I was in a good mood the next day. I still can't believe that I kissed him. as in THE Nicolas
"You look happy!"
I turned around and saw Caleb with a lily in his hand, smiling at me.
"Hi" I responded as I took the flower from him. "Thanks."
"So... you're going to act with your boyfriend now." Somehow, I feel like there's something more that he means. boyfriend huh. I wish
"Yeah... I guess." He chuckled. "I'll get going now."
I waved him goodbye and we went to different classes. At lunch, Bella was shocked when I told her that I had kissed him yesterday. She almost didn't believe me.
"Ohmygod! I think he finally likes you." Bella exclaimed happily. "I hope so."
I noticed Nicolas sitting at his regular place with his earphones on. "I'll be right back."
I grabbed my bag and walked towards Nicolas. Bella just chuckled and told me don't come back at all. Funny. As I walk towards him, I notice some people staring at me. Why? He didn't even notice me. I took a seat in front of him, and he was startled.
"Why are you here?" Here we go again. "Last time I checked, we're friends now."
"That's just your imagination." He said, unimpressed.
"Why are you so annoying?"
"Why are you?"
He seriously is annoying. Why can't he be the sweet and cute Nicolas? Ugh
"Can I kiss you then?" I said, staring at him. And yes, I mean it. He stared at me weirdly. "Go away, Rosa." I rolled my eyes as he kept on ignoring me.
"Fine. Be that way. Don't talk to me ever again. Don't even text or call me." I seriously didn't mean it I was just testing him. He just nodded in response. I seriously thought he would be kinder after yesterday.
Every time we make eye contact, I'll pretend to roll my eyes at him. I'll pretend like I didn't even see him. I will pretend to hate him. He doesn't want to talk to me, huh? Screw him. I ignored his existence every time he was near. Wow, I never really thought that I could do this.
I noticed he was eyeing me weirdly. Well, curse him. That's what he gets for being annoying. At practice, I pretend to ignore him as well. Even Miss J noticed.
"What's going on between you two?"
"It's her fault." Nicolas said. Oh really now?
"At least show some passion when you're on stage."
She was annoyed. I nodded. When we were on stage, I only talked to him as Laura. As for my character. But I acted as if I was not interested at all. I act as if I don't remember my dialogue at all. He's even confused with me.
"Mr. Flynn! Be serious."
Miss J warned him. Wow, I thought I was supposed to be her victim to be mad at. That's odd. She even told us that practise would only be on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. because she said we all looked tired. Well, yes indeed. Today is Thursday, and wow. I didn't notice that...
"Try to fix your problems."
She said to me and Nicolas. Huh. She told us that the practise is doing well so far. and thanked us for coming. After that, she dismissed us. I was tired of Nicolas being absolutely annoying. I don't even know if I could be patient with him and his stupid behavior. To be honest, He made me want to cry. But lucky him, I still like him.
"See you tomorrow, everyone!"
Miss J, said as she walked outside the auditorium. We all said goodbye to her and went home. Mom was going to pick me up. She told me so because she felt guilty about yesterday and the other two days being busy.
"Bye Rose! See you tomorrow."
I heard someone say, but I'm not sure who it is. I just smiled and bid my goodbye, although I didn't know who said it. Most of them started walking to the school entrance. I called my mom. I tried to call her four times but it went straight to voice mail. Seriously? If she keeps doing this, I don't know if I could even stand her. I was indeed annoyed. Why is this happening to me now?
I heard someone coughing behind me. It was Nicolas. I was annoyed, and I'm not in the mood for his annoying comments. I ignored him and walked to the school entrance. That's when I noticed my mom's car parked outside the school. Thank you, God! I walk to her car and get in.
"I'm so sorry! My phone died. Please don't be mad, Rose." She apologized. "It's fine, mom. You're here, so don't worry."
At last, we arrived at home. I told my mom I was going to take a shower, and she told me to come down when it was dinner time. I said okay.
"Rose! Dinner is ready."
I charge my phone and walk downstairs. The same old dinner. Dad was nowhere in sight. It was just me and my mom. The dinner was fine. I told her I was going to bed, and she said goodnight. When I reached my room, I was indeed tired. It was actually a tiring day. I was about to close my eyes when my phone rang. I groaned. Who the heck is calling me right now? When I looked at the caller ID, I saw it was Nicolas who called me. Maybe I should ignore him? Serve him for being annoying.
He called again.
And again.
Why does he like to bother me while sleeping? I was irritated. I answered his call.
:What do you want?
I am not in the mood, although he's cute. Ugh
:Why are you mad?
I heard him chuckle. I sigh and end the call. I just need some rest. He called again. I turn my phone mode into vibrate. He just has to annoy me. I received a new text. I decided to read it, and it was from Nicolas.
:Answer your phone. I wanted to tell you something. Stop being so annoying.
I sighs. He called again, and I answered.
:What?
:Sorry.
I was confused. What the hell is he sorry for?
:It's annoying when you ignore me.
That made me smile.
:I don't know what you're talking about.
I chuckled to myself. He sighs
:Never mind. Bye
Then he hung up. Unbelievable!
