CILIA'S POV
Everyone seems to have forgotten today's my birthday and it's really disappointing. I'm disappointed! How could they all forget?! Even my best friends, when Jasmine could remember? Maybe the boys aren't aware since I didn't tell them, but I told Jay during one of our previous dates and yet I didn't get a wish at least from him.
Kim also forgot, but most of all how could my best friends forget my birthday? This is the first time such is happening. They are usually the first to wish me a happy birthday on every other year but what happened today? Even my parents and siblings remembered, my friends in school did so why them?
We all left home at different timing in the morning because we all happened to have a really busy day...

I understand we've had lots on our minds this past few weeks especially of recent but still, it couldn't have been as bad as this. It's evening already and I didn't get a single text message from either of them. Even little Candace whispered a happy birthday to me before running off to school earlier today.
Wait! Whispered?? Why would Candace whisper a birthday wish to me when she used to scream it out in the past?! Hmm something's definitely not right...
I pulled up at the garage and stepped out of my car, huffing in the process. The guards outside all had a somewhat supressed laughing and exicted expression on their faces immediately I stepped out. They bowed low in greeting but I ignored them and stomped away into the house, my mind already made up to lash at my friends...
I was about taking the stairs to my room when a text message popped in my phone from LJ hunny. Did he suddenly remembered?
Can you come to your garden? I'm waiting for you... It says.
I huffed as I stepped down and walked to the direction of the garden, at the back of the house.
Moments later>>>>
"LJ!...LJ hunny.. Anyone here! Hello..." I called but no response. The garden was surprisingly dark which was very unusual because it was still around 4 in the evening....
What's going on and why is the garden dark? I could barely see through my steps so I stood at the middle far away from the pool and tried calling again.
"Jay!! LJ oppa!!!... I'm here now..." No answer. Wasn't he the one who asked me to come here? Then where's he and what kind of prank is this?!
I sighed and turned to walk away but hands, feminine hands blindfolded my eyes...
"Who's that?... What are you do..."
"Come with me cutie!" The voice said and began to lead me ahead. Okay who's this? I'm not familiar with this voice?
"Who are you?!" I asked. But instead of replying, she stopped us and removed her hand from my eyes, she scents incredible nice.
I opened my eyes which was a bit dazed, but then everywhere was still dark.
"What's going on? Aren't you gonna say something?!" I asked again turning to my side cuz I felt she was still there. She didn't answer but shouted something else.
"Oppa do it!"
What? Is she Korean?! Who's she calling oppa?! Hope that ain't my Jay?!
I was still thinking when everywhere suddenly became bright and colourful. I don't know how they did it but it was incredibly awesome, different photos of me were all around the pool garden and the theme decoration colour was white and pink, my favorite colors. I looked around me and my cheeks broke into a surprised smile as I cupped my mouth with wide eyes.

I turned ahead and was shocked and surprised to see all the familiar faces before me, all smiling and singing a song...
"Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to Saline... Happy birthday to you..." They all sang each wearing a colourful cone cap and holding colourful balloons and my besties, held a big lovely cake with lit candlesticks before me....
I was so surprised, happy and speechless that the only words that left my lips were..
"Oh my God! Oh my God..."

NARRATIVE
Cilia was so surprised as she stared with excitement, gratefulness and extreme Joy at the faces before her. She was so pleased and felt extremely loved as she watched with teary smiles at them all. Everyone of her friends were present, the Idols and her best friends, the entire crew members -well except Mr Brown- he had family business. Jasmine and Penny were present. She was surprised to see Goldie present too but she figured Danielle must have invited her. Jade, Carl and of cause Kim Lisa were present with some few other friends and close fans.
She smiled as she watched her sweet love, Jay smiling at her. Then she suddenly remembered, the unfamiliar female who brought her here. Turning sideways, a gasp left her lips as she beheld the beautiful lady before her....
"Unnie Park Lee Seol!!" She shrieked, hugging the lady immediately. Lee Seol smiled and hugged her.
"Unnie how...what are... how are you here? I mean do you know me?!" She asked in surprise as she stared at her favorite Korean actress whom she's always wanted to meet. Park Lee Seol, most popular South Korea actress looks extremely stunning in her halter grey gradient long tulle party dress, which she adorned with beautiful jewelries.
"Happy birthday dearie. Your boyfriend invited me over as a surprise treat for you. I was told you are my biggest fan." She said with a smile as she played with the silver bracelets on her wrist. Cilia smiled shyly and looked at Jay, he winked with a smile at her.
"I'm really glad to meet...."
"Let's familiarize later dear, you haven't made a wish yet." Lee Seol said gently pushing her to the group.
"Oh my God...guys you all are really..." Lia ended her sentence with excited squeals...
Everyone laughed as she squealing stood before her friends who were grinning happily at her.
"Bests, I really thought you all forgot my birthday but you..."
"We would be completely insane to forget your day best. Happy birthday sweetheart, lots of love and wishes from me to you." Tania interrupted her smilingly.
"Happy birthday sugar, lines will always fall in pleasant places for you. Now make a wish and blow the candles." Danielle said as she and Tania lifted the cake a bit closer.
Lia smiled and silently made her wish before blowing off the candle lights. Immediately she did, everyone screamed a chorus happy birthday to her again and she couldn't stop smiling.
"Cheers to Saline's new age everyone!!!" Danielle shouted and everyone let go of their balloons and raised up their wine glasses in toasts...
"It's time to party darlings..." Nia added and the DJ got to work, cool country music played at the background and the guests all began to dance in rhythm to the slow music. The DSD girls handed the big cake to a server, she's to dice it in smaller pieces and distribute to the guests tables.
Lia wowed as she stared around again and was extremely amazed by the efforts of her friends, all her favorite drinks, snacks and foods were available. She walked to a table and took a handful of her favorite candies.
"Happy birthday sister in-law, you've got to come with me for a moment." Kim Lisa said as she pulled Lia along while munching a piece of cake...
Jay stared from his corner of the garden as Lia and his sister walked out of the garden. The day he's anticipated greatly was here but why was he feeling so nervous and slightly scared? He feared rejection. Everything that was going on right now was live to the world, he'll be announcing his girlfriend to the world in a few minutes for the first time in the history of his life, that's if she accepts him. His hand fiddled with the beautiful box in his pants pocket as he looked around at his friends and the rest of the guests...
Roe and Penny were engrossed in a lovely couple dance at another side of the garden, same with Dan and Diva, Jade was busy with Jasmine and his female friend from South Korea -Park Lee Seoul was chatting with Justin the girls dance instructor. Jay sighed nervously, lost in thought but a voice by his side jolted him back to reality.
"Lee Jung?" He already knew who it was, the one girl who prefers calling him by his Korean name most times.
"Goldie." He turned sideways at her. He wasn't surprised to see her here, Dan already told him all about it. She was dressed in a black Fleepmart off shoulder mermaid evening party dress which she adorned with gold jewelries and heels.
"I know you're still mad at me due to my behavior last time and I just want to use this opportunity to say sorry sincerely." She said and Jay gave her a small smile.
"It's fine Goldie. In as much as you and Dan are fine, then it's really fine." He said.
"Thanks and also congrats on your girlfriend's birthday, she's beautiful. Is she really your girlfriend as the rumours going viral proclaims?" She asked. Jay's smile widened.
"Ever so inquisitive Goldie but don't worry you'll see for yourself soon enough. Anyways how's your music career going?" He asked rolling his eyes around.
"I really see a lovestruck ex-playboy now. I'm happy for you Jay." She said and they laughed.
"You know how it is Jay, I just returned from a music concert in Spain last week. So how's life been for you guys here in Sacramento?" She asked.
"Perfect Goldie! Absolutely perfect! Much more than Newark. Here feels like home, we couldn't have asked for more than this." He replied with a smile but Goldie felt a bit uncomfortable at his words but she quickly tried to get over it.
"Uhmm where's she? I wanna meet her and say hello." She said as she looked around for Lia.
"Well she is..." Jay was interrupted by Park Lee Seol who walked to him holding a glass of wine.
"*Oppa....neun eodie isseoyo?(Oppa where is....?)*" Lee Seol was saying when she noticed Goldie.
"Uh...you're Goldie Davis, the girl that once sang with Jay Oppa right?" She asked with a small smile as she looked at Goldie who felt on top of the world at having such great personality of South Korea recognize her. She smiled pleasantly at Lee Seol.
"You're right. It's really nice to meet you Park Lee Seol, I'm a fan." She said as they leaned in and kissed cheeks the ladies manner of greeting.
"Nice to meet you too Goldie. Oppa where's Lisa? I've been looking all over for her." Lee Seol said as she returned her gaze to Jay, who just watched them silently, his thoughts were concentrated on Saline.
"Jay I'll see you later, let me make acquaintances with few people. I'll say hi to Saline when I see her." Goldie said as she clutched her gold purse about to walk away.
"Okay Goldie. Thanks for coming, I'll see you around." Jay replied and she walked away.
"Remember what I told you about Lee Seol, Lisa went to get her ready." Jay said to her before mischievously adding.
"Why did you leave that gentle man over there? Weren't you both getting acquainted?" He added with a knowing smile and she chuckled.
"I didn't come here for that Jay, I'm here because of your sweetheart. Besides I needed a breather." She said as she looked at Justin who was chatting with Zelda.
"Uh huh.." Jay hummed.
"Oh fine! He's cute but he's a student and well not really my type." She said and Jay smiled.
"Let's talk about this some other time. But for now, do you think she'll say yes?" He asked and Lee Seol took a sip from her wine glass.
"Of cause she would. The way she looks at you, calls you those sweet pet names and all that eye romance. She clearly loves you Oppa, this really is the perfect way for such proposals." Lee Seol encouraged with a smile.
"Wow look at that..." She said smilingly as she stared at Dan, Diva, Carl and Tania who were laughing over a joke Carl had said. But from her eyes, Jay could tell she was staring at Carl.
"Hello..." He snapped his fingers. "Don't even think about it, he's taken by the beauty over there." He added referring to Rosalie.
"Awwnnn too bad, he's Rosalie's. But he is really cute and has this Asian feel. Is he from Korea?" She asked as she scrutinized him.
"Well, lived lived there with his mom and stepdad for long, enough to classify him as Korean but he's American. Take your eyes off him already Lee Seol. What happened to Jimmy Hart your darling sweetheart?" Jay said.
"Calm down Jay, can't I admire a cute guy again? Anyways the DSD girls are really nice but they aren't foolish, neither are they cowards. I'll be really Stupid to mess with them. Jimmy and I broke up last week, he's too stubborn and won't stop drinking." She said and Jay sighed.
"I know you enough to know how much you guys love each other. I hope you'll get through this and be together again Lee Seol. Heartbreaks are terrible dear friend." He said as he picked a glass of wine out of the tray nearby and took a sip.
"I hope so too Oppa." She said lowly and Jay smiled reassuringly at her.
"A guy who truly loves you would go to any length just for you. I trust Jimmy will come...." His voice trailed off as he stared towards the entrance of the garden. Lee Seol followed his gaze and smiled when she saw Lia coming in with Lisa by her side.
She looked so breathtaking in the lovely silver satin knee length party dress she wore. The girls got that for her and she adorned the outfit with matching heels and beautiful diamond bracelets. Her hair was held up in a princess fashion and she was slightly made up. Everyone was looking at her in admiration as the video guy focused the camera on her.
Jay's mouth was hung open in total admiration and love. Lia looked so extraordinarily beautiful and enchanting. Everyone smiled and awned In admiration, DSD girls smiled proudly as they watch her, they too weren't left out in the lovely dresses.
Tania wore a beautiful red wine velvet tea length party dress with silver bracelets, purse and heels. She let her long hair fall down her back. Danielle was wearing a pretty champagne lace -illusion A-line dress with matching heels, her hair was styled in a semi braided fashion. Kim Lisa was wearing a lovely dark blue high low party dress with her black hair falling across her shoulders. The boys were dressed appropriately in different attires, they all looked so gorgeous...
Lia walked with smiles towards Jay as Lisa went to Lee Seol. Jay smiled throwing his nervousness away as she approached him. One of his songs titled 'Lovebells' was playing now.
As soon as she reached him, he smiled at her and whispered -you are beautiful, then he went down on one knee immediately as everyone gasped in shock and admiration, only his sis, the idols and Seol knew about this...
But not only the guests were surprised by this gesture...at different parts of the world, many others were surprised to see the popular playboy musician kneeling before a girl on her birthday. They needed no one to explain what was about to happen. Amongst them were this few.
*ROYAL EMPIRE UNIVERSITY*
Lucia talked with Katie as they walked towards the general cafeteria, Johnny was waiting for them. She was about Introducing him to her friend.
On reaching the entrance of the cafeteria, they were about stepping in when Lucia's eyes caught the ongoing live video of Saline's birthday on the TV very close to the entrance. She signaled Katie and she looked up too. A gasp left their lips when they saw him on his knee with a Jewelry box in his right hand.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Lucia said to Katie with a small smile.
"I'm dumbstruck girl." Katie said obviously stunned.
"I'm happy for them Katie, I mean Jay finally found his love in Saline. Awnnn they look absolutely great together." Lucia said smilingly but Katie have other thoughts obviously.
"Uhhm...haha." She said with a forced smile. She felt shattered because she couldn't get him again, not when he's asking DSD's Saline out and making it public for the whole world to see. She's obviously jealous but there's absolutely nothing she could do without getting into trouble with the DSD girls.
"Come on Katie, Penny would give us the full details later. Let's go my boyfriend is waiting." Lucia said pulling her along.
Great, let's go see the one behind my best friend's sudden change. She muttered within her.
*ARIEL'S JEWELERY COMPANY, LOS ANGELES*
Elizabeth Scott sat in her large comfy office with her friend Lillian Wilbert as they chatted and admired the latest brand of Jewelries Elizabeth's company produced.
"This brand is perfect Lizzy, I think I'm taking it." Lillian Wilbert said as she ran a hand through a complete set of diamond Jewelries her friend just produced.
"Thanks Lil but do you think Ashley would love this?" Elizabeth asked her friend sceptically. Ashley is her second bestfriend, Tania's mom.
"Of course Lizzy, just wait. I'll snap and send it to her on WhatsApp now and you'll see hear her screaming for hers." Lillian said and Elizabeth chuckled.
"Oh sure." She laughed. Lillian smiled and took out her phone from her bag. She scrolled through and her eyes widened on seeing the five missed calls from her first child Jasper. Her phone was on silent mode all the while so she didn't noticed it ring.
What could be wrong? Isn't he away in Australia with his dad? She wondered.
"Is everything okay Lil?" Elizabeth asked worriedly on seeing her best friend's creased forehead.
"I don't know Lizzy, I just saw five missed calls from my son, he doesn't call this way except it's something really important." She said with a sigh.
"Relax Lil and call him back, I guess he must have wanted to say something to you." Elizabeth advised.
"Ok." Lillian said and dialed her son's line immediately and he picked up on first ring.
"Mom, I've been calling for ages." He complained from the other end.
"My phone was on silent mode all this while so I didn't hear it ring. Is everything ok Jasper?" She asked worriedly.
"Sure Mom I'm just excited you know, Jay Walker is proposing to my sis right now on air."
"What!! Did you say Jay Walker? Rayner and Kim Jae Walker's son? Are you kidding me right now Jasper?!"
"No mom. Go to social media...no change the channel to Dylan's dad TV station and you'll see for yourself." He said.
"You mean it's happening right now live and is being broadcast in Ashley's husband tv station?" Lillian asked the obvious with wide eyes as she looked at her friend.
"Finally my sis got someone unique, her dream is coming true mom. You know she's always been crazy about Jay even though she never met him physically and it seems fate smiled on her when the idols got in Royal Empire University. I'm soooo happy, once this is over I'm gonna tease her so badly. Goodbye mom I love you."
"Jasper are you really sa...." The boy hung up. And Lillian Wilbert stared still in surprise at her friend.
"You heard that right Lizzy? Do you think he's pulling my legs or something? My baby's crush is asking her out live?" She gushed in amazement. Elizabeth smiled and picked up the nearby remote.
"Let's find out Lil." She smiled and switched the channel to Ashley's husband TV channel.
They both gasped when they beheld the scene, the surprise birthday party turned surprise proposal. Jay was smiling and saying something to Lia as tears of joy welled in her eyes while she cupped her lips.

"He really is Lil." Elizabeth added.
"I see your daughter and her boyfriend snuggling Lil aren't we lucky to have such daughters?"
"We sure are Lil. Fate is really awesome. Saline should say yes already, I can't wait to behold the kissing part." Elizabeth said and they laughed.

JAY'S MUSIC STUDIO
Ferdinand stared with with wide eyes with Jay's director as they beheld the scene on the TV they got two days ago.
Since when did Mr playboy fall in love? They wondered.
They watched with curiousity as they silently prayed the girl says yes. Whatever was going on will definitely make Jay much more famous all over the world especially if the girl says yes and that's much more money to their own understanding, they didn't know Jay's intention was purely just to announce his girlfriend to the world and also to end the constant questions being thrown at him during several of his interviews.
'Yes.' the girl said dropping her hands as her smile widened.
'Yes??' Jay repeated expectantly.
'Yes!!!! I'll be your girlfriend my love.' The girl squealed as the crowd cheered and clapped in jubilation. She pulled Jay up and he took out the necklace from the gift box and wore it on her neck. The diamond stones glittered and she smiled as she touched it. He whispered In her ear and she smiled. He leaned back and stared at her.
'Kiss her!! Kiss her!!!!!' the crowd cheered on and she smiled shyly.
Jay smiled as he stared into her beautiful eyes before leaning down and capturing her lips with his.....
Director So Young covered Ferdinand's eyes as their kiss got so intense. Ferdinand slapped his hands away as his eyes widened more.....

Eddie let out a sad sigh as he dropped his phone on the bed. He was sitting in his dorm room while he ran his hands through his hair as the bitter but true fact dawn on him that he's lost her forever because of his stupidity to someone really better than him.
He rested his elbows on his laps as memories of his time with her came to him while tears of regret ran down his cheeks. His funny, loving and cute Cilia was gone forever.
He bowed his head in more regret as he cursed the day he met the gold digger that used and ditched him. The bitch that's making him wallow in regret and self-pity right now....
*SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA*
"Let's take ten everyone." Jae Young said as he removed his guitar from his body and dropped it. He stared at Jian who was sitting down on a couch in the studio room while her attention was on her phone.
"*Jikeum meohaeyo Jian?(What are you doing now Jian?)*"
"Uh?" She looked up at him. "Lisa's brother just professed his love to a girl right now since the first time in the history of his life at the surprise birthday party he organized for her which they aired live." She said and turned back to her phone.
"Mueoseulyo?(What?) Lee Jung is in love?" He asked and she nodded.
"Wow! Is Kim there?"
"Ye(Yes)" She replied and he smiled and sat beside her as they both watched the video.
"Jay Oppa really loves her, he invited Korea's best actress Park Lee Seol to her birthday party so you can imagine how it's going. Awwnnn Lisa is smiling happily with Leo Seol. Aigoo!(Oh my!) I wish I'm there right now." Jian said dreamily.
"Can I go see Lisa in America?" Jae Young asked poutingly and Jian looked at him scornfully before rolling her eyes.
"Yes! Let's go and cancel our concert tomorrow." She said sarcastically and he laughed.
*BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA*
Suzy flung her iPhone on the floor in pure rage and jealousy as she screamed and tightened her right fist. She began pacing up and down her room.
Why would he announce another girl to the world as his girlfriend when she's been after him for so long? Why love another woman when he's the reason her boyfriend broke up with her?
Jay wouldn't look at her, a tall, extremely beautiful South Korea model with great features as her but he professed his love to a slim not so tall american?
As she paced up and down wondering what to do to get him by force. An entertainment news on the TV caught her attention. She stopped pacing and stared at it.
'Asian-american Idol Jay Walker would be performing live on 27th March at the Sacramento international musical conference, California, America.'
She smirked as an idea popped in her head.
"It's time to visit America Suzy."
