troy, stop being so immature and patch things up with Sofia and Liz before you regret it, you're not the only one who's hurting because you lost your child, did you even think about how their mother felt when she lost them? The person who is carrying them? Xiena wanted to k*ll herself and I was getting insane, did I think about finding someone else to suck my ego out?" He lectured him, Troy just looked away so he turned to Icer and Ace.
"You two... you're older than me you can handle yourselves, I'm leaving" he casually said and walked out the room, leaving the two dumbfounded.
"He's right, so drop your obssession to that girl" Icer pointed at Ace.
"Not until you finally forget about your ex-wife beach" he shot back and they glared at each other, Troy sighed.
"I'm going home" he said.
"Where to? House number 1 or 2?" Ace smirked.
"To Liz" he shortly replied and took his things before stepping out of the room.
After a few hours of travelling he finally reached his destination, the place where he belongs but he's rarely here.
A deep sigh escaped his lips as he stepped out his private jet and proceeded to his car to drive back home- to where his 'wife' was waiting.
Once he arrived, he stepped out of the car and saw a pale figure watering the plants on the garden, little puppies were also running around- chasing after their mother, oh how he miss the aura of this place.
The woman stopped her job and look over to the newly arrived car and it's passenger, her once healthy figure is now getting malnourished and her lightly tanned skin is now even paler than usual, the bags under her eyes can also tell that she's been crying for a while.
'She's also in deep pain, she's suffering inside' he thought as he felt like getting hit by a hundred bullets by the sight of his wife.
He slowly approach her figure as she set her sprinkler down and welcome her dearest husband with a smile, knowing that he wasn't home for about 3 weeks.
"Liz..." he forced his self not to tear up by the sight of his misarable wife.
"Welcome home Troy" she smiled warmly.
How dare she? How can she smile like she doesn't know he's cheating behind her back? He didn't desserve it, he didn't desserve her, she had love him for a long time yet he hurted her by dating her childhood best friend, and now, marrying her and still cheat at her.
How can this girl be strong? How is she handling all of these? She lost their child, he saw how broken she is inside yet she still smiled at him and that pissed him.
"You look thinner-"
"Ah, house chores, don't worry about it, this house is too big for me to clean up everyday, also-"
"No Liz, stop it! You're not okay, stop acting like you can handle everything, you're pissing me off, I'm your husband, you can tell me everything, don't shoulder everything, Lizelle please, you don't have to walk down that road alone" he held her arms and look deep on her eyes, they were souless, it frightened him.
"Troy- I-"
"I know that you know everything I'm doing behind your back, I'm sorry if I keep hurting your like this, it's just- Liz, why?" He sighed, trying to compose his self, but failed when a tear escape her eye, he froze, it was the first time she cried infront of him.
"I know, and it's okay Troy, I married you not only because I love you, but I also accept you, I understand you, throughly" she smiled sadly and wiped her eyes dry.
"After I lost our child, I thought you'd be mad that's why I kept it inside of me, you were right, if I didn't go with Annie maybe we already have them here, who knew that you'll be upset because I didn't open my pain up to you?" She sobbed and he hugged her.
"You're really pissing me off" he muttered as tears escape his eyes.
"I'm sorry" she chuckled all of worries away, this made him smile.
"No, that won't do- I'm sorry, I'll fix things here now, and you- Lizelle Quin Archmenduke, is gonna focus on your recovery and let's get married again" he said, her eyes widened and slightly pushed him away.
"What did you say?" She asked in state of shock.
"Let's get married again" he said monotoneously, she giggled and nod her head.
"Alright, I want to sort things out with you now anyways, lunch?" She offered.
"I miss your cooking though" he grinned and stole a kiss from her, she blushed but before he could tease her, something bit his leg.
"Aww" he hissed and looked down, it was one of Liz's pomeranians.
"Nice one getting revenge on me on behalf of your mom bud" he groaned and picked it up.
"Thanks Luther" Liz pat his head and it barked back.
Troy look at his much more happier wife, he's finally patching up things with her, he was lucky enough to have someone who gets him inside out.
On the other hand, Pierce was having a conversation with his soon to be wife on the phone while doing his paperworks.
"By the way, Sam also mentioned something about the property near the shore line- I mean the 2nd hideout, is Ice still claiming it? It will end up with Sam sueing him again" she frowned.
"He's not, I think he's trying to avoid getting in trouble with Sam again, especially that he's now on the process of marrying that 'girl'" he sarcasly told his fiancé, she totally lost it, she laughed her heart out and he just smiled.
"Icer's gonna regret it" he said, she stopped laughing but he can say that she's grinning on the other line.
"Yeah, better not mention this to Sam though- say, when are you gonna fetch me?" She quickly switched the topic.
"Next week, can you still wait?" He grinned.
"Of course I can, I don't know about you" his face paled.
"Anyways, I'll go check some new gowns that Sam imported, so yeah, I'll call you later, bye!" She chirpped before ending the call.
Of course he's not upset that she didn't say the magic words, cause truth to be told, they are not fond of using words to show how much they value each other but through words.
After a long time of getting their relationship stable, they finally settled down and what's more fasinating is that- Pierce was never really the type to waste a huge ammount of money for a single jewelry but when Xiena asked for it, he would even buy a whole shop for her.
Next to Xiena, if Pierce spoils her with things, she also have her way to get back on him (she even got pregnant with it) but after that sad event, the two grew distant to each other- that is just to avoid the s*xual tension building up.
Now that the couple is back to the front line, they're not gonna waste the chance to have another one- not until getting married this time.
Pierce shook away the silly thought he just had before focusing on his work.
Icer sat by the living, watching his new lover toss her bag on the floor and proceeded to the kitchen without even greeting him, he knew she was tired from work but Sam wasn't like this- oh scratch that.
He sighed and closed his eyes for a moment, turning to the past where his first love was still his wife, Samantha Caina Morgan-Devarez.
Sam just got home late, again, Icer look up the front door where she tiredly set her bag on the couch before greeting her husband who's been waiting for her return for 3 hours now.
"Hey, sorry I'm late" she sighed, worried that he'll shove her off again.
"I already had dinner, just heat up the food and go to bed, you've work hard for today, rest enough for your fashion trip" he smiled slightly and kissed her forehead.
"Thanks Ice" she hummed.
He hugged her tight before he dismiss him self upstairs suddenly thinking; she work so hard everyday to prepare for the grand fashion global competition, she rarely have time for me, it was way better when she was just a lawyer, why did she even join that fashion thingy?
Yep, that's how things get to the edge. After getting tired of the same schedules, he comfronted her, her only happiness from her toxic family, which is now also her problem with her husband.
"How dare you?!" Samantha cried as she watch her hard works getting burned into ashes.
"Quit being a fashion designer" he coldly said as he set everything from her office into flames.
She fell on her knees, getting stun by how everything flipped so suddenly.
"B-but my work..." she muttered as her mind became blank.
"How are you carrying my heir when you're too tired and reckless all the time? Considering that you're my wife yet you don't have time for me but that fashion sh*t!" He growled and left her alone.
She lost everything, she work hard to prove herself to her family yet it was now gone, the grand competition will be happening in 5 days and she's back to zero, what will her team think?
"Ice, let's end this" was the words she said as soon as got home.
His eyebrow raised in confusion as she dropped a few papers on the table and removed her wedding ring.
"Let's stop thos toxicness, it's kiling me" she hushed away and he felt his range burning.
"YOU KNOW WHAT?! YOU'RE ALWAYS THINKING ABOUT YOURSELF, YOU'RE SO SELFISH, YOU DIDN'T EVEN GET THE TIME TO SPEND WITH ME AND YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO DO THIS?! FINE, IF YOU WANT THIS THEN YOU'RE FREE!" He said and signed his part.
"You may leave" he coldly said and walked out the house.
After that, she pack her things and disappeared, he would sometimes check her office but nothing was there, just some ashes and burnt furnitures which miraculously didn't spread all over the house.
Even now that he has a new lover, her sole portrait stays on the secret attic which he often visits to read the diary she had accidentally left.

I finally passed being a lawyer with flying colors! My mom was so proud of me but the rest of my family- I think its okay, I'll be working under my cousin's wing to assure them that I'm doing my best afterall, this is the only way they can set me free and I can finally be with Icer again.
~date: Sept. 18th, year xxxx~ (2 years later)
I'm offcially married now and for the first time, my family was happy for me- at least that's what I thought, for sure they're just after my husbands' money, but I'll find another way to earn so I won't have to borrow Icer's money just in case my family ask me for something.
His jaw clenched as he read a few more events regarding her toxic family, she was already suffering from all the pressure since then and he didn't even dared to understand her happiness.
He was selfish to crash her only light of happiness, he could have just supported her and be more understanding but he did the opposite one, now that Loraine slapped him with the truth, he realized it now.
~After meeting Cursetine at Sam's boutique~
"Before anything else, Icer, you didn't tell me that Sam is already seeing someone else" Pierce decided to trick the older one and his fiancé supported this statement by acting so sad.
This also caused the said person to fell off his chair, the other's who are also in the virtual meeting held their laughter, especially Troy who is busy baking cakes on the kitchen while listening to them.
"Do I look like care?" He scoffed.
"She's dating your enemy's cousin" Pierce said and his camera went off, that's when they all laughed.
"Aish, that's not nice boys" Loraine scolded them.
"Alright, spill the tea Annie" Liz ordered and they all went serious.
"Confirmed, we saw her this earlier at Sam's wedding boutique, she's with her cousin's fiancé and they were later on, fetched by her cousin and fiancé" Xiena told them.
"Do you know who's the guy?" Ace couldn't help but ask.
"I heard her call him Drei, I'm not sure but I'm guessing he's from a famous doctorate family, the oldest son of the Watson's family- Adrian Zae" Xiena pointed out while looking on her iPad.
"How do you know him?" Pierce asked with a hint of jealousy lingers on his voice.
"I went to the same elementary school as him, he's my former classmate, the girls always flood his locker with love letters but he just dicarded them eventually, and, I figure he'll be continueing his family's steps so yeah, I do know him- but not quite much" she shrugged.
Ace's face went dark, of course a perfect match, Cursetine be following her family's steps as a military and everytime she would be injured he will be there to treat her wounds- no bother, he even healed her wounded heart.
"You okay there Death?" Troy called on a teasing manner.
"I'm fine, Pierce, I need the address of Sam's boutique, I need to talk to her, I'm flying there tomorrow" he announced, everyone else hissed.
"You can't, you know what'll happen once you set foot in this country" Pierce reminded him.
"I don't care about my dad, send me the exact location, now" he insisted and left.
A sigh was heard from him after he left the meeting, he leaned against his swivel chair but stood up right away when he heard a cough behind him.
"You know, mom did spoil you a lot, so as you spoiled my girls" his older sister stood by the door with her arms crossed.
"Denice, I can explain-"
"No need, they heard you" she grinned and he gulped down his soul- I meant saliva.
As she moved out of the way, there stood his parents looking at him intently, his mom holding a slight joy and his father who is pretty obvious that he's against the plan.
"You don't want your son to be single forever don't you honey? Besides, who will carry on our Clan's name in the future?" His mom cooed his dad, he cringed but hoping that his strict father would soften.
"Fine, but if this goes public I'm gonna-" he stopped on his words when his wife raised an eyebrow at him.
"You were saying Death Jaxen Ace?" He cleared his throat, his wife smiled lovingly.
"Thanks dad" he laughed nervously as he got the point that they need to talk after the mother retires to bed.
When the couple left, he glared at his older sister who just laughed and dismissed her self to fetch his niece's at school.
Knowing that he got him self a new trouble to deal with his father, he shut his door close and look out the window where the sun is ready to set on the horizon any minute now.
'It's about time my little devil' he thought to himself.
