The Honeymoon is Over  :(
It was hard to believe, but the honeymoon period for the newlyweds had come to an end, and today they were preparing to return to Korea.
They had explored many things together during their stay in the city. They visited historic places and enjoyed foods they had never tried before. Their days were filled with laughter, joy, love, and affection.
In the Hotel Room
"Hubby... wake up. We need to leave this morning," Meinny said, gently stroking her husband's short hair.
"Hmm... five more minutes, baby. I’m still so sleepy," Jay replied.
"Ish... you’ve been saying 'five more minutes' all this time but still haven’t gotten up," Meinny muttered with frustration.
Jay slowly opened his eyes and yawned. He tried to fight off his sleepiness and gather all his energy so he wouldn’t fall asleep again. He was afraid his cute wife would sulk if he didn’t follow her orders.
"Okay, baby. I’ll get up," Jay said, leaning against the bed’s headboard.
"Hurry up and take a shower and get ready, hubby," Meinny urged.
"Give me a hug and a kiss first, baby. Then I’ll get up full of energy," Jay said with a mischievous look.
Meinny sat on her husband's lap, hugging him tightly. She leaned in and gave him a quick peck on the lips.
"I’ve done it. Now go take a shower," she said.
"Shower together?" Jay asked.
"Hurf... no. I’ll shower after you," Meinny replied.
"Ahh... baby. I think it’s faster and more efficient if we shower together," Jay teased, whining playfully.
"Alright. But only a shower, okay?"
"Of course, baby," Jay answered, picking Meinny up in a "koala style" hold.
After showering together, they quickly left the hotel and headed to the airport to have breakfast, saving time.

Twelve hours later, Jay and Meinny arrived safely at Incheon International Airport. Pak Boh, their driver, was waiting for them at the airport to take them home.
"Hi, Pak Boh!" Meinny greeted with a smile.
"Welcome back, miss," he replied politely.
They got into the car and made their way home to rest after a long journey. There was no conversation in the car as the beautiful woman had fallen asleep on her husband’s shoulder, and the two men in the car were busy with their own things. Jay, who had been staring at his iPad, noticed that the car had stopped. They had arrived safely at home.
Jay gently tapped his wife's small shoulder and kissed her forehead a few times to wake her up.
"Baby... wake up, baby. We’re home, you must be so tired," Jay said softly.
When he didn’t get a response from his wife, Jay carefully lifted her, making sure not to disturb her sleep, and carried her inside.
He gently placed Meinny on the soft bed, as if it might break if he laid her down too roughly. After that, Jay cleaned himself up and joined his wife in bed to sleep.

Lunch Together ♡ 
On this bright morning, Jay had already left for work, and Meinny had told him she would prepare lunch for him and bring it to the office around noon. Today, the beautiful doctor had no appointments, so she wanted to pamper her husband.
With a happy heart, Meinny walked into the kitchen to start cooking, as it was already 10:30 AM. She had about an hour to prepare Jay’s lunch. She would clean herself up afterward and then head to her husband’s office.
Upon entering the kitchen, she opened the fridge and saw the leftover ingredients. Her eyes brightened when she saw the white rice that had been cooked the night before.
"Jay’s favorite fried rice, that’s what I’ll make," she murmured to herself.
She gathered the ingredients and quickly diced the chicken fillet and chopped garlic and shallots. After preparing everything, she heated a little oil in the pan, and the smell of sautéing onions quickly filled the kitchen. Soon, she added the chicken and stirred until it turned golden brown.
Once the chicken was cooked, she added mixed vegetables like carrots, peas, and corn to add some color to the dish.
Once the vegetables softened, she added the rice and stirred everything together. Then, she added sweet soy sauce and a little chili sauce. The delicious aroma filled the kitchen, and she couldn’t wait to taste it.
"It needs to be perfect," she said to herself as she tasted a bit. Once satisfied, she moved on to frying an egg in a separate pan. The egg turned a golden yellow, looking perfect to her.
After the fried rice was done, she carefully transferred it into a lunchbox. She placed the fried egg on top, added cucumber slices, and placed some crackers on the side. Proud of her work, she also made melon juice and some desserts to complement the meal.
Once finished, Meinny went back to their bedroom to clean herself up. She wanted to look neat and clean for her handsome husband. Afterward, she went downstairs and called Pak Boh to take her to Jay’s office, carrying the lunch she had prepared.

Arriving Jay's Office 
When Meinny arrived at Jay's office, she walked to his private office.
CEO's Private Room
She knocked on the door and entered, placing the lunchbox on the round glass table.
"Hi, hubby!" Meinny greeted cheerfully.
"Hmm..." Jay replied distractedly, still busy with his paperwork and not looking at her.
Hearing this, Meinny immediately pouted, her lips sticking out as she looked at Jay, who seemed indifferent. Her once bright smile vanished as she felt disappointed by his response.
"Come eat, hubby," Meinny said, sitting on the sofa.
But Jay ignored her, and Meinny stood up from the sofa, grabbed her bag, and decided to return home since Jay hadn’t responded.
"I’ll go home now. Don’t forget to eat," Meinny said flatly, turning to leave.
Jay, realizing his mistake, cursed himself inwardly.
"Baby... why are you leaving so soon?" Jay asked, stopping his work.
"You seemed busy, so I thought I’d go home and not disturb you," Meinny answered.
"Wait, baby," Jay’s deep voice stopped her.
She turned around and saw Jay smiling at her from his chair. "Come here," he said sweetly.
Seeing that Meinny hesitated to move, Jay repeated himself.
"Come here, darling," he gestured, smiling.
Meinny sighed softly and walked toward him. Jay smiled and turned his chair to face her. He gently held her smooth hand and lifted her face, which was still downcast.
"Why the sad face, baby?" Jay asked.
"I'm not sad," Meinny replied softly.
"Then why is your lip pouting like this?"
"You ignored me earlier. I thought I was disturbing your work," Meinny replied, lowering her head again.
Jay pulled Meinny to sit on his lap. "Baby, I didn’t ignore you. I was just focusing on the files Mark just gave me," he explained gently.
Meinny stayed silent, still pouting.
"Okay. I’m sorry for making you feel sad. Come on, baby, you look ugly when you pout like that," Jay teased, pinching her cheek.
"So, I’m ugly?" Meinny said, getting more upset and trying to stand from his lap. But before she could, Jay immediately hugged her tightly.
"Sorry. Sorry, baby. I shouldn’t have said that. You’re beautiful. Really beautiful," Jay teased.
The corners of Meinny’s lips curved into a small smile upon hearing Jay’s compliment.
Jay immediately kissed her lips. "You look even more beautiful when you smile, baby," he said.
"Alright. Let’s eat now. I made lunch for you," Meinny said, trying to calm her racing heart. If this kept up, her heart would explode from how fast it was beating.
They enjoyed the lunch together, filled with laughter and joy in the office.
Once they finished eating, Jay went back to his
work, and Meinny sat on the sofa, reading a novel on her phone, feeling calm.
An hour later, feeling bored, Meinny stopped reading and glanced at her husband, who was still working. She stood up from the sofa and walked over to him, gently tapping his broad shoulder.
"What's wrong, baby?" Jay asked, looking into his wife’s tired eyes.
"How much longer?" she asked softly.
"I think it will still take a little longer. There are still a lot of files to go through," Jay replied gently, holding her hand and caressing it.
"Could I get a hug?" Meinny whispered.
Jay smiled and adjusted his chair, making space for her to sit comfortably on his lap. Meinny climbed onto his lap and hugged him tightly, closing her eyes.
Jay returned her hug, holding her tightly. After a few minutes, he resumed his work, occasionally kissing her forehead.
Fifteen minutes later, Jay felt the steady rhythm of his wife’s breath on his chest. Looking down, he saw that Meinny had fallen asleep in his arms. He gently kissed her lips and carried her to his private bedroom in the office, a room he used to rest in during late work hours.
Jay placed Meinny gently on the bed, covered her with a brown blanket, and kissed her forehead before quietly stepping out of the room to finish his work.
