"Will I be destined for you?"
[ Note : This is Christopher's POV ]
As we arrived to her room, something unexpected and unbelievable was what we saw
Was it another dimension?
What place will we be going if we go inside?
Is there something in there that can help us show each other's feelings?
"Prisha" both Leon and I shouted her name as she was sent to the portal that was made by her mirror
We looked at each other as Prisha was totally swallowed inside the other world
Leon nodded and grabbed my hand bringing me with him inside the portal
After crossing the mirror, we fell into a very familiar road
We fell down deep but not that deep that we are gonna die
"Are both of you fine?" I asked them
They nodded and Leon holds Prisha's hand, looking so worried
"What could be the reason why we're here now?" Prisha asked
I had no idea with what was happening and I can't ask Johnson because I think in this time, I am Johnson
"Let's look around to have clues, bring her with you Leon" I said
They both agreed and there I started to go east and look for clues and maybe I can see what happened from the past, face to face
Going east, I saw a lot of people at a market with a lot of stalls
Fishes, vegetables, fruits, and almost everything were being sold there
"I'm so sorry"
As I was walking near the board walk, a girl not so far from my age bumped into me
She was wearing a vintage dress and a bandana that suits her very well
She was also bringing fruits and vegetables and they all fell when she bumped into me
Instead of scolding her for not looking on where she was going, I helped her pick the fruits and vegetables up
"I am really sorry sir, I was really in a hurry-----"
"What's your name?" I asked
She stopped on picking the fruits and vegetables up and looked at me in the eyes
After that, she looked down again while her cheeks were filled with a reddish color
"Cassidy" she smiled, still looking down and slowly picking up the fruits
I wanted to have an eye contact with her but she keeps on avoiding it, I don't know why
"Why do you keep avoiding my eyes?" I asked
"Why do you keep on looking at me?" she replied
She's one of a kind, she's courageous
I kept on smiling while looking at her goddess-liked face
"Where do you live?" I asked
She was done picking the fruits and vegetables up so I assited her while standing up
She showed me where she live and I brought her there to look at it closer
"I live alone, my parents have died already and I have no other relatives, I only have myself" she explained
We talked for hours and hours until I finally saw Leon and Prisha going to the board walk to check on me
"Nice meeting you, Cassidy, see you when I do" I gave her a smile and she waved at me
At that moment, I realized that I saw that scene in my dream once
Her face is really familiar because besides Prisha, I often dream about her being with me too
That was also a clue
"So?" I asked them
"We saw a lot of things and we saw how you did everything just for us, thank you" Leon said
I said it was nothing and explained the girl I met earlier and how she also appears in my dreams
Turns out that Leon knows her from the present and remember her from the past
Cassidy was actually Leonard's batch mate when going to his field but sadly she did not went to college due to puberty and because no one can provide her anymore
She is Naia in the present, she's actually one of the model of Reyes Modeling Agency in their branch in Italy
I soon found out that Cassidy and I actually dated before I found out that I was arranged to marry Prisha and I actually loved her so much
We stayed in that time for days but we never lost hope
I always go to Cassidy's place to go on dates with her abd talk to her more
She's getting more attractive and charming everyday, I'm falling deeper everytime I see her
"John"
I went to her place again and she calls me everytime she sees me
"Hey, how are you?" I gave her a hug
We often go out everyday but today feels very odd and very strange
We went to a big garden near a lake and saw how beautiful and enchanted it was
That was the first time I appreciated nature so much
"John, did you really love me?" she asked all of a sudden
We were just sitting down a rock near the mountain and the lake on the other side while enjoying the view
"I didn't because I still do" I cupped her face and kissed her forehead
She placed her hand on top of mine and hold it really tight
Her hand is really soft and smooth which makes me don't wanna let go of it forever
"I love you too, John"
She slept while leaning on me, I didn't even tend to move for her to stay asleep because she looks very sleep
I noticed something odd while holding her soft and smooth hand
It was cold, so cold
When I check her pulse, it was not beating anymore and she was breathing no more either
"Cassidy, wake up Cass" I tried waking her up
I cried when I see that there was no more hope and she was really dead
I saw a paper on her shirt's pocket so I took it and read it
'Dear Johnson,
  Hi Johnson, I'm Cassidy please do remember me. I'm sorry to say goodbye so soon but I don't want to lose you either. Yesterday, an old woman came to my house and threatened me that if I still keep on seeing you, I may have to lose you. I didn't kill myself because I don't wanna see you with someone else but I was thinking about how you'll keep on looking for me. I love you and please don't try to blame yourself from what happened because if there is someone to be blamed, it is me. We may not be destined to be together in this life but in another life, I will be yours and you will always be mine.'
A tear fell from my eyes down to my cheeks while reading the message
There I remember my mom, she killed my Cassidy
So this is how it feels like to lose someone you really love huh?
I love you Cassidy, I will find you
[ Note : This is Leon's POV ]
"Prisha" I shouted
I took Christopher with me and lowered my pride so we can find where Prisha is going
"Let's go west, Leo" said Prisha
We went west and there, the small market that appeared in my dreams was what we went to
I saw how amazed Prisha was when she saw this, I knew she dreamt of this too
"Go after them"
And then there the scene began
"Run love, run like how you ran that day"
We ran from miles after miles and finally went out of that abandoned market
We arrived at the next scene where they almost had us and there I kissed Prisha
"Sir---"
"Oh I'm sorry, they're not here lad!" the man shouted
I smiled at Prisha while she gave me an annoyed face and she rolled her eyes at me
"I get what's happening now"
"We are sent here to understand more about what really happened to our past lives and we are not gonna change it or it will affect the future" I explained to her
We went where we left Christopher and there we saw him with the love of his life who died years before he and Kristina got married
I explained to him of what is happening to our lives here and told him that we shouldn't change the history to not affect the future
He agreed and kept on going out with Cassidy, so I let him
Prisha and I were just chilling out and did the things we remember that we did from before
We were also looking for a way to get out of here
"I found a way" I told Prisha
The only way for us to get out of here is to on the last place we went before one of us died and that will be me since I died first
We waited on the board walk, like we always do, for Christopher to finish his date with Cassidy when he arrived crying
I understand what happened and gave him a bro hug to give him a little comfort from what happened because, well, losing someone hurts so much
"Let's go?" I said after explaining everything to both of them
We went to that place where I died and there, we saw something that surprised the three of us
"Smart thinking, Leon"
