"Let's go meet our master," Kaira said.
 With happiness, they walked to Jacinta, who smiled, seeing the two.
 "I am very glad to see you two together." She said with a smile.
 "I just became her friend," Kaira said making Jacinta nod.
 "It's good to have friends from your master," Jacinta said. “Your master is also your friend."
 Kailua smiled hearing this as she thought about the reason they needed to have a master.
 "Do you have any questions?" Kaira said looking at Kailua.
 "Why do we have masters over us?" She asked.
 Kaira looked to Jacinta who nodded her head.
 "We do have masters like the human world." Kaira began, "In the human world, people are chosen to work as servants for their masters, whereas here, we treat our servants as one of us.
 "Very good," Kailua said. "Does anyone know about the mother?"
 "Are you a spy?" Jacinta asked and she shook her head.
 "I just want to know." She replied.
 "Mother was taken by the queen mother who made her assist her," Jacinta said.
 Kailua smiled at this, then looked up.
 "I would like to go up." She said.
 "To Meni," Jacinta said and she nodded.
 "Right, to Meni." She replied.
 They went their separate ways and the first person Kailua went to meet was Meni.
 "Kailua!" She called immediately Meni walked into her room.
 "Good day, love," Kailua said.
 Both of them hugged happily.
 "I am very happy," Meni said. "You found your fellow friend."
 "Fellow friend?" Kailua asked laughing. "What is a fellow friend?"
 "In the human world, anyone the master takes becomes a servant to them but here we call them friends," Meni replied.
 "Friends?" Kailua asked and she nodded.
 "Anyone who gets taken by the same master is called your fellow friend." She said.
 Closing her eyes, Meni said some words and then looked at Kailua.
 "By the end of tomorrow, you will be having a meeting with your master, Jacinta." She said and Kailua nodded.

 The next day, Kailua walked to take her bath. She changed into a beautiful black gown given to her by the mother.
 "Wow, this is perfect." She said and waited for the breakfast time to arrive.
 During breakfast, Kailua saw the faces of those who left with her on a mission troop.
 Minutes later, they were all settled around the dinner table. The mother cleared her throat.
 "I am happy for everyone who has made it through." She said. "I also am glad that we are now the same."
 They all laughed at what she said.
 "Now by the evening time," She said. "You all newbies will be having your first meeting with your masters." She said. "We may all eat."
 They all dug into their meal as they ate, some asking for more.
 When they were done, they were all shown what was happening in their various sides of the human world.
 "You all have a duty," Claudia said making them sit up tight. "You are to make everyone in your community hate you."
 A smile crossed Kailua's mouth as she heard what Claudia said.
 "It will be easier for me to make Doula forget about me." She thought to herself and touched her chest which hurt her.
 "Someone is thinking of you." Meni teased Kailua.
 "Or someone might still have your possession," Jacinta said.
 Kailua shook her head thinking of Doula.
 "It's not possible," Kailua said looking at Jacinta. "I told her to throw away my belongings and everything that can remind her of me. I am sure she did it although being sad."
 Jacinta took a deep breath as she touched her hair.
 "Then with everything you have, you must make her hate you." She said.
 "I will surely do that," Kailua said.
 Jacinta smiled, touching her cheek, and told her that she trusted her.
 In the evening of that day, they all gathered to have a meeting with Jacinta.
 Jacinta sat on the high chair looking around as she awaited all her members to join.
 Minutes later, they all walked in. Kaira and Kailua were holding hands as they walked into the room.
 "Good day, everyone," Jacinta said. "As we all know this meeting is always held twice a year as a way of welcoming our members who have completed their task."
 They all clapped heavily as they were happy to have their new members.
 "You all should come out." She said.
 All of them, including Kailua, walked out and faced everyone.
 "Let me introduce you to your fellow friends," Jacinta said and they all roared.
 Getting up, she began to call their name each and they all roared happily.
 When she was done introducing them, she walked back to her chair.
 "Today is a good day." She said. "We all will have our dinner together."
 She sent all the newbies back to take their sit.
 Looking at all of their eyes, Jacinta could see some of them being sad.
 "I know a few of you will be sad because you aren't going to have dinner today with the first person who became your friend, but I am telling you that it would be fun." She said.
 She got up and called on a lady to sing. The lady walked to the front and began to sing. She had a melodious voice and Kailua could only smile.
 It wasn't a song that they always sing in the human world but it was nice.
 Immediately, the lady was done, and two baskets were brought in.
 "A drummer?" Jacinta asked and a man walked out.
 He started beating into the air making a melodious beat.
 Kailua looked to Kaira, who was moving ahead to the beat.
 "He is a wizard." She said and Kaira shook her head.
 "He is a witch." She said. "In the human world, you distinguish between witch and wizard whereas here we don't. There is a wizard world but since he was taken by a witch, he is virtually one of us, a witch."
