KYA POV
I just finished talking about the group presentation, It took me almost an hour to convince Kyle to get the girl out of our group, I hate to work with her, not that she personally did something to me but I just don’t like her, she creeps me out. Right now all I need is a long bubble shower and a healthy dinner, I’m thinking of spaghetti and meatballs, I just hope Jane didn’t order potato balls for dinner again.
Once I arrived at the doorstep, I noticed the window was cracked and beside it is a ball, I’m sure those stupid kids did this, I wonder how many times I have to tell them to never play football near the house, I mean why can’t they get that in their empty skull, is it too much to ask. I walked towards the ball and held it, they must have heard me coming and forgot to pick their ball "Hey Johnathan, I have told you several times to never play football near my house, if you wanna do it why don’t you do it at your parent's house, go break their window don’t come breaking mine again." I yelled.
Stupid kid! I’m sure he didn’t listen to any word I said. I threw the ball on the street and walked into the house. "Hey, Jane I’m home," I said once I opened the door and then slam it shut.
I walked towards the kitchen "Jane" I called out, walking into the living room I called out her name again but she didn’t respond.
Maybe she’s not back yet. I entered the room and threw my bag on the bed and then entered the bathroom, I turned on the tap and felt the water, exactly how I want it. Walking out of the bathroom I took off clothes and wrapped a towel around my chest. I was applying a face-pack on my face when I saw something in the mirror, I instantly turned around but there was no one behind me. I let out a breath and went on with what I was doing. "Warm bubble bath here I come," I muttered.
"Oh wait, I almost forgot." I turned on my music box, and I increased the volume to medium, just like I want it.
"Shout it out! Shout it out! Live it up, we are gonna take it to the way…. Shout it out! Oooo." I sang along.
I just love it when I have a warm bubble bath with just me and my music.
Once I entered the bathroom, I took off my towel and then buried my body in the warm water. I put some shampoo on my hair and scrubbed it for a while, once I was done, I rinsed my hand and then grabbed my phone which I kept on the side of the bathtub. I taped on my favorite game and began playing, don’t judge me, I may be above eighteen but I still enjoy playing games. Not quite long after I started playing the game I got a call from an unknown number.
"Hello." I answered the call, I waited for a couple of seconds but no one said a word "Hello." I said again
"Are you gonna say anything or you are just gonna listen to my voice." I wait for a while but there was still no response "Asshole." I muttered as I ended the call.
I lowered my body and dipped it into the water, I just love it when satisfying warm water met my body.
Not quite long after I buried myself into the water, I heard some sounds coming from outside "Jane is that you?" I said audibly enough for anyone outside the room to hear me. "Jane are you there?"
As the sound became increasingly louder, I grabbed my towel, wrap it around my chest, and then exited the bathroom. I just hope Jane isn’t fighting with Marco again. I quickly wore a pair of pink fuzzy slippers and then head down
"Jane is everything okay?" I got out of the room and looked through the hallway, there was no one there.
"Jane, Jane" I called out walking towards the living room.
Once I got to the living room, I gulped when I saw her, that creepy girl, how does she know my house, who told her, why is she here?
"What…are…you doing here?" I stammered
She didn’t say a word as she continuously stared at me, beside her were two creepy girls, they gave me a devilish grin as they began walking closer to me, I walked backward, "Who are you..and.." I shivered as I continued to walk backward. I fell, reaching the end of the wall, tears rolled down to my chin as I brought my knees to my chest. "Go away! Go away! Please go away!" I cried out
They continued to walk closer to me, it's like the more they come closer the bigger they become. I gulped and instantly closed my eyes, I was surrounded by giggles, growls, and laughter, I used my hand to cover my ear "Stop! Stop! Stop! Stop!" I yelled
I cried out when I felt a hand on my shoulder "Please go away" I cried out
"Kya, open your eyes, it’s me, Jane." I heard Jane’s voice say as she caressed my hair "You can open your eyes it’s me." She said again
Once I opened my eyes I came face to face with a woman who was stripped of her humanity. The warmth of her skin, long since drained, left only a sickly pale stain to decorate her rotting flesh. Spindly arms hung from her torso, long and bony, scarcely able to hold carry the weight of her skeletal hands. Her fingers were trembling claws with nails filed into sharp points. Everything about her was disturbingly disproportionate. Her misshapen head hung awkwardly on a narrow neck, threatening at any moment to snap off. Her scalp was a patchwork of bald scabs, speckled with long, tangles of hair falling over her face, untamed and wild, and secreting an oily film. Through sunken, black eyes, she stared into oblivion with a dead gaze. Slowly, her thin lips parted, and a vile grin crept across her decayed face, revealing a set of rotten fangs and black gums. Once she touched me, I let out a boisterous scream and the next thing I knew, my face kissed the floor.
