Back at the Orphanage, Mother superior has made us read books at the Orphanage's library almost every two nights a week, between those time, we happen to read books regarding the age grade of the book. When I reached the age of thirteen, that was when I got myself introduced to my now favorite writer and friend, his works are mostly about something Mother superior won't tolerate from any of us in the Orphanage, but now I have realized that I didn't start keeping secrets now, it all began back at the Orphanage.
I go to the library more consistent than the other kids, I have a book in there that I was willing to read every single hour or even minutes of the day, I became addicted to William Shakespeare's books that even after I turned fourteen and have finished his book in the library, I began rereading them again, loving the feeling it gives me, the curiosity it brings, the taste of the book different from the others inside of the library, I never knew that I was indulging in a secret acts until now that I have learnt more on what secrets really are, something you don't want others to know about, not even your best friends.
“ Williams.... I want my surname to be Williams....”, I said to him, seating at the back seat while David sat by his side, I can see the heavy face on David's expression but he couldn't say anything about it, looks like he too understands how tough the decision was for his Dad.
“ Are you sure that's what you want?....”, Uncle Dale asked me, looking at me through the mirror above his head at the front center of the vehicle, I kept my eye contact with him through the mirror.
“ I have known the name for a long time now, much like I have known the bearer of the name more closely than it felt, I have loved reading William Shakespeare's books right from the time I was at the Orphanage, if I can't get to answer your name, then I believe I should go by the name of my long time Author whom I accept more like a friend, Williams.... William Shakespeare ”.
“ Williams?.... I think I like it too, great choice from you boy, not just because of the name you picked, but your reason for picking it deserve to be respected, Jones Williams, sounds more like you ”. He said, eyes now on the road, no longer looking at me through the front mirror. David turned around and looked at me, his move catching my attention.
“ Great pick bro, you sure have the mind for something great....”, he smiled at me, the smile didn't reach his eyes, not that he was faking it, but more like he was in pain that I never got to gain the same surname as him, something that doesn't make us officially brothers.
It wasn't that hard settling down with the new faces, at first I was a bit shy after the registration was done, Uncle Dale had to lie again to keep me under protection, saying that I was his nephew and he was my guardian. 
Lies lead to more lies, Mother superior told us that, she informed us that we should avoid lies that they will do us no good, but from what I have been seeing here, those lies have been paving the way for me and my presence is the catalyst dragging Uncle Dale into it, I just hope God forgives him after all this.
The kids around were nice, I was registered at the same grade with David, 12th grade. Back in the Orphanage, I was still in the 11th grade before running away with Mr Caleb, but Uncle Dale made up his mind to make me seat around David, not that he forced me into it, instead, he wants us to be more closer to each other, if not for the surname difference, he might definitely like us to be seen as twins, I am saying based from my own perspective.
David never told me that his three friends were also attending the same school with him, they're actually now my friends too, but I can't just fit myself into that, best I still describe them as David's friend until the time feels right to call them my friend too. They seems to be the Stars in the school, much like influencers, they're well respected and most of the students are trying to get close to them, that made the difference for me too, the other students wanted to also get along with me, despite me being a new student, probably because of the influence they are shown, seeing that I hang out with David and his friends, they also made the effort to be close to me, they were pretty nice than the bullies who were filled in my previous school, they made us go through pain and miseries because we were orphans.
“ Hey Jones.... ”, I heard my name behind me when I was heading into the music class, I have been shown few things already and I learn quite fast. This is my third day in the school, and from the voice that called my name, I never knew she's also the student of this school. I'm actually not meant to see everyone at the same time or actually, at a particular given time, but her, she's quite a known figure to be seen if she was a student here.
“ I have been watching you all this while... You didn't even seek to find me, you have seen me few times already and still act like I wasn't there....”, she said to me, putting on a pitiful face with both of her hands in front of her holding her School bag.
“ I never knew you are a student here, I never saw you, not that I was even expecting to....”, I let her know it was a total surprise to me too. I saw her group of friends coming closer from behind her, knowing that the conversation is already over.
“ I guess I have to go into class now, see you.........”, she shut my mouth with a kiss and then smiled before walking away with her friends, I touched my lips and looked up, all the students around was now looking at me, Oh my God.... I guess this is no longer a secret of mine.
