What was the most unexpected thing that happened to your life?

Losing someone you love is the most unexpected thing that happens to most of us and it is yet the most painful pain we have to go through
We must value those moments that we have with them and appreciate them before it's too late
Now let me ask you, have you appreciated someone and made them feel special?

"DOC!"
I woke up in my mom's lap as I slept due to panic
"What happened here?" Leo arrived with a lot of fruits and foods
He saw mom's situation and immediately ran to the nurses station to call for help
"Excuse me ma'am" one of the nurse said
I was too stunned to move so I just let them get mom, I'm sure they'll do something
"Hey are you okay?"
I was not in the mood or did not like the idea of talking that time
I was not able to reply to his concern but luckily he understand
I waited and waited for hours, hoping that my mom would wake up and be okay
I felt like I haven't talk to her since forever, it felt like forever
I felt so alone and lile the whole world looked back at me
Why is the world so cruel?
I went outside to get some fresh air and be calm for once
"Why are you doing this to me, mom?" I cried
Out of madness, I pulled my hair and only rhink about hatred
"I'm all alone again"
I was crying really hard and was thinking of giving up when someone tapped my back
It was actually very comforting and once, I felt that someone was really there for me than my mom
"I am here"
He started to give me a back hug and started to give me neck kisses
"Stop" I said
His kisses were tickling my neck that's why I couldn't to laugh
"Don't be sad anymore, I'll get sad too, like this"
He stopped on hugging me and started to show me how his 'sad look' looks like
"Look oh, I'm sad" he pouted
I admit that he looked very cute while he did that, he looked like a big baby
We spend the next hours outside, he did everything to avoid me from being disappointed and from worrying
"After all this, I'm gonna introduce you to my parents"
At a moment, I felt how sincere Leo was that he is ready to introduce me to his mom anytime
"Both you and your mom will meet her just fine okay?" he pat my head
No one took care of me like Leo, he was one of a kind
He's not just any boy who wants to go in a relationship for fun, he's a man, a man who's always ready to fight for you
"Does this mean we're together?" I asked
He leaned on the railings with both his hands resting on it then he gave me a pout
"Why, don't you want to be my girlfriend then?"
I can't take his cuteness, it's overloading
"Whoever told you that will be dead trice" I replied
He then stopped leaning on the railings and stood up straight
He looked at me, straightly in the eyes and started to act dead
"Silly" I rolled my eyes
He never failed to make me laugh, he's the best

"Ouch"
I was on my way home when a boy in a bike ran over my feet and it hurts so badly
"Are you okay, Kei?"
Luckily, Leonard arrive looking so worried to see me
"My foot hurts because a boy ran over it using his bike and now the pain is scattered all over my leg" I said while holding my leg, trying to massage it
He carried me out the street and then brought me to the school's clinic
"You'll be fine here, I'll wait outside" said Leonard
I gave him a smile and nodded my head as he went outside to wait for me
Never in my life I've ever fallen for someone this deep and great
Leonard is a gentleman, he's not like other men who thinks about having lots of attention from women
"Your foot is fine sweetie, it'll just hurt today and you'll be fine tomorrow" the nurse said
She also gave me a pain reliever to apply it on my foot every four hours
"Can you walk?"
My check up was done and Leonard went in the clinic, asking me if I am fine and if I can manage to do some things
I told him that I could not manage to walk nor stand because of this st*pid foot
He squatted infront of me then stopped and that made me confused
"What?" I asked
"Go on, I'll carry you"
I hesitated to ride on his back because I weight more than a sack of rice
"Come on, you can't be that heavy" he teased
I rolled my eyes out of pissed and accepted his back ride offer
I saw how he put so much effort for me to go home safely
While we were on the way home, I noticed how sincere he was to his feelings for me
I was just riding on his back but I can somewhat feel how he loves me and how he prooved his love for me
Nothing is actually wrong, what could go wrong exactly?
He was always there when I need a crying shoulder and all I did was to make him wet

I was alone again, still waiting for mom to wake up when Leo called me
"Guess"
He covered my eyes using his hands and told me to guess who he is
I ain't that d*mb to not know that it's him so I played along with his little fun game
"Is it the president?" I asked sarcastically
"No, someone more important?"
"The King? A part of the royal family? A donkey who can talk?"
I could not see a thing but I can feel how annoyed he was and clearly I won the game
"Okau fine, you win" he sighed
I pat his head and gave gim a little kiss on the cheeks to make him feel alive
He gave me a smile after I kissed him, it was a rare smile
"Thanks for being with me, Leo" I smiled
"I was there before and I will be here now"
