Lara immediately snaps out from her train of thoughts when she suddenly heard someone knocking at the door.
"Come in." she calls out, while standing up and putting a robe.
A young housemaid enters the room. She bowed towards her direction and gave her a polite smile.
"Good morning, Miss Amanda. The Master and the Madame are waiting for you to join them for breakfast." Shirley, one of their house staff, informs her.
"Right... Please tell them I'll join them in 15 minutes. I'll get ready now." Lara/Amanda responded.
One month of living as Amanda Montserrat and staying at the Montserrat mansion, she was able to get used to the way of life of the rich. Every morning, she is always called by Mr. and Mrs. Montserrat to join them for breakfast and dinner. After breakfast, Mr. Montserrat will go to his own office to work throughout the day, while Mrs. Montserrat will have a luncheon meeting with her friends, or she sometimes attend an aerobics class or sometimes she goes out with her equally-rich friends for numerous charity events... 
"Duly noted, Miss Amanda." Shirley nodded in return. Afterwards, the housemaid finally made an exit from the room. 
Once Shirley is finally out of sight, she lets out a helpless sigh, and she started getting ready to join her "so-called parents" later.

Few moments have passed.
Lara/Amanda is now making her way downstairs to join Mr. and Mrs. Montserrat at the dining room for breakfast.
And once she finally reached the grandiose dining room inside the mansion, her "parents" greeted her with a smile.
"Good morning, dear! Did you sleep well last night?" Mrs. Montserrat smilingly greeted her.
"Yes, I had a good night's sleep." Lara/Amanda smiled in return.
"I can see that you're changing for the better, Ananda. Your mother and I are happy and relieved because after what happened at your company retreat and being in a coma for so long, you're healthy, alive and well. We're really thankful that you're here with us." Mr. Montserrat relayed, while looking at his daughter. 
"And that's why we're throwing a party for you, Mandie. Many of your friends and our family friends wants to see you after the accident."  Mrs. Montserrat spoke again.
"Do we really need to have a party?" Lara/Amanda asked, while looking hesitant.
"Of course, dear! Many of our closest friends really wants to see you, and we need to have a thanksgiving party just to show how thankful we are that heaven gave you a second chance in life." her "mother" explained.
Lara/Amanda didn't have a choice but to agree with the party plan. If she continues to disagree with the oldies ideas, it might raise many suspicions.
"Alright, Mom. I'll leave everything to you." she finally agrees.
"So... what are your plans for today? Since you're still in recovery leave, do you want to do something or go somewhere else?" Mr. Montserrat suddenly inquired.
"Well, I was planning to go to the hospital and visit Miss Lara Smith." she told them her plans for today.
"But you've been visiting Miss Smith almost everyday, Mandie. Is it really okay for you to do this? I mean, seeing her might trigger trauma for you because both of you were involved in the same accident." Mrs. Montserrat stated, in a worried manner.
"You don't have to worry about me. I'm more than okay now. I just want to visit her everyday just to make her feel that she's not alone and I can understand her because I was in the same situation just like her. I just got lucky because I woke up from the coma earlier than expected." Lara/Amanda enunciated.
"Let her do what she wants, darling. She's concerned about Miss Lara Smith because she's one of her employees and she's still a part of Etoile Cosmetics company so she's still responsible for her." Mr. Montserrat agreed with his daughter.
"Well, I've got nothing else to say. Just always be careful when driving, and if you don't feel good or if you need any help, just call us rightaway... Is that clear?" Mrs. Montserrat reminded her daughter.
"Don't worry, Mom. I promise I will call you if I need anything." Lara/Ananda reassures in return.
The three of them continued talking while having a sumptuous breakfast...

Lara/Amanda is now at one of the VIP rooms at Brentwood hospital. She is staring at her own original body, which is in a comatose state. She still can't fathom what really happened to her and Amanda Montserrat.
What she can only remember about the accident was she and Amanda Montserrat and the rest of the Etoile Cosmetics employee are at the company retreat. She was experiencing a severe migraine, so she decided to go out and look for a pharmacy so that she can buy a painkiller medicine. She was walking on the streets, and she didn't realize that she's in the middle of ongoing building construction, and the next thing she knew, she felt this unbearable pain at the back of her head, as she was hit by one of the falling debris.
And when she woke up from a coma, she also found out that Amanda Montserrat was also involved in that accident. But what really baffles her the most is how on earth did she end up as Amanda Montserrat, and why is her body in a comatose state? And the other thing is, where is the real Amanda?
"What should I do to go back to my own body and where can I find Amanda?" she wondered aloud, while still thinking hard.
She needs to find a way on how to get back to her original body and go back to her normal life...

Later that night.
Lara/Amanda is finally back at the mansion, after staying at the hospital the whole afternoon. She wants to soak herself in a warm bath, change into pajamas and just call it a day. She was mentally and physically exhausted after thinking hard on what to do with her current situation.
