Chapter 26 Hallucinations

“Tell them to redo this report.” Jacob strongly demanded of his secretary.
So then, his secretary immediately took the report.
“Yes, sir!” He nervously replied and hurriedly stormed out.
Everyone in the company had been in trouble for over a month and half now. The CEO had been in a bad mood every day that no one intends to make an appointment with him. Well, Jacob does not also intend on meeting any client since he is too busy organizing a team to track down his missing lover.
He is losing his mind, thinking and missing that woman who suddenly left him hanging. He is so occupied with the thought of her that he has been having insomnia. He feels so weak that he can’t even take a bite of food that is familiar to him.
So then, he was still in the office, leaning on his swivel chair, alone and annoyed. He was thinking over again and again until then, there were knocks on the door that made him a lot angrier than before because he doesn’t want to hear a sound now.
His aura was so menacing that he is so sure to devour whoever is coming inside from the door but then he saw the image of the woman he had been thinking of.
He stood dumb while looking at that woman as if all the worry in his body and soul disappeared in a snap. It was like he was possessed by a divine being to feel so refreshed and calm but then…
He dropped himself back on his chair, closed his eyes and massaged his temple a bit.
“Now, I’m hallucinating.”
Maybe he is hallucinating again, that that woman is coming back to him and embracing him. He knows himself that that woman will never come to him herself because she wanted him to find her.
He looked back at the woman he was hallucinating with and then he whined that she was still there.
“You’re so good at hide and seek, cheri.” He looked down.
“I miss you… so much…” Now he is tearing up with all the thought that he might not be able to see her again.
“I miss you too,” the woman laughed.
He was about to really cry when he realized what he heard. So then he looked up to the woman standing there.
Kassandra was laughing at the rare sight she just witnessed.
“Did you miss me that much that you’re daydreaming?” she teased, clearly enjoying the view she was seeing.
Jacob instantly stood up.
“F-For real?” He was so surprised that he walked closer to her as he touched her shoulder.
“For real? Is it really you?” He squeezed her shoulder and immediately wrapped his arms around her when he realized that it was really not a hallucination.
He held her tight.
“I miss you so much, cheri. Do you know how much I got worried when you disappeared like a bubble? Why did you suddenly leave me like that? H-How could you do this to me?”
Kassandra laughed at him. She then started tapping his back.
“Don’t worry, I’m alright. You know that your woman is stronger than yourself.” She teased as he loosened the hug and looked at her eyes.
“I know you’re strong but you should have talked to me, at least.”
“My, my,” she touched his right cheek.
“I’m sorry about that” she took a peck on his lips. “hmm? I’m sorry-
Kassandra was shut with his lips as he succumbed to her cavern. There was a smile on her lips before she started to respond, wrapping her arms around his neck.
She moaned when he bit her lips and then he entered his tongue to her mouth again. Jacob was supposed to move her aside to the couch when the door opened and his secretary was dead shocked upon what he saw.
Jacob left her lips and glared at his trembling secretary who cannot utter a single word.
“Lock the door before going out.” He threatened as dark as it is because he won’t be holding back now.
“Y-Yes sir!”
As the secretary burst out of the office, Jacob directly pulled back Kassandra as they continued what they were doing. They don’t care if it was Jacob’s precious office, if the fire is already that extreme, no one can’t hold back.
But it didn’t end in the office. When they were done and went back to their room in the Astarial hotel, Jacob didn’t let the chance go to waste. The next morning, Kassandra woke up while her back was aching.
And she was also shocked to see Jacob right beside her, wide awake.
“Y-You’re awake?” She stuttered but then she saw the dark circles in his eyes.
“No, you didn’t sleep! What the hell, Jacob?”
He instantly imprisoned her in his arms.
“I didn’t sleep a wink since I am not sure that in a moment, you are not by my side again.”
Her jaw dropped. “Is that the reason why you rammed me all night?!”
He bit her shoulder. “Specifically.”
“What the hell, Jacob! You’re a wolf!”
“I’ll become a wolf, if it’s the only way you’ll not run away with me.”
Kassandra groaned and drained.
“Water. Give me water.”
He squeezed her breast before getting up from bed, butt naked. Kassandra watched it and thought about nasty things while looking at Jacob’s buttock.
“Cheri, you really have a nice ass! Let me spank it again some other time,” she laughed at her last words.
“All yours.” Jacob replied, already used on it.
Kassandra laughs, “I love you”.
