VANESSA'S POV 
 It's been three months already and work have been fine so far, I'm saving up for a car and this months payment would definitely get it, Logan offered to get me one but I declined. 
  School have been alright as well I and Mily have tried everyday to combine our classes with work but worst of all, our shifts were now during the morning hours so that's meant we had to sacrifice our morning classes any day we had it.
Emily's nemesis at work grew to dislike me as well don't know why though, and my friend Kim became friends with Emily as well.
 One last thing Emily got an admirer a British guy named Scott who works at the spa section,  he's so sweet especially his accent but Emily doesn't give a fuck about him and recently I began noticing Logan's behavior around Emily it's seems a bit off but it maybe I'm overthinking things.
"Earth to Kim" I heard Emily say which brought me back from wherever I was and it seemed Kim was lost as well not in thoughts but in someone
"Caught you staring at that hottie over there Emily said and look to the direction which made me turned, it was a Korean guy who was ordering takeouts in the cafe where we ate launch I turned around again and caught Kim smiling deeply 
"He's so gorgeous" Kim said grinning
"Aren't you gonna go talk to him" Emily asked again 
"No way I'm not meant for the stuff like that,who knowsI might be turned down" Kim complained
"Of cause cause you won't be, just use Korean when speaking with him since basically he's from there it might be a lot easier" Emily suggested which made me turn around again to look closely at the guy
"Wait a sec Mily, isn't that guy familiar from your department"I guessed
"That's actually true I've seen him a few  times" Emily agreed
"Really?" Kim showed a surprise excitement
"We could hook you up with him if you don't mind" i suggested
"Of cause I don't" she beamed with smiles and we went back to our lunch cause it was almost break over for us.
"EMILY WAKE UP" I yelled for the third time before she started blinking
"Yeah what's it?" She replied half asleep
"Are you serious we almost late for work and you're still sleepy?" Immediately I said that she sprang out of bed 
"Seriously? How many minutes" she asked with wide eyes before hurriedly entering the bathroom
"Just 10 minutes and I ain't getting fired cause of you so be super fast in there" 
"Obviously" she yelled and I heard the shower turn on
"You're going to talk to you that's Korean guy for Kim this afternoon in school right" I asked as we got to the gate of 'Beauty and Elegance'
"Well I'll try, but why do I have to do the talking you know I ain't great at talking with guys"
"Don't have classes this afternoon"
"Lucky you then" Emily said
"Nope I ain't lucky as you think, I missed the morning classes so I'll have to swing by to get the material of whatever they learnt"
"Oh okay, meaning you'll be in school afterall, you might just follow me to my department to talk to the guy, then return to your own business afterwards, doesn't it sound fair?" Emily suggested and asked 
"Guess I'll follow you then, after work we need to get going" I said
"Yea right, see you then" She said and we departed 
"Logan hi, how've you been, we haven't talked in a while" I told him over the phone
"Yea, I've been tied up with school activities, how's work so far?" 
"Been alright i guess,we're on morning shifts now"
"Oh that answers why your answering your phone now cuz I know you don't answer your phone at work" he said and it made me laugh 
"So you're in school?" he asked
"I'm kind of leaving now, didn't have afternoon classes, just came to get something done" 
"Oh okay could we hang out, it's been a while, I'll come pick you up where you are, just direct me" he asked and I gave him my location, few minutes later I saw his car pulling over and my moved to that direction and got in, we exchange pleasantries again
"Where's Emily, I forgot asking"he asked
"Oh she had class so she's still in school, could you please make a stop at the mall over there I need to get something" I pointed to the building 
"Okay, but I'm coming with you though"
"No don't, I'm fine by myself" I politely rejected
"But I insist"she persuaded 
"No, I'm going in to get something private"
"Like tampons?" he asked and laugh 
"Why are you making it sound bad" I said and laughed a bit 
"But no that's not what I'm getting" I said and hurriedly left the car before he could comment something else
I went inside and got a hand basket which I used for what I wanted, though I denied going to get tampons but I'm actually gonna get it cause it was part of what I listed to buy and some other things like toiletries, my body lotion and some fruits which we need at home and yeah coffee as well, we are out of coffee
I noticed a guy staring at me as I bought the fruit, it was bit weird cause he followed me to every fruit stall I approached, then I saw him coming my direction 
"Hi" he greeted and in other not to look rude I replied him
"Hi?" 
" I can see I'm not the only one who likes loquat"
"Of cause it can't be just you, they're over billions of people worldwide who for some reason like Loquat" i replied him
"Like you right, i found a mate" The guy said 
"Nope, you're kinda wrong there, i don't like it, just got it for my friend" 
"Ouch that hurts and I thought I found a mate"  he said and dramatically touched his heart 
"Sorry stranger but I need to get going, my friend's waiting" 
"It's David" he said and I stared at him weirdly 
"My name" he clarified
"Okay I'll keep that in mind I said and proceeded to leave
"Can I have your number"he asked again
"Sorry but I can't, sorry again" I said and left immediately to get the rest of the things I wanted.
 I was at the counter about paying for my stuff when I saw Logan coming out of the car, I panic a bit cause I thought maybe he may try to come in and pay for me cause he saw me here,but I was surprised he wasn't, he just leaned on the car and typed away on his phone
"Your credit card miss" The said which brought me back from whatever thought i was having 
"Oh sorry" I said and handed it over to her, she swipes it and give it back, bagged my stuff and handed it over
"What took you time, i got tired waiting inside so i got out to stretch out a bit" Logan explained immediately he saw me approaching him
"Well i got stalled but some guy, he was tryna flirt with me i think"I explained
"This sound interesting" Logan said and laughed
"I didn't give him the chance though, he asked for my number which i refused giving" I explained further
"Tell me everything, i love stories" Logan said and fired the car engine.
