Epilogue

Shadow povi
Six months have passed since everything happened. Six months without Kairhara. And I miss her so much; I wish she were here. I've learned a lot about her – she's the one who always saves us because she's been watching over us. It turns out she's also Black Dragon; we found out from her friends. A lot has changed in the past six months. Mondragon's three friends have changed; they're no longer rude. My friends, on the other hand, I found out they have feelings for Konaide. I also learned that Kairhara owns the school we attend. I still haven't learned everything about her. Sigh, I really miss her; I hope she didn't leave me.
Today is our graduation day, but Kairhara is not with us. Where could she be now? Did she manage to reach her destination safely? Sigh.
"Hey, Shadow! It's our graduation day; why are you so lost?" Lay asked.
"Tch, do I care? I'm just thinking," I replied irritably.
"You're thinking about her again, Bro; just wait for the day you can be with her!" Lay added. They don't understand me.
"Shadow, you should be happy on our graduation day!" Ice said. Yes, Ice is now somewhat sociable, unlike before. She's as cold as ice, living up to her name. As for me, I'm not as grumpy anymore. Clarence, on the other hand, wasn't sent abroad by his mom for further studies. So, he's still studying here for college.
"Hey, Bro, smile!" Clarence said and took a picture of me. We were sitting here waiting to be called. Our parents were sitting behind us.
"Bro, you look handsome here! So charming!" Clarence teased.
"Clarence, have some shame...," Ice sighed. We all laughed; indeed, we needed to be happy.
"Look here!" Clarence shouted, and we gave him annoyed looks. Then he took a picture, making it embarrassing. We're the only noisy ones here.
"Antamatica, Ice Ginokhirl!" Ice was called. She went up on stage alone; her parents were not there, arrested for drug-related charges.
"Monticello Clarnce!" It was Clarence's turn, still the sweet lover, nothing changed. He went up, and his mom joined him. Lay took pictures of him.
Everyone was called, and I was the last one. So, I felt nervous.
"Winstone, Shadow Demonic!" I went up on stage with a hint of sadness. I wished she were here, graduating with me. I looked into the distance and saw the girl I had been waiting for since earlier. I smiled at her, and when I got off the stage, I ran to her and hugged her.
"I missed you so much!" I said while tightly hugging her.
"Tsk, did I tell you to hug me? Tch, we're not there yet, so no hugging!" she said, and I let go. Despite being in the courtship stage, I didn't want to lose her.
"Just a hug; I missed you..." I said. I'm still courting her, but I don't want her to leave.
"Tch, you're busted..." she said, so I pouted.
"Kairhara, seriously..."
"Why are you giving up so easily?" she asked and grinned.
"I'm not giving up; I love you so much!" I said, wanting to hug her again, but she avoided it. It's like she kissed a wall, seriously.
Did you think Konaide was dead? No, she just went to Japan because she had something to attend to. I didn't want her to, but what could I do? It's her life, so I let her go. Maybe she thought I was too strict.
*Flashback*
As Konaide's uncle was about to pull the trigger, I shot him in the head. Konaide fainted, and we immediately rushed her to the hospital. After she recovered, I confessed my feelings, told her I wanted to court her. Fortunately, she agreed, so that was one of the happiest days of my life. But I felt a bit sad when I learned she was going back to another country.
"Is it true that you're going back to Japan?" I asked, meaning she'd be far away from me.
"Yeah, I need..."
"What about me? What about us?" What a drama from me.
"What do you mean, what about you? Mr. Winstone? Fyi, we're not even official yet. You're just courting me, so what are you talking about? Tch, I'm going to Japan because I have something to take care of there!" she said, and she flicked my forehead.
"Alright, just promise you'll come back, okay? I love you..." I said, and I hugged her.
"Tsk, I'm not coming back..." she said seriously. So, it felt like cold water was poured over me.
"Kairhara, please, don't make me keep thinking about you and missing you!" I said, tears about to fall.
"Just kidding, hahah! I'll be back, don't worry..." she said and laughed. I knew it wasn't a joke; that day was the first time I saw her smile.
*End of flashback*
Now we're at our graduation party. Suddenly, the sweet dance music played. My crazy friends approached and invited Konaide.
"Bro, can Konaide be my dance partner, my love?" Lay asked.
"Bro, can I dance with Miss Konaide?" Ice asked, extending his hand to Kairhara. Even Clarence presented his hand, so I quickly stood Konaide up and brought her to the center of the dance floor. I'd rather dance with her before those idiots get a chance.
"Aren't you supposed to be the one to ask, Bro?" Lay teased.
"Can I dance with you, Miss Konaide?" I asked, and I held her hand. My god, she blushed a bit.
"Cupcake, are you blushing?" she asked, touching my cheek. It made my whole face even hotter.
"No, I'm not!" I denied.
"It's so obvious!" she said and laughed.
"No, I'm not!" I insisted.
"Are you getting kilig?" she asked, teasing me.
"No, I'm not!" I kept denying, until I gave in.
"Fine, I am!" I admitted, so she continued teasing me.
"Oh, come on!" I said.
"Admit it, you're getting kilig because of me," she said and winked at me.
"Tsk, you're so corny!" she said, making me pout.
"Kairhara, seriously, you're making me kilig and embarrassed!" I complained.
"That's your punishment for being so grumpy," she said and continued teasing me.
While dancing, she leaned closer, and I was granted a sweet kiss.
"Congratulations, Mr. Winstone," she whispered to me, and I was left speechless. She really went too far; I wasn't ready. Damn.
The end!
