"Getting to know his parents"

"Babe"
I opened the door and saw Leo, whining like a baby outside my room
"Finally" he said happily
I gave him a warm hug for him to stop on crying and to start on being happy again
"I'm sorry for doing that" I apologized
He didn't listen and kept on hugging me like he hasn't seen and touched me for like forever
Weeks has passed and I've started to move on from what happened to my mom and all those sad moments in my life
Leo and I were starting to travel around Paris and talk about stuffs
I soon found out that he was also dreaming about Leonard, his past life person
It looks like he was also on his way to find me and that he liked me even the first time we met each other
I will be meeting his parents tomorrow and I'm really nervous because I don't know if they like me or not
"I'm sure they will be fine, they even agreed that I stayed with you for almost a month" he said to calm me down
He placed his hand on top of mine and hold it tight to give me hope
"I love you" he said
I leaned on his shoulder and wrapped my hand around his arms
"I love you too" I replied
Morning came and I became more nervous knowing that his parents rented a whole entire restaurant so we can eat there at peace and we can talk about some serious stuffs
"Shall we go?" he asked
I was really worried about what will happen later and of what they'll think of me
I'm a no one and Leo deserves the world
"Don't get too nervous baby, it's just my parents. After all, they will just tell me if they like you or not and that's enough, I'd still choose to love you" said Leo
"I would still choose you over anyone and stop repeating history, don't you worry baby okay?" he cupped my face and pouted
I nodded and gave him a kiss on the lips
We were on the way to the restaurant and whenever I see how many kilometers are left before we arrive there
I rubbed my hands to keep them warm because it's almost as cold as ice
Leo noticed my hands shaking and the way I rub them together so he holds my hand and never let go of it until we arrived at the restaurant
"Don't get nervous, I'm here"
We arrived at the restaurant and I can see his parents sitting down
"I love you" he kissed my forehead
We went in the restaurant and what I saw surprised and shocked me
I saw his parents's face and noticed something very familiar
"Mr and Mrs Reyes?" I asked
They were not shocked but I can tell that they werr very happy to see me
"Hi hija, we heard a lot about you from our beloved son" said mrs. Reyes
"So you know?" I asked Leo
He nodded and smiled at me while I felt like being betrayed
There we talk casually and it was my first time feeling awkward between Mr. and Mrs. Reyes, I usually talk to them like my own parents
"I heard about what happened to your mom hija, I hope you're doing fine now" Mrs. Reyes said
I smiled at her, nodding
Mrs. Reyes is like a second mother to me, they're actually close with my mom and she sometimes call her, her komare or gossip buddy
They are bestfriends indeed and Mrs. Reyes is really kind to both me and my mom
"I'm actually doing fine now, moved on a little bit and I'm trying to live another chapter of my life"
"If you want hija, you can stay with us since Leo is always alone there" Mr. Reyes said
"No, it's actually fine, I am fine being alone sometimes though, no worries" I replied
I'm shy living with them and accepting their offer too
I'm fine with Leo staying with me like once or twice a week
"We actually want you to live there too hija, for you two to practice what being a married couple is before you and Ethan get married too"
Leo almost died when he heard what Mrs. Reyes said
"Mom, I told you that we're talking it slow and steady, I also told you to not call me Ethan"
"Why not? I named you Ethan so I should call you that" Mrs. Reyes replied
I laughed at them as they were arguing about the names that they gave Leo
"You named me Leo too mom"
"No no, your Dad named you Leo and that was because Leonardo Dicarpio is his all time favorite, he even cried watching the Titanic"
"I was yawning"
This family may be small but they can get a little crazy and that's what make them perfect
Starting that day, I often go to Mr and Mrs Reyes's house and sometimes sleep there for a week or two
They told me to stop calling them Mr and Mrs Reyes too and instead I call them mom and dad
This was the first time that I've ever been this happy since mom died
Speaking of mom, I actually visited her twice a week and tell her about how my modeling life is going
Leysian's also gave me a big break and I ranked 1 of the most beautiful and famous model here in France
My modeling career is slowly taking off and my name is getting known too
Life has been great actually and it's all thanks to my boyfriend Leon
Ethan Merrick Leon Reyes, 20 years of age, cute, handsome, and mine
Leon and I have been dating for eight months and we finally confirmed it ti public and that new went trending all of the world
Mom and Dad's modeling company also became more successful and had branches all over the world
They even agreed to my suggestion to give free scholarship to teens that needs help on their college bills
Leon and I arrived at my house when we notice a tall man waiting outside my house
He looked familiar but I can't really tell because it was dark
