What? When I said he understood their reasons for hurting Epie I meant it. He was suppose to reap off their heads but now he wouldn't. He is going to do something less.
Terrick beat them up with ease and break a few limps and bones. Well that wasn't so bad, he just break some few limps and bones and that is nothing to a wolf. It will take some few hours for their body to come back to normal and the pain will go away too.
The alpha went to his room were he found Annex adding wolf slim to Epie's wounds. The girl hiss in pain and few tear drop fell from her eyes. The wolf slim will help to make the wound heal faster than its normal time.
He carried her when Annex was done and took her to the bathroom were she took her bath and Terrick gave her a new pair of cloth to wear.
Epie who hadn't who had missed the joy of being pampered couldn't help but act like a spoiled child. When Terrick was about to take her to the dinning room were other wolves and some witches were there, she raise her hands up to be carried. Terrick couldn't help but to fulfill her demands so he carried her.
This made his beta to roll his eyes at what Terrick is doing ( you are spoiling her) Annex said through mind link. ( well I can't help it. I just don't want to see her cry ) he replied his beta's mind link.
Terrick walk out of his room with Epie in his hand and Annex tailing him behind. When he got to the dinning room, the people in the room began to murmur. They all could get the scent of Epie and she doesn't smell like a wolf or vampire or witch or any other supernatural creature, she smelled human.
Aurora who didn't know that her son came back last night was surprise to see him and shock to see him with a human child in his hands.
The stares and murmurs made Epie to hide her face on Terrick's chest. The alpha walk like he didn't hear the murmurs or see the eyes staring. He went to his sit which was the at the head of the table, his mother sitting on his right and his beta on his left and all other officials sitting and the omega at last end of the table.
Terrick sat Epie on his lap and was about to eat when a wolf enter the room. He had brown fur. He went up to the alpha to report something but was stop by the eyes of the little girl staring at him attentively like she could see him. He know she is human and it is impossible for her to see him.
" he has brown fur Terrick" Epie said pointing at the wolf and this caught everyone by surprise.
" how come?" The Luna ask no one in particular. "Terrick how can she see him" she ask gesturing her hand to Epie and back to the wolf standing not too far from them. " The witch said am a superhuman. Right Terrick" Epie answered the Luna's and everyone inside the room question.
Terrick didn't bother to answer, he shove a spoon full with food inside Epie's mouth to hush her from talking more and eat.
Terrick ate his meal unmoved by the stares he is getting from everyone. He shove a spoon full of food into Epie's mouth who welcome it with bliss and chew on it happily. You can't blame the child, it's been long since she ate anything this delicious.
She ate to heart content. Terrick gave her Water when he notice that she is full. " do you want fruits?" He ask the child who nodded her head. He cut the apples carefully and gave her to eat. " Terrick why are they not eating ?" She ask pointing her mouth to the people on the table who stare at their alpha with shocked expression. They can't believe that he is the one taking care of this human child who can see wolves. They wonder if she can see other creatures. " when do I get to see the sugarplum fairy" she asked " there are no sugarplum fairies here E" she frown not because he said they were no sugarplum fairies but because he called her E. She went down from his lap and stood hands at akimbo. " i have told you never to call me E! Only mommy calls me that" she said moving her fingers up and down. Then she turn to Annex and ask " am I wrong Annex? I -have have told you guys not call me E but this wolf doesn't listen" Annex chuckled. She looks cute when upset. Terrick raise his hands " am sorry princess Epie, I didn't mean to call you E. I forgot about your warnings" he apologize.
Every one on the table except Annex and Epie were shock by the King's responds to the little girl who just warn him. Epie nodded her head to Terrick's apology and added " I won't forgive you next time. I am only forgiving you because you called me princess like daddy use to" after saying that she raise her hands up to be carried shock Terrick complied to.
After a little time everyone recover from their shock and began eating their meal. Epie notice that the person sitting at the last end of the table wasn't eating. So she step down from Terrick's lab and went to her. She took her plate with her small hands and fill it with food. " why are you no eating?" She ask the omega.
Ayra smiled at the child's thoughtfulness. No one had ever cared for her, Her parents were art Omega's like her. " I'll eat when everyone is done eating" she replied the little girl who look at her before saying " it's wrong, you'll only have leftovers and the food would be cold. Mommy said it is best to eat your food when it is still warm. It taste better that way" after saying that she pick a spoon a fill it up with food and took to her mouth. Ayra couldn't eat because of her status here at the pack so she look at Terrick for help. The alpha surprised her by nodding his head for her to eat.
Ayra who has always been eaten cold food couldn't help but relishing the meal in front of her with delight. She ate today with everyone on the table and this is all thanks to the girl who is smiling at her.
Epie went back to Terrick's side, when the alpha was done eating he left the table with his beta and Epie including his mother following him behind. Well Epie was with him hand in hand.
