We remained silent until we reached Gail's house. I still have her phone but I am not using it.
Their maids came to us and get our things. They're used to me being here so they assists me comfortably.
"Miss Ester, we'll go upstairs. Please bring us some food and some medecine for flu," Gail said as she go upstairs to her room. I just followed her silently.
I heard her sighed when we reached her room, "Your asshole ex boyfriend is out of his mind."
And even with that sentiment, I can hear my heart pounding so bad.
"Come on Gail, what did he do?" I asked worriedly.
"He's insane Vy. Their band was featured on an interview yesterday since their album is currently on a good standing. They were asked if they're taken and his bandmates said yes, and that asshole said yes too!" Gail said sounding really problematic.
I felt some cold was over my body. What the hell, I think I know what's going on.
"Gail," I stuttered.
"And he claimed you as his girlfriend on National TV. He even said that you don't want to announce it on public because you are uncomfrotable," she said irritated.
My knees trembled, why did he do that?
"He also said that you two weren't okay. He even joked and asked the media to help him persuade you. The hell with your ex," she said even more irritated.
"Now, your pictures are circulating around the internet. Some is happy to know about you but some are mad. What can we expect right? Argh, they're getting in to my nerves. That fucking Xavier, why didn't he introduced Samantha instead? Now you're the one in trouble. That's why we decided to let you stay here, it's not impossible for the media to know where you live. And I don't want you to use your phone because we don't know what you might see online. Also, you won't be leaving this house, for your safety."
Why did you have to do this, Xavier? You should have waited for me to talk to your father. Now, what's the sense of talking to your father?
I wanted to be mad at him. But I couldn't gather my strength. Everything is a mess, and I don't know how to end this.
I couldn't even cry. I just looked at Gail, didn't say anything.
"Don't worry, we'll fix this." she said and hugged me.
That's when I felt all the heaviness of this situation. My tears started to fall as if it's been there waiting for the right timing to come. I don't know what to do. I tried fixing everything that I could but then, even before I could finish the first problem, there comes a new one.
Am I really unlucky? Am I this bad to have a life that is full of problems and pain?
The main knocked on the door for the food. After arranging everything for us, she left right away. I tried my best to eat, Gail wouldn't allow me to skip. I am still thinking of ways to fix this issue. And how can this really affect me and my life.
"Vy, I think it's best for you to rest first. I'll talk to Victor, he might have some solution for this," Gail said in a convincing voice.
Victor is his friend who's a creative writer to a known magazine. I'm a bit shy to ask for help to different people that I don't really know but then, I am left with no choice. We have to stop this issue.
I nodded to what she said and allowed her to do her thing. When she left me alone in her room, I decided to take a rest.
I feel like all of my strength are gone to the point that I couldn't even think properly. I thought everything will be fine after I spoke with Tito Felipe.
Xavier is not like that. I don't know him anymore. I cried myself out. I tried taking care of what's left between us, but he choose to do this. And I don't understand why he has to do this, I told him I will handle his father. His father understands us now, he supports Xavier now. He was just using our situation to control Xavier but he already said he'll stop and support his son for whatever he wanted to do. 
Everything is a mess now. I don't know what to feel towards Xavier. He has been obnoxious for the past weeks. He's always the type of person that is thinking before doing something but now, I don't know. His actions, everything that he's done; it seems like he's out of his mind. This might even cause damage to his own career, especially now that they are just starting.
I fell asleep as I keep on thinking about the situation. I woke up with the noise around me. My eyes saw Rica with Finn and they are talking to Gail in silence.
"I already poke with my friend about this. He'll interview Vy one of this days so we could issue a statement. But he also reminded me that this might cause a lot of trouble to Vy since her privacy will be at risk," Gail said in a problematic tone.
They were busy talking that they haven't noticed that I am already awake. Finn and Rica is seating on the couch while Gail keeps on walking back and fourth in front of the two,
"I already spoke to our supervisor, he's more concerned about her safety. He even suggested that it's better for her to stay at home. He even offered a condo for her, for a better security for the meantime," Rica explained.
"Media is still waiting outside our company building. They thought Vy was there. We decided to go to her apartment since we got worried but we couldn't go near because there's also a lot of media waiting outside. That's when we decided to text you," Finn added. He was holding Rica's hand while saying that. And if I wasn't in this kind of situation, I'd probably tease them. 
"That jerk! Just don't show his face on me or else I'll slap him. He has done nothing but to give Veronica trouble!" Gail was mad as she say that. I acted like I just woke up when they turned to face my direction. I know they don't want me to hear all the details of this situation. I heard it but I acted like I don't so they wouldn't be more stressed.
"Oh, you're awake already. How are you feeling?" Gail's voice turned into a soft one. I sat properly and smiled at her a bit.
"I feel better now, thank you."
"That's good. Rica and Finn is here," she said and pointed the two as if I couldn't see them.
"Thanks Rica and Finn," I said. They smiled at me assuringly even though I can see that Rica is trying to hold back her tears. Like Gail, she's really affected by my situation.
