Until now, I'm still thinking about the incidents at school. We're struggling to find evidence and clues about who this person is, what their motives are, and why they're doing this. It's a headache! But I won't stop until I uncover the truth. "Hey!" "What the heck!" I shouted as my annoying friends suddenly appeared. They didn't even tell me where they were going. "You're diving deep into thought, huh? Are you exploring the depths of the ocean?" Lay teased, and they all laughed. "Get out of my face!" I sternly said. They're such a nuisance. "Is that what you're thinking? Is it a girl? Do you love her? Does she love you? Are you thinking about her?" Lay bombarded me with questions, and I glared at him. "Montiverde?" I coldly called him, and he seemed frightened, almost pale. "Kuya!" "Oh, Lil Bro? I told you to wait for me at your school, and I'll pick you up. What if something happened to you?" "Don't worry, Kuya. I'm okay!" The kid is cute, but I hope he doesn't inherit Lay's flirtatious ways. They're always together. "In the room, please!" I just nodded and lay back down. "Do you have any news?" I asked Ice, who was lying on my bed too. "I have a lead, but I'm not sure yet. I'll tell you when I'm certain..." "Hey! What are you talking about? Include me!" Clarnce complained. "Tch..." We shook our heads. "Okay, I'll expect you..." "Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention! I got some CCTV footage, and I saw a suspicious person caught on camera. Want to see it?" Clarnce asked. "Where?" I inquired. "Wait, let me get my laptop!" He retrieved his laptop and showed us the video. We watched a masked person, and their face wasn't visible. "Find out who that person is. Inform me immediately," I instructed. "Aye, aye! I'll do that. I need to go; I have something to attend to!" Clarnce said and left. We sighed and continued pondering the recent events. I won't let our school be ruined because of people like them. *Someone pov* "In the Sater hotel at 6 pm this afternoon, a man was found dead, identified as Bobbys Garcia. The killer is now being sought. Meanwhile, at a Ward casino, six elderly people were also found dead, identified as Sebastian Dormido and others—Lucas Mandaw, Ferdinand Sukba, Marcos Karaga, Manuel Antonio, Jimmy Kontes." "I cursed when I learned that 7 of my staff had died. Who did this? I immediately called an investigator. I want to know who did this to my people." *Kairhara's POV* I'm here in the park near my mansion, sitting on a bench, closing my eyes, enjoying the cool breeze and silence. The birds' chirping sounds pleasant. I wish I were a bird, free to do anything, free to fly. Meanwhile, I'm still confined in this dark world. Until I achieve the justice I seek, I won't attain freedom. If my parents were still here, what would my life be like now? I'd probably be happy with them. I miss my family so much... whenever I'm alone, I remember everything. I smiled bitterly, tears slowly flowing. My tears never seem to end. While crying alone like a fool, I suddenly felt my eyelids getting heavier. I let myself be engulfed by darkness." *Third Person's POV* As the girl slept on a bench in the park, someone observed her. They had been watching for a while. When they saw her asleep, two men approached cautiously to avoid waking her. One of them had a cloth with a sedative. As they got closer, the girl suddenly moved, prompting them to quickly cover her nose with the cloth to administer the sedative. They lifted her and put her in a van. *Kairhara's POV* I woke up to cold water pouring on me, unable to see as my eyes were covered. I tried to move my hands and feet, but I couldn't since they were tied. How did I end up here? Who took me? A woman's voice spoke, "Oh dear, princess, you're awake. How was your sleep?" I heard footsteps approaching, and I felt a heavy hand on my face. The person slapped me twice, and I just grinned at her. "Let's see how long you can endure the pain," she said, hitting me with a whip repeatedly. It hurt, but I didn't show it. She seemed frustrated, and her attacks became more aggressive. *Someone's POV* "Are you really that tough?" I muttered. I had been hurting this girl for a while, but she acted like a robot, showing no emotion. I poured alcohol instead of water on her wounds. She didn't seem to mind. "Lift her and take her to the aquarium," I ordered my men. Once there, I instructed them to keep her inside until she lost consciousness. As I watched, I couldn't help but grin, knowing she'd be out of my way soon. "Boss, should we kill her now?" one of my men asked. I hesitated; I had more plans, so I decided not to kill her yet. "No, bring her up and tie her again," I commanded. My men were concerned about potential consequences, but I assured them they wouldn't be in danger. "I'll handle it; you won't be in trouble," I told them, focusing on the unfolding scene.
