"Goodmorning, Prisha"
It was six in the morning and I woke up due to a phone call from an unknown number
"Who is this?" I asked
"This Mrs. Reyes, I'm using my son's phone because mine was lost"
I felt relief when I heard that it was Mrs. Reyes after all, I wonder why she called me at this time
"I have an amazing news for you" she said
I got excited but also nervous with what her news will be, I wish it doesn't involve going away from my mom or Lila and Ian
"What is it?" I asked in a very nervous voice
"You know Leysian right?"
Leysian is one of the best fashion store worldwide and I've always wanted to buy bags there, we just can't afford it
"The brand right?" I clarified
"Yes and they called me yesterday that they want you to be their model, I didn't tell you that yesterday because you must be sleeping that time and I don't wanna disturb you" she said
I don't know what and how to feel, both excitement, joy, and nervous are all jumbled and I just don't know what to do
I can't believe that this is happening to me, literally this is a dream come true
"Oh my god, is this for real?"
"You deserve it, Prisha, congratulations"
After that, Mrs. Reyes ended the call because she said that she was really busy and just called me so that I'll be informed
I don't know what to say, I'm slowly reaching my dream and what's better is, my bestfriend is here to witness it

Hours after, Christopher went inside my room and caught me smiling
"I'm gonna be a model in Leysian!"
In my surprise, I hugged Christopher so tight and that did creep him out because who would think that I'll hug him you know?
"Oh my god, congratulations Prisha, you did so well" he said
Christopher saw everything that happened in my life, he was with me even before and now that I am a model
He came with me to rehearsals when mom can't because Ms. Salvo needed her more than I do

"Double time ladies, tomorrow is your fashion show"
It was the day before our fashion show so our trainer was really pressured and a little grumpy
"Pia, what are you doing?" our trainer asked madly when one of my co-models were eating chocolates
"This is not good for you, you need to stay fit!"
"I did not have anything for breakfast, I'm sorry sir" Pia replied
The trainer was really mad at her and almost slap her face
"Models do not eat, models should be fit! You need to starve for beauty, you need to be skinny to be pretty" he said
And that was when I've had it
I was so mad that I stood up for Pia and all the girls, this isn't good anymore
"So are you shaming fat people? Are you fat shaming?"
"What, who are you?" he asked
He was the new trainer so he does not actually know everyone here and he does not know me either
"I'm Prisha and what you said earlier was a lie. You don't need to be skinny to be pretty and you don't need to suffer for beauty. Being confident and loving yoirself is enough to be pretty, sir. We are aware that as models, we should have diets and we need to control the food we eat but we don't have to starve. Sometimes, those who says that, are the one's who are truly ugly"
I felt relief after I said that, I finally let out the madness inside me
"That is indeed true, trainers should have the same mindset as you Prisha"
My heary beated fast in nervousness when I heard Mrs. Reyes come inside
"Don't pressure yourselves ladies, just do your best tomorrow, see you" she then gave us an early dismissal
"Wow, my daugther is so brave"
I went outside since we are dismissed early and then there I saw Christopher who is waiting for me so he can tease me
"Shut up" I rolled my eyes and passed him my bag so he can carry it
We went home in a taxi cab and he still didn't stop on teasing me
It went over and over until we arrived at Ms. Salvo's place and that was when I had it
I hit his arm and he whined like a baby
"Ouch" he said
I saw his arm and realized that he has bruises, I got worried
"What's that?" I asked
He hid his hand by lowering his jacket, he was definitely hiding something
"Hey, hey are you okay?" I asked nicely
He laughed at me and pat my head, "Are you worried?"
"No, not at all"
After that, I went to my room and locked myself there
Why am I suddenly having feelings for him?

It was the day of our Photo shoot for Leysian's new clothes
"Hi, how are you?" I asked nicely
Hours later, we started to shoot and I started to pose
I got nervous and shy at first but again, this is my opportunity so I have to do my best
After shooting, they offered me to eat lunch with them so I totally agreed since they were really nice to me
"Do you want to be our permanent model?" the manager asked
That was a great opportunity for me so I had no choice but to say yes, it's a yes!
Starting that day, I became the world's Ms. Prisha
