Terrick had drop Epie at school and was on his way to his office. His driver packed his car at his personal packing space, the business tycoon was about to enter his building when he was stopped by the press. " Mr. Clarkson is it true that you took this lady's daughter from her when the baby was just two weeks old?" The woman in question kept her face in a state as if she is hurt by Terrick's actions but happy that she gets to meet her daughter.
What the lady journalist said made Terrick halt with his steps. Annex couldn't believe his hears "what did you say?" Annex ask being Terrick's PA it's his job to acquire such information " this lady said" the journalist from earlier said while pointing at the lady who is crying, shading tears. 
" she says you guys were having a secret love affair and when she got pregnant your love her didn't change but little did she know that you were scheming against her. She said when she gave birth to your daughter you kidnapped her when she was two weeks old" the journalist repeated everything the lady said.
Terrick laughed leaving the people around him except his beta to be confused. How could he laugh at such a situation as this one? His business is at stake here.
" so miss...." He trail leaving the lady to complete her name.
" don't act like you don't know my name T. Has six years of us being apart erase your memory? I miss six years of my daughter's life, how heartless can you be?" the lady didn't know she's up against, plus she got Epie's age wrong.
( oh wow her acting skills are great) Annex said through mind link
(Right? She should use her skills on the theater and gain dime cash than wasting it here were she would leave this place with shame) that alpha chuckled internally with what he said.
( so how long should we wait here or do you want to continue with the show?)
Terrick stare at the woman for sometime not saying anything. " just tell him your name maybe he has forgotten" a male journalist said
"OK then. Shelma. Does it ring a bell to you T?" She acted all hurt like him forgetting her name is heartbroken.
"Nope miss it doesn't" the alpha denied. He is actually enjoying the show, it's not everyday you get a life TV show.
"T didn't I mean anything to you? You told me you love me, what happened? What did I ever do wrong? I thought our relationship was going to somewhere. It was promising" she cried making the journalist to pity her. 
Seeing as Terrick is saying nothing but just staying silent, she thought she was winning and will be in his life or maybe get some cash.
" Mr. Clarkson is not a good man. He is a player, a flirt and a kidnapper" the female journalist said to her camera which was streaming life.
"I thought being ruthless is all the negative quality he has but I was wrong. He is a flirt, a cruel man who has no sympathy for women" It was a male journalist who said that.
(Ugrr Terrick am getting bored get rid of this thing) Annex said through mind link
(OK am going to stop here now but let me have fun. Am going to enjoy this) 
" so Miss Shelma you claim I 'kidnap' our child and we were in a relationship right?" Terrick said with a serious tone like he was no making jokes with his beta through mind link.
" I am not claiming. But I am saying it'
"Ok..... Adam" he called his driver "go bring Epie from school. Tell her teacher there is something which needs her presence" The driver nodded and drove off.
While the driver went  to pick up Epie, Terrick turn to the press and Shelma and said. " please ladies and gentlemen come in let's have a sit inside while waiting for the child" After saying that he walk inside without waiting for them to decide if they want to go in or not.
" Marry can you kindly give our guests some snacks" his tone was so polite that his employees had to look at him twice just to be sure that his the one and not a decoy.
The press as well as Shelma were surprise of how calm he was. Shelma's mind started running wild. Like what if he ask for proof? No no, no backing down. Am already here Terrick could hear the sound of her heartbeat going wild. He just smiled.
Few minutes later the driver came with the girl. Who immediately ran to Terrick's side and hug him before hugging Annex. " Terrick why did you ask me to come? I had class. It's not easy being a third grader." At the way she called Terrick, The press were surprise and they began to murmur ' I thought he was her father? Then why did she call him by his name'
'Maybe the poor kid doesn't even know that he is her father'
"Am so sorry honey, I didn't mean to disturb you but some people wanted to talk to you" " so here she is" he said bringing Epie forward so the press could see her.
Shelma began her pretend again. Crying so the people will take pity on her and favor her. Epie who didn't understand what was happening turn and ask Terrick " what is wrong with her? Why is she asking" she pointed at the lady who is crying so hard. " don't mind her" the alpha whisper to her.
"Shelma you claim I kidnap our child right? Why didn't you check and ask around about me before trying to frame me up?" He said looking at Shelma with bored eyes. Shelma on the other hand didn't shake on the outside but shivered on the inside.
" what are you saying to me T? I can't believe its you saying this...... Come here honey, come to mommy." She said to Epie who hide herself behind Terrick who winked at her. With her action, Shelma took it as a cue to continue her acting do she cried more and harder. Acting all heartbroken "she... She doesn't know me, she is scared of me. My own daughter doesn't even know my face" she said this looking at her hands which were left hanging.
"Terry why is she saying that she is my mommy? We both know that she isn't" 
" Come here dr she is your mommy. Don't be scared of her" the female journalist from earlier is the one who spoke. The girl blinked her eyes before laughing. Her action surprise the press and made them think that she took after her father Terrick who laughs at every situation.
" my mommy died when I was this many" she said holding five fingers up. 
" what do you mean by your mommy is dead?"  A journalist with blonde hair ask. 
" they had an accident and now they are in heaven. Both mommy and daddy" she said pointing at the ceiling. 
" if her real parents are dead then who are you?" A female journalist with black hair which has blue at the bottom ask. With her finger moving from Shelma to Terrick.
" it beats me who we are to her. I wonder if we are her parents from another dimension" Terrick said making a fake gasp leave his mouth after being sarcastic. Shelma on the other hand was shaking.
" now on a serious note" the alpha Said with his voice serious with all trace of sarcasm gone. " you came here claiming that I kidnap our daughter when I don't know you and I have never seen you before. Coming with this dump set of people who have no common sense in their head. Why didn't they ask you for a DNA test result? Or her birth certificate or may be the hospital were you claim to have given birth to her. You said she is six years old but dies she look like six to you? She us eight. She has live on the street for two years now and when I took her in you claim I kidnap her..... I must say you've got good acting skills which you should use in the theater and earn some legal cash rather than coming here with a bunch of fools to trick me"
Everyone present couldn't help but look down on Shelma, the press felt embarrassed for what they said earlier and how they believed her with no evidence. Terrick's words about them caused them to hide their faces in shame.
" next time think before you act" after saying that he took hold of Epie's hand and they went to his office. The press called the cops who came and arrested Shelma for fraud......
