A groan left my lips when I felt light kisses on my shoulder, this guy, I'm still tired and I need to get more sleep.
"Time to wake up love, I know you're tired but you shouldn't skip breakfast" he said softly.
"How dare you take me home at midnight and make me dance to that shxtty song again for 10 times? Gosh my body hurts" I complained and lie on my stomach, letting him massage my back.
"Well my bad, that was your punishment right? Do you despise cocomelon that much?" He hummed in a teasing manner, I groaned on my pillow.
"Very much" I replied then he laughed.
That wasn't funny at all, that was embarassing! Ugh my dignity as a full scale warrior has been deflected, I shall now rest in enternal peace, just kidding.
"Come on get up now" he pat my head and I have him an 'okay' sign then he got off our bed.
"I already prepared your warm bath, I'll just heat the food downstairs" he called.
"Thanks but don't you have work?" I asked him as I sit up.
"Nope, I'm taking a day off today so I can spend time with you" he smiled, I smiled back to him.
After the door closed, I did a little stretching to snap a few stiffen bones before hoping off the bed and fixed it then headed towards the bathroom for a refreshing bath.
I hummed while drying my hair then did a little glide towards the door after that, I walked over my closet and picked up a white over sized shirt and blue shorts to wear for the day.
After checking myself in front of the mirror, I walked downstairs with my phone, only to be greeted by Drei who is sitting on the living room in front of his patient's files.
"Hey Drei" I walked up to him and he look up to me.
"Is that my shirt you're wearing right now?" He asked dumbfoundedly, I shrugged and kissed his cheek.
He took this chance to hold my waist down making me sit next to him, I was about to complain when he suddenly lifted up my shirt.
"I knew it, you stole another shirt from me" he smirked while looking at his name written at the inner hem of the shirt as evidence.
"Hmp, it's pretty hot today you know, I don't wanna feel my sweat against my skin this early in the morning" I frowned before setting foot to the kitchen.
"We have airconditioner love" he reminded me.
"Whatever Drei" I blabbered and sat in front of the counter where my breafast is served.
I had my breakfast silently while taking a few glances at Drei who is busy on his work, he took a day off yet he still works, I sighed silently and finished up my meal before washing the dishes.
When I was done, I walk back to the living room and sat on the single couch and reach for the iPad on top of the table.
"When was your last check up with Nicolas again?" He suddenly asked.
"3 months ago? Right before the battle" I told him.
"You should be in for another check before going back to work" he seriously said while looking down at the files on his hands.
"I will" I replied, it's always a routine to have my mentality check up.
I checked my bank account to see how my money is going but technically it was his acount who was logged in so I checked it out.
"Oh dear, what happened to your money?" I asked him and let him see his account, he chuckled and shook his head.
"Love, I built the hospital under my name and my money, I don't need to borrow money from the bank, I'm that rich" he bragged, I rolled my eyes at him.
"Tsk fine, I'm paying the house bills for this month" I told him and he just gave me a shrug knowing that he can't do anything about it once I made up my mind.
"Suit yourself" he winked at me, I blushed and look back down on the screen.
After switching to my account, I paid all the remaining house bills for the rest of the month through online before setting the iPad down back on the table.
I let out a small smile before heading out to the backyard where our outdoor pool is, pool and beach? Perfect combination, it's actually made of glass so you can literally see the ocean beneath.
I walked over the railings and watch how the waves reach for the surface below me, thinking the same thing thay happened on our field trip before.
That time where we dive on the cliff side, where we discovered a hidden cave which was also a short cut towards the hot springs, the time where I have my first kiss stolen by that one-shxt-mafia-bastard.
Why do I have to remember that anyways? I shook my head to send my thoughts away and take a deep sigh, it took me a lot of time to get over the past and just step forward to the future but ssomething seems holding me back.
I have Drei now with me, the guy who helped me up when I fell down on my knees, he taught me a lot of things from love because he, himself, suffered from it.
"Remembered something again?" I shot my head to the side to welcome Drei with a smile.
"Oh please, I'm just having a bad time waiting for you over here" I snapped at him.
He grinned and walked over the railings, mirroring my position as he gaze down the beach.
"Fine, I'm sorry for making you wait ms. Belfour but I have to say, I can't wait for you to use my surname and be called as mrs. Watson" he qouted smartly I half-choked the air I'm breathing and held his hand.
Hell yes, I'm already engage to him but we never really talk about our wedding, argh I blame work for this.
For some point, I felt myself getting excited by this, I may not be getting married with my first love and all but I'll be marrying an understanding and patience guy, a partner that I can totally relay on and offer the title 'family'.
"That reminds me! Argh Drei, I'm sorry, love" he chuckled and hugged me.
"How about next year?" He asked.
"Honey's getting married before this year ends- of course, that's a perfect date" I giggled.
"You should pick on a wedding gown and location now, I have already plans for our wedding night" he wriggled his eyebrows, I chuckled and smack his shoulder playfully.
"Shh, naughty Drei, let's enjoy our time together first before the kids ruins it, yeah?" I told him.
"Alright, if you say so, but we're having five" he grinned, my jaw dropped.
"I can't do that! Mom said it's painful to give birth" I complained.
"Hmm we'll see" he kissed my forehead that made my nerves calm down for a moment.
"But I guess I can you that" I muttered.
"What was that?" He asked, I shook my head.
"Nothing! Wanna play chess again?" I changed the subject.
"The loser needs to clean the whole backyard, yeah?" He mocked my new signiture line.
"You bet" I grinned and he stole a kiss on the tip of my nose making a bright smile appeared on my lips.
It's not the same as 'his' kisses but on the other hand, Andrei gives me different comfort and feelings someone perfect to fit the definition 'home'.
"I want you to wear contact lenses on our wedding" I demanded suddenly.
"Yes, yes, as you said my love" he said sweetly and we both headed back inside the house.

I set the glass down and gaze over my beloved Drei who's sweeping the dead leaves away, maybe he underestimated my knowledge.
I giggled and walked back inside to get a fresh towel and a new shirt for him, I also prepared some snacks and iced tea for him earlier and he's about to finish his tasks anyways.
When I got out, he was already done cleaning the pool area, I smiled.
"Love, break time" I called and he walked over to me.
He took off his shirt and I help him wipe his sweat off his back before handing him the new shirt I got earlier, I also offered him a drink a made and a few snacks.
"Next time, remind me not to underestimate you" he said, I laughed.
"Sure" I grinned and excuse myself to cook lunch.
~A few days later~
"Woah, long time no see sis-in-law" Andrea greeted me when she saw me.
"Andrea how are you?" I smiled and hugged her.
"Terrible, I had to double my rounds up because mom is out" she shivered, I smiled.
"You're doing a great job Dre, is your brother around?" I asked her.
"Adrian is getting worked up on his lab, I don't think he's getting out any moment, can you get him for me?" She asked, I pat her head.
"Sure, thanks for letting me know" I gave her a smile then she excuse herself to attend to her patients.
I made my way around the corridor to get to Drei's lab- just next to his private office, he's rarely on his other office.
I knocked on the door twice before pushing it open, I cleared my throat catching his attention, he smiled and dropped his pen.
"What brings my gorgeous fiancé here?" He questioned.
"Lunch time love, you need to get your *ss out of here" I said and set the lunch I made for him on top of his table- away from his working desk.
"Thanks, all these new sorts are taking time to research, the bio-chem's down the main lab are not helping much" he commented.
"You look so tired, you should rest, you didn't come home last night too" I told him.
"I'm planning to take you out tomorrow so I have my over time, I'll also show you the construction of my hospital" he said, I smiled and gave him a tight hug.
"Just don't get to worked up okay? Andrea told me to get you so here I am" I chuckled.
"That girl- speaking of Drea, she really impressed a lot of us here, she just graduated last year but look at her now" he smiled at the thought of his younger sister.
"She is your sister alright, you two are awesome" I said then we both took a seat to start lunch.
"I'm shopping for groceries after this, what time will you be out?" I asked him.
"Before dinner I guess, I'm almost done here" he hummed.
I just nod my head at him and we both ate our lunch silently, after that I left to do some shopping by the mall.
I pushed the cart around to every alley to complete my list which took me a while because I plan to make a special dinner for my hard working fiancé, I was stuck on making his favorite dish or something his mom taught me.
"Whatever, I'll take both" I muttered to myself and walk back to the alley I past through to get some ingredients.
"Tinay?" I shot my head to the side and my jaw literally dropped.
It was James and Louanne, they look so different- but still the freshness of youth lingers to them, I look at the child on Louanne's arms while James pushed the cart.
"O-oh, it's you guys" I softly said, I can't be rude, I already moved on from the past, besides no matter I hide it, I miss them too.
"Oh goodness, look at you- gosh" Louanne walked closer to me and checked me, I chuckled and held her shoulder.
"I assume you two ended up together still? Hi there little one" I smiled brightly at their child.
"Yeah, it wasn't easy but we got over it, this is our son- Levi" she said.
"Congratulations!" I cheered and they both smiled at me.
"How are you? It's been years huh? Are you still single? Or you've move on now?" James asked.
My smile weakened but I still laughed away my emotions catching them off guard.
"I mean I can't be stuck on the past, can I? I'm settling down now actually" I said, their bright faces was slowly replaced by a sad emotion.
"O-oh really? You mean you're also married?" James asked.
"Oh no- I mean-" I was cut off when my phone rang.
"Excuse me, I need to take this" I smiled apologectically at them before answering the call.
I could tell that they still feel guilty about the past but they shouldn't, it wasn't their fault, so I need to let them know that I'm happy on my life today.
"Drei? Problem?" I asked him.
"Nope, just checking up on you, are you on the way home?" He asked.
"Ah no, I'm still shopping for some stocks haha, don't worry I'll be home soon" I told him.
"Alright, take care then, I'll see you later love" he chuckled making me smile wider.
"Aigoo, don't miss me too much, we just met this lunch, see you later love, bye" I chuckled, he uttered a 'bye' before ending the call himself.
"Ah, it was nice seeing you two once again after 5 years- but I really need to go, til next time!" I smiled at the two before rushing off to pay for my groceries.
After paying I hummed happily when I remembered the two, I wonder how did Loraine reacted when the two got married? Speaking of that, I wonder if the others have settled down too?
I shook my head and walked over my car, I set my groceries on the back seat before entering the driver's seat, I tossed my bag and phone on the shotgun seat and turned the engine on.
I took a deep sigh and drove home, taking my usual route home, I noticed a black van following me for almost 5 minutes now, we're heading a private route towards our house so I know that it's following me.
Well not the first time though, I took my radio like walkie-talkie under my seat and turned my location on and the head quarters replied to me right away.
"Commander General Belfour, we have your location" she said.
"I need you to block the road after I pass the Sacred Shrine's hill" I told her.
"We're on it commander" she said and they went off line.
I set it back under my seat and stepped on the gas to increase my speed, I hissed when I notice that they're also increasing their speed, that's one of the risk of entering the military.
Enemies always tracks you, I suddenly felt relief when I saw the shrine up ahead, I saw a few of my men ready to block the road after passing.
They seems to recognize my plate number- only us, on the higher positions are able to have this plate number. When I pass by, I started to slow down and look at the rear view mirror where the van stop about 30 meters away from the checkpoint block and everyone aiming for the van.
I took a deep breath and made it back home safely, I better report to my dad and cousins, good thing I manage to capture the plate number of that van.
After reporting to dad, I started to prepare dinner, I was too pre occupied with my work that I didn't realize that Drei was home already, he hugged me from behind and planted a kiss on my forehead before walking upstairs to our room to change.
I was setting the table when I heard a music being played on the living room, my eyebrows raised when I familiarize the song that is being played.

I walked out on the living room and saw Drei getting busy behind the speakers as his phone connected to it and the song became louder than earlier, I chuckled.
"Cool song to play on our wedding noh?" He smirked, I shook my head and walk over to him.
"Shall we dance?" He asked while lending his hand out.
"Of course" I grinned and took his hand.
I suddenly found myself laughing from our siliness, how can we waltz when our music isn't mellow? He just spun me around and kept on swaying a little faster, trying hard to match up with the music.

That line, it really shows a lot of memories from the past and now, hearing Drei's heart beat almost match up to Ace's when he's with me.
Both of them being the same and different at the same time, they are both each other's attitudes and personalities with different mixes, like on their personalities, they are both lovable but Ace likes stealing kisses and PDA's while Drei knows his bounderies on when to show affection towards me.
I just hope he moved on faster than me, I wish the best for him too after everything he had done for me, I already forgive him.
I woke up from my thoughts when Drei flicked my forehead.
"Arashiiti!" I filtered my curse at him cause he hates hearing me swear.
"How dare you think of somebody else when I'm right in front of you?" He complained, I smiled and shook my head.
"Just remembered something, I'm sorry" I sighed.
"Come on dinner time" he switch the subject.
I smiled silently, he really knows how to get me off my down zone, he then starts talking about his day at work which I listened to intently.
"You're really starting to cook like mom" he complimented my cooking skills.
"Oh yeah? Glad you liked it" I smiled and watch how he enjoyed it so much.
"You could make a perfect mother in the near future" I blushed at his statement.
"Oh please, I'm too flustered" I groaned, he laughed at my reaction so I just smiled back at him before standing up to get something to drink.
"Wanna have your energizing juice or yogurt and water?" I asked him.
"Just yogurt and water" he said so I did.
I filled the glass with water before adding the strawberry flavored yogurt on it before mixing it together and served it to him.
Not my kind of thing but he said it's pretty good in boosting his mood so I just let him have it his way.
He thanked me for it while I got myself a glass of water. He helped me with the dishes so we finished it in no time and we went upstairs to prepare for bed.
"By the way love, Cherri will be starting to fit some wedding dresses tomorrow, can we move your plans for me some other day?" I told him.
I just finished taking a night bath and now applying some beauty essentials on my face in front of the bathroom mirror with just my bathrobe on and the door opened where I can see him sitting on the couch inside our room while reading a book.
"Sure, you should start fitting some too" he grinned and looked up to me.
"Thanks" I giggled before settling the bottle down and walked out the bathroom.
"I'll go with you then, I'll see how you look like in those wedding dresses" he stood up and walked over the bathroom.
"You should go with Honey to buy a new suit" I said and walked over to the closet.
"Sounds fair, let's do that" he laughed and the bathroom door closed, so I closed the closet's door too to change into my pajamas.
Once I was done, I exited the closet and walked over to my bed and checked my phone for any updates from my family, I receieved a message from Mark and my eyes widened on what was written there.
'The plate number was fake, the car is also too tinted so no one saw who and how many people are inside, things like this is common on our status but please be really more careful next time cous' he said.
My blood ran cold as I ran my hands through my hair, slightly messing my locks then the bathroom door opened.
"What's wrong? He asked worriedly.
"S-someone was following me on the way here earlier but they manage to block his way, someone's after me" I panicked.
After seeing my reaction, he rushed beside me and held my ice cold hands, my breath started to get hitched, I've been traumatized by those mafia bastards since that summer.
I thought it was gone but after knowing that he's from the mafia too, my fear crawled back to me, the next thing I knew was I was sobbing on his chest as he rub my back gently to calm me down.
"Calm down, I'm here, you're safe" he whispered softly and I tried my best to calm down, never letting to of his hand until I fell unconcious.
