The next day, I was greeted by Bella, asking about how I was doing with MNHM. I told her that I wasn't in the mood to talk about it. Because honestly, I'm still mad and curious about what Nicolas said to me last night. When it was already literature, Miss J greeted us with books. I honestly don't know what we are doing today.
"So today, I have an announcement to make." she smiled excitedly at us.
"Are we supposed to read those books? Seriously?" Some boys questioned
Miss J smiled at him and nodded. That makes half of the students in the class groan in frustration, mostly boys. But not Nicolas. He just stared outside the window the whole time.
"Actually, we're going to do a play for the upcoming theatre festival." Miss J explained. "So, I wanted each of you to read this novel and understand it. Next week, we'll be picking up the roles. Any questions?" She added as she look around the class.
"What about the get to know you project you assigned us to do last week?" Some girl inquired.
"Oh, about that. Big news! You don't have to do that project anymore since this play is very very important." she said sheepishly, smiling.
I remembered her saying the same exact very important thi6 about the get to know you project last week. But everyone knows what happened next. And I had almost forgotten about the get to know you project she asked us to do last week.
This was all Nicolas's fault.
"I was just messing around with you guys last week, so don't worry." she chuckled.
I heard some sighs of relief and frustration. Which is odd, to say the least.
"Miss J, the book is not enough for every one of us." Violet mentioned it and oh yes, I just realised it.
"That is why I wanted you to share a book with your last week's partner. No changes okay?" She turned her gaze towards me.
I was embarrassed indeed. 
Some people even chuckled. So annoying. I noticed Nicolas got the book and I didn't. I just need to ask him politely if that even makes sense to his annoying self. The class was busy discussing the play we're going to do next week. It's quite annoying really to see Nicolas doesn't even read the book or even read the title.
The class ended soon, and Miss J warned us to finish reading the book by next week, or else we would be punished. Or that's what she told us. I noticed Nicolas had already gone out of the class. I hurriedly went outside to look for him to ask if I could read the book first, but he was nowhere in sight. When I realized that I was already late to class, I was about to run to my next class, but someone stopped me dead in my tracks. I was about to turn around and run as fast as I could, but he stopped me.
"Don't run away from me, please." Caleb pleaded.
I sighs. Cursing myself for not running
"What do you want, Caleb?" I asked, not even bothering to look into his eyes.
"I want you."
When he said that, I was furious. How dare he? I rolled my eyes and was about to leave, but he grabbed my wrist.
"Don't go." he said, looking angry. I was somehow scared.
"Let go of me!"
He, of course, was stronger than me.
"Why are you so afraid of me?" He raised his voice and I was left speechless.
"Go away, Caleb!" I tried my best to let my wrist break free from his strong grip.
"I miss you." he said truthfully.
I had enough.
"My boyfriend will be pissed at you for doing this to me." It came out as a surprise. I was surprised at myself when I said that
"What?" When he let go, I decided to flee for my life, leaving him to wonder who the hell is my nonexistent boyfriend.
Oh God.
It was until recess when I finally saw Nicolas again, sitting with his friend Brad. They were chatting and I don't even know what they were talking about. But one thing I realized.
He was looking at me.
Not a glare or anything.
He was staring at me, with curiosity. I think?
I was confused.
"And when he said that he likes Jenny, I honestly wanted to punch Jack in the face." Bella keeps telling me about a movie she watched last night, and she really hates it.
"Are you even listening?" She was annoyed indeed.
"What?" I said as I noticed a frown on her face.
"You're not even listening, ugh. But hey, did you know that Caleb Martin is back?" Thankfully, she decided to drop the subject but decided to talk about Caleb. Just not my lucky day.
"I don't want to talk about it." I sigh, playing with my unfinished soda.
That was when it hit me.
"Why are you smiling like that?" Bella looked at me weirdly.
"I've got an idea." I said, confidently.
She sighs.
"Don't tell me..." Bella shakes her head, but didn't stop me anyway. That is why I love her!
When the bell rings, most students are already on their way towards their next class. I was making my way towards Nicolas freaking Flynn with my soda in hand.
Of course, Bella, left for class saying that she would save a seat for me and didn't want to get involved in MNHM drama. 
Whatever.
I saw Nicolas and his friend Brad are busy chatting about something while walking towards the cafeteria entrance to go back to class. I seriously hope I did not get punched for this.
"What the f*ck?!"
Nicolas hissed at me when my soda accidentally but on purpose spilled on his beautiful white shirt.
"Oh, my... I am so sorry about this. Honestly, I really am."
I said, trying my best to hold my laughter.
"Seriously, soda?! Not cool, Rosa."
He glared at me with his infamous death glare. Brad had already beat me to it, as he was already laughing his butt off. Nicolas just rolled his eyes at me for the last time before walking out of the cafeteria.
I cheered for myself.
Ha! Serve him for dumping his water all over my head. He should be thankful that I didn't shove the soda down his throat.
He should be thankful indeed.
