"Gosh, why is your ex like that? Fuck it, you're just minding your own life. Why does he have to do this?" Rica said in frustration. Finn comforted him rght away. I smiled at the view of them.
Seeing them like this somehow brings happiness in my heart. Maybe because I couldn't be happy for myself, so it's easier to be happy for them; who truly cares for me.
"This will pass. Let's not stress ourselves with this too much. I can work while I'm here, let's just let the issue pass and then for sure, everything will be back to the way it used to be. I am not a special person in media. They would probably lose their interest in me after this. By that time, I will just talk to Xavier about this. Thank you for all of your concerns but I don't want to see you guys being stressed with this. I don't want you guys worrying about me too much," I said convincing them. 
I know them. They wouldn't feel at ease with all of this. They would do everything to make sure that I'll be okay. But I know they have their own problems too. Being with me is enough already, comforting me is too much and I'm so grateful for it. I don't want them to do more. I don't want to be a burden to them. They are all important to me. 
Finn was silent as he continue to comfort Rica.
"We can't stop worrying about you, Vy. You're important to us. Even our team wants to check on you. We just convinced them that it won't be safe if all of us would go here. They want to let you know that you're not alone in this. They're with you," Finn said.
I felt Gail's hold in my hand, she pressed it a bit and smiled at me. I smiled back, "I know. Thank you so much. I just don't want to make this a big deal for all of us. I've been through a lot. You guys know that. This problem is new to me but y'all know I got this. It will pass, so let's not stress ourselves too much."
Rica sighed and shook her head before looking at me, "I think you should file a case against that asshole."
Gail agreed to her suggestion right away. I laughed a bit at their thought, I never think of that. I would rather talk to Xavier about this that file a case against him.
"That would only make this worst," I said.
"And Vy's privacy would be more at stake. Xavier is a public person, it would spread like a wildfire once Vy decided to file a case. It won't help the issue to subside. Also, Xavier has his supporters, they might come after her if this would go further," Finn explained.
"Don't worry, I'll talk to Xavier. Not now but I'll talk to him. For now, let's just let the issue subside. For sure, they'll get tired. There's nothing interesting in my life aside from the fact that I was Xavier's ex. Besides, he just publicized our relationship because his father told him he would let Xavier take over their business if we don't fix our relationship. He doesn't know that I already spoke with his father about us and he supports him now," I explained too.
Gail looked at me irritated, "I really don't know if your ex is crazy or what, Vy! He makes my head hurt, fuck!"
I told them everything that me and Tito Felipe talked about. Like me, they were sad that this happened when everything is okay already.
We were busy talking about it and stopped only when we were called for dinner. Gail's parents joined us, also Finn and Rica.
We continued talking about the issue when Gail's parents asked about my situation. They even asked if I wanted to have my own press conference here in their house so I could release my statement but I refused. I just feel like once I release a statement in the middle of this issue, it will just make it worst.
"If there's someone who needs to fix this, it should be Xavier. It was his statement so he has to be the one taking it back. Everything is clear between us. The only problem is that, he didn't asked me first, he decided to public our past relationship without knowing that I already spoke with his father. He loves his career so much, that's the only reason I could think of that's why he did this. And I don't like what he did to me but we're here already. I just want the issue to subside and then I'll talk to him. He has to take back what he said. With that, I won't be in the picture anymore," I said convincing them.
At the end, I succeed. I managed to convince them to wait until the issue has cooled down. After some time, Rica and Finn left to go home. While Gail and I decided to watch some movie to divert our attention.
It's her day off tomorrow at work so we could stay up late tonight.
We choose some comedy movie and we didn't regret as we hurt our tummy from laughing. It is around 3:45 am when we decided to sleep. Gail was the first one to fell asleep while I stayed up for a while. 
I decided to get Gail's phone and used it. She still has my phone so this should be fine. I searched Xavier's interview and it wasn't hard to look for it.
It's still trending as of the moment. Well, they're so hyped right now so this isn't shocking.
I put on an earphone and started to watch the interview. Xavier is with his band. Samantha is also there as their recording manager and handler.
The questions are alternate. At first, it was all about their music and their newest single. But then, as the interview goes by, the questions are getting personal. Until it was all about the band's love life. Each of them was asked if they are single or taken, including Samantha.
Samantha answered that she's still waiting for someone and then looked at Xavier for a while. Garry, Paulo, and Ivan answered that they are taken which is true. And when Xavier was asked, everyone is silent and waited for his answer. Since he's the vocalist, his answer is more anticipated.
"So, Xavier, your bandmates are taken. How about you? Are you taken, single, or currently courting someone?" the interviewer asked intriguing.
He chuckled a but and bit his lower lip before answering, "I am in a relationship with someone."
I can hear the noise suddenly rising after he answered the question.
"Well then, can we know who's the lucky girl? Since your bandmates proudly drop the names of their girlfriends, can you?" the interviewer challenged.
"She's Veronica Berdin. Though, we're not in good terms right now, you now, some couple problems. Could you guys help me pursue her?" he said jokingly.
The crowd went wild, I looked at the side where Samantha is sitting. She's smiling bitterly as the crown cheered for Xavier and her supposed girlfriend, me.
"Why? Is she jealous?" I rolled my eyes as the interviewer keeps on asking Xavier. Is that really okay to be asked on national television?
Xavier chuckled and shook his head, "I don't think so. She's not like that. I am just really a bit pain in the ass," he laughed again, "She's cute though. I hope she forgives me now," he added while smiling.
The interview ended with additonal questions about their newest single. I was irritated after watching the interview.
Seriously Xavier? You've said those things on an interview? Are you really out of your mind? And how can he be so insensitive? Samantha is there. How can he not think of her? For sure it hurt her. I can't believe him. He's really going crazy.
