Eleanor stirred lightly on the bed turning to face the other way to avoid the rays of sunlight shining directly on her face. She groaned slightly going back to sleep.
Luciano stood up from the chair where he sat and drew the curtains close. He had woken up hours ago and sat by the table staring at sleeping Eleanor.
He was sure it's the herbs that Mabuse gave her that's making her sleep this long.
He feels a lot better now. His heart is no longer clenching in pain or guilt because he feels he has done the right thing. All he waited for was for her to wake up and confirm she's really okay.
Eleanor forcefully opened her yet sleepy eyes when she realised that she was lying on a bed. So soft unlike that of the bed in the slave quarters that is as hard as a rock.
She raised her head off the bed still lying on her stomach to examine where she was.
Her eyes widened in surprise when she spotted the prince standing by the table staring at her. Immediately, her mind registered where she was.
Dear gods, she's in the prince's room and she also slept on his bed!

What the hell happened?!!
Eleanor sat up straight on the bed taking her eyes to her laps before speaking out. "Good morning master."
"Good morning Eleanor. How do you feel?" He asked with his eyes fully set on her.
"I feel better, Master. My back doesn't hurt as much as before." Eleanor responded in detail, truly her back feels better.
Eleanor took her eyes round the room wondering why the prince let her sleep in his room, on his bed. This is really too much for her to think.
Eleanor shifted uncomfortably on the bed as she felt the Prince's gaze on her. Aftera few minutes of trying to endure his intense stare she finally spoke out. "Errmm, Master.... Can you???... Ermm.. can you stop staring??" She asked nervously, fidgeting with her gown.
Luciano's eyes widened in surprise as she said that. He immediately took his eyes away from her looking elsewhere, he did not even realise he was staring at her. He was so lost in his thoughts he did not realize he was staring for too long.
These days he just tends to act weird.
"Ermm.." Eleanor scratched her head nervously before speaking. "I... I want to use the.. the bathroom."
Luciano nodded his head, giving her a go ahead.
Eleanor slowly stood up from the bed and headed for the door to go out.
Luciano raised a brow at her retreating figure. Where the hell does she think she's going? He shook his head lightly in amusement.
He cleared his throat before speaking. "Where are you going?"
Eleanor turned to stare at him in confusion. Didn't she just tell him she wants to use the bathroom? So what's he asking again? "I want to go use the bathroom." She repeated.
"You can use mine."
Huh?
Did she just hear him correctly?
Use his what??
What the hell has happened to this man?
"Go on, use it." He urged.
Eleanor shook her head lightly before walking in the bathroom, shutting the door behind her.
She placed her head on the door, letting out a sign of relief. Staying in the same room with the prince can at times be unbearable, especially now that he's acting weird.
Actually, it's not a weird behaviour because every normal human being is supposed to behave in such way. But that's not him, he's the cold hearted prince, the one who hated her to the guts. Called her all sorts of terrible names. He's the one who vowed to make her life miserable, who vowed to make her pay for all the sins she knows nothing about.
He's the one who would look at her with disdain in his eyes, glaring at her like she's the cause of his brother's death. But now, everything is changing.
It's weird to see him act like he cares or maybe he actually cares but... It's just confusing her.
What if he's starting to realize his mistakes, what if he's starting to see that they are all innocent and not as evil as they claim.
Eleanor closed her eyes and rested her head on the door.
Dear gods, just make everything right.
Eleanor stood off the door, she had almost forgotten what she came here for. She hurriedly pulled up her skirt and underthings before relieving her bladder.
After, she was through. She wore her clothing properly before leaving the bathroom but not without heaving a heavy sign as she was going to witness weirder things with the prince.

Eleanor let out a sign of relief as she walked into the hallway, down the stairs.
She was right, she was going to experience weirder things. But what she did not know was it was going to be the weirdest of all.
Firstly, when she came out of the bathroom/toilet, there were two maids in the room changing the sheets. Well, that wasn't the problem. The big weird shocking problem was when he ordered these maids to prepare a bath for her.
Eleanor was hell shocked, tongue stuck, anything just named it. These maids really hated her, each time she saw them they would look at her with disgust evident on their faces, and even say some terrible things to her.
Now, they had no choice than to obey the prince.
Eleanor had stood still with shock staring at the prince with wide eyes. It was so shocking that the prince who had hated her to the core before, was now commanding maids to see her.
Next was the fact that he let her bathe in his bathroom with his soap, she washed her hair with his shampoo and still Luciano did not allow these maids to go because he didn't want her to hurt her back, so they literally did everything for her.
She got dressed in the bathroom in another dress different from that of the slave's wear. It wasn't elegant or well decorated but it made her feel free for a while.
After she was done with bathing and dressing up, a very good meal was already waiting for her. The prince had ordered Madam Helen to prepare a good nutritious meal for her, not like the ones they serve the slaves.
For the first time since her stay in Cordenia, Eleanor ate to her fill.
Eleanor smiled widely climbing down the stairs, after so many months of suffering, many months of living with unbearable pain in her heart, she finally feels like Eleanor again.
