I'm Odette Sacra, 19 years old, first-year college student. I have a passion for shooting, and since I was a child, I've dreamt of becoming a police officer. Every year, we participate in gun firing competitions. Wanting our group to win this year, I'm searching for someone with potential in handling firearms. When I saw the skills of this girl, I couldn't help but be impressed. Despite my envy, I admitted her talent and invited her to join our group.
"Wait!" I exclaimed. "I want you to join our group, and I want to learn from you." She looked serious and asked, "What?" I insisted, "Come on, you're now an official member of the gun firing club!" However, she responded with a terse "K" and filled out the registration form before leaving without a word.
Later, I instructed others, "Pick her up tomorrow, Viola! And Chris, keep practicing!" Threateningly, I added, "Grey, don't just laze around. If we lose, I'll use this gun on your heads!"
*Shadow's POV*
Hearing about a new transferee, I informed my friends. Indifferent, Ice asked, "So what?" But when Skyper's name was mentioned, I raised an eyebrow. That traitor had the audacity to transfer here. I didn't care about him, but something felt off.
"I don't care if he studies here," I said, leaving our hangout. I went to the garden and saw Konaide and Skyper together. Frustrated, I couldn't understand my feelings whenever Konaide was with a guy. What was happening to me? Impulsively, I punched Skyper.
"What's your problem, Pre?" he asked, blood dripping from his lip. I grabbed Konaide, issuing a warning. "Stay away from him! If he approaches you, tell me immediately!" Skyper taunted, asking if I was jealous. I struggled to answer, realizing our hands were still intertwined.
We stopped, and Konaide took the lead, asking, "Where are we going?" I replied, "Cutting," confused by her cryptic response. Suddenly, Mommy appeared, questioning our destination. Konaide's nonchalant attitude surprised me.
"Miss Konaide, cutting is not allowed here. Did you not read the rules?" scolded Mommy. Konaide responded defiantly, and when the guard hesitated to let us out, she whispered something, making him relent.
Concerned about repercussions, I asked where we were going. Konaide assured me, "I don't care about the rules, and don't worry, you won't get in trouble." Reluctantly, I followed her, wondering what awaited us.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"Anywhere, as long as it's quiet," she replied. I still held her soft hands. I don't know why, but I'm happy to be with her now.
"Okay," I replied, letting her lead wherever she wanted to take me.
As we walked, we covered quite a distance. The person next to me remained silent as if nothing happened. We reached a secluded place, far from the crowd. How far will this girl take me? Is she planning something?
"Hi, where are you heading?" a group of guys suddenly blocked our way.
"It's none of your business," Konaide said coldly.
"Tsk, what do you want?" I asked them.
"We need that girl, give her to us if you don't want to get hurt!" one of the guys said, there were about ten of them.
"Tch, I can't give her to you. If possible, just leave us alone, you're disturbing our date," I bravely said, but she remained silent, seemingly indifferent to these annoying guys.
"Wow, you're really brave! Let's see how brave you are!" another guy said.
"What's up, bro, should we kill this guy now?" I heard myself grinning at what I heard. They're planning to kill me? Are they joking?
"Tch, I can't give her to you. If possible, just leave us alone, you're disturbing our date," I bravely said, but she remained silent, seemingly indifferent to these annoying guys.
"Wow, you're really brave! Let's see how brave you are!" another guy said.
"What's up, bro, should we kill this guy now?" I heard myself grinning at what I heard. They're planning to kill me? Are they joking?
"Tch, you guys look like carabaos. Just leave!" I said in irritation; these annoying pests are obviously irritated by me.
"You're really brave!" the apparent leader said. They look like street dogs. Ugh, they're so ugly. "You know, if you're dead, do you know what we'll do? We'll have our way with your girlfriend! She looks so innocent, ugh, she must be so delightful! Beautiful and smooth legs, uhh, my excitement is rising!" their leader said, irritating me. Damn, these guys are perverts. I looked at my companion, contemplating whether to run away or confront these perverts.
"That's right, bro, he's resisting! Okay, let's kill him!" their leader ordered, and two guys attacked me. I was about to kick one in the face when the other pulled out a baseball bat, almost hitting me in the head. Fortunately, my reflexes were quick. I grinned and dodged, then countered with a punch to the guy's stomach. Shortly after, another guy came at me with a baseball bat. I narrowly avoided a headshot. Good thing I did; I swiftly caught the bat with my hand and swung it at his body. Thank goodness I didn't hit his head.
Four guys surrounded me, and I saw the other two holding Konaide.
"Damn it!" I cursed. Their leader grabbed Konaide, and she seemed unfazed. I pitied Konaide for being insulted by these people.
"Hey, miss, come here! I'll make you happy; I'll take you to heaven! You'll like it!" their leader shouted and approached Konaide, grabbing her breast. Damn pervert. I was about to kick him in the face when my vision blurred. I didn't realize I had already grabbed a knife and mercilessly killed the two holding me. I won't let them harm Konaide. After taking down the two, I looked at the others and charged at them before they could attack. I stabbed them with the knife, determined to protect Konaide.
"I'll kill all of you," I said seriously, attacking another guy, but I couldn't stab him in time. He grabbed the knife from me and beat me with it.
"You're brave, huh! You'll pay for what you did to our friend!" their leader shouted, and two more guys held me while he kicked me. Until I got tired and almost lost consciousness, I saw Konaide's fierce eyes, as if she wanted to kill. After that, my vision slowly faded.
