AUTHOR'S POV
The next day which was Thursday went in a flash , so today was Friday, the game day.
Different students from both schools filled the bleachers, while the cheer leader cheered alobg with their pom-poms as they waited for both teams arrival
In the locker room of the home team, sat Jayden alongside his teammates, their coach gave them a little pep talk and words of encouragement before he went to check around, Jayden the took over from where he stopped, he spoke to his teammates about the game being their final so they had to give in their best.
They then left the locker room and went toward the field cause the game was about to start
MARISA'S POV
The game was about starting when we went looking around the bleachers tryna find a seat, and by 'we' i mean, I, Taylor, Ryan, Jace and Connor
I have no idea where Stacey was seated, she's been acting off lately, I think I should find out what's going on
"Hey come on, I've found some seats" Tay snapped me out of my thoughts
"Let's hurry then, before it gets taken"
"Okay guys, let me go get some snacks, I'll be right back" they were already seated, so I
I volunteered to go get the snacks
"Hey someone's seated there" I heard from a distance as I was returning with the snacks, it seemed like I was tryna get robbed off my seat, so I hurried to get there faster

"She's right behind you" Taylor cut one of the guys mid statement
"Yeah what do you want?" I stood boldly and asked the guy who was 'bout taking my seat
"Hmmmm she's feisty" said one of the guys
"And damn hot" The other guy said
"Yeah she is" The second one concurred
"Look, pretty hot chick, just let me borrow your seat, tou could sit on my lap if you want"
"What the hell, I got this first, you can't just come take ot like that cause I stepped out to get something"
"FYI we haven't taken it yet, we're about doing that and besides the seat's not your property" one said
"But it's in my school, so technically it's mine"

"She said it's hers, so mind leaving it for her? " I turned to see who cut them off, yeah why not, always showing up when he isn't supposed to
"I didn't ask for your help Tyler, I got it"
"Well it doesn't seem like you got it" He said and gestured to the both of them still standing there
"Fine, do what you gotta do then" I said and gave way a bit for him
"Move it suckers or I'll move you" he said authoritatively, he had that commanding voice that could make someone quiver
"Come on Clyde, thos isn't worth it anyways" he said and they both left
Well that worked, when I turned to say thank you to Tyler, he was already gone as well and mixed up with the crowd
"Weird" I silently whispered to myself
After 12 minutes, the first quarter was over an we were down by 10-12 goals, our players were refreshing up at a corner while the coach said a fe words to them
"You've seen Stacey around?"
"Huh" I turned to Taylor who spoke beside me
"I said, if you've seen Stacey?" She asked again
"Oh, no I haven't, you've noticed she've been acting strange lately right?" I asked
"Who wouldn't, it was pretty obvious and plus, she doesn't hang around like before" Taylor said again
"I know, I plan on confronting her later today" I voiced out, but i pray I works as planned though
The whistle for the game continuation blew and they all ran across the field fighting for the ball.
After another 12 minutes, the second quarter was over, soon later the players filed in again for the third quarter, which they left with 62-59, just three points behind
Finally I was time for the fourth and last quarter, the tigers played their best, same goes with the Eagles, but the Tigers still had a way to pull things through, and finally the whistle for game over was blown and guess what, we fucking won the Eagles with
85-70, our players cheered around the field , even the bleachers was crowded cause some where going up while some where coming down, but in our case, we were going up when someone tapped me
"Huh?" I asked Taylor cause she was the 'someone'
"Look who's here" I followed the direction of her eyes and the sight of someone baffled me
"What the hell? What's he doing here?"
FREDDY'S POV
I walked into the guys locker room and meet Jayden cheering along his teammates
"Great game dude, you were on fire out there" I complimented
"I know, cause we won, woooooo" He said and cheered again
We were now outside celebrating the victory with our fellow students when something popped into my head and I made the announcement
"Party at my place tomorrow and FYI, it's a pool parttttty" This made everyone cheer even more
"Babe" I turned to see Olivia who stood behind me
"Hey cupcake" We moved a bit from the cheering students
"A pool party?"
"Yeah, now it's just for me to set things up for tomorrow" I said to her
"I'll help with that" She offered
"And that's one of the reasons I love you, come here babe" I pulled her in for a heart warming kiss
We left Jayden and the guys who were still in the locker room and headed for the parking lot cause it was already getting dark.
I took a glimpse of Tyler when stood by the doorway, but I kept on going
"Fred!" His call stopped me on my tracks but I didn't turn around
"Can we talk?" He said and I then turned and replied
"Go on" I urged him
"I meant in private" He said while glancing at Olivia who stood beside me
"Babe, can you please give me a minute?"
"Sure, I'll be outside" She said and walked towards the parking lot
"So what's it you wanna talk about so badly"
"Look, this have been going on for a while now, we need to stop it" He said
"We?or you mean you?, you started all this" I replied catching onto what he was saying
"Do you need me reminding you who kissed who first?" He said about getting angry again
"I tried apologizing remember?"
"Anyways that's far from the reason why I'm here, we've been buddies right from time, so I isn't reasonable ending our friendship just cause of some minor case as this"
"That's the same reason I've been keeping up with your shit for some time now"
"I'll just pretend I didn't here that" he said teasingly
"So I'll just let this one slide, just this once " he said again
"So we're good?" I asked in hopes
"Sure thing dude" He confirmed and we playfully shook hands like we just sighed some sorta contract or something

"Don't tell me you've forgotten someone else you need to forgive" I asked again
"No I haven't, I'm gradually working on that" He said calmly
"Well work harder, cause I'm damn sure she's in a lotta shit 'cause of you"

"Woah" I raised both arms in a manner of surrender

"Come on, let's get going Olivia must be getting tired of waiting" I said but remembered something instantly
