"Excuse me, which way is the cafeteria?" A Fallon University student asked me.
"Just enter that hallway then turn left and you'll see a double door at the end of it" I answered while pointing out the right direction, the two thanked me before heading towards the direction I said.
Okay, now we're all separated. I don't even know where did the others ran up to, even Ace was out of my sight today.
I walked over the stall that our class built and sat on the front desk near the cashier, mind my manners but I need to take a break now.
"Now what would you like, first Lady Belfour?" James joked.
"Just one tray of cookies and a chocolate shake please" I jumped down the desk and handed him my card.
"Seems like you lost sight of your boyfriend" Louanne said.
"Here ya go. I think I saw Mikayla with some group of girls passing by earlier, so I think you should check it out just in case she's up to somthing" James said after handing me my card back.
"Sure, thanks" I grinned, one of my classmates walked out the kitchen with my order and I thanked her for that before leaving the stall.
I walk around the field and finally found that b*tch- on the wedding booth, a quirk formed on my forehead and hurriedly finished my food and throw the trash on the nearest bin.
Just in time when I saw Ace getting arrested by someone from the wedding booth, I marched towards their direction and halted a few meters waiting for my presence to be noticed.
"I told you I didn't- oh my ghad-?!" Ace exclaimed when he came face to face with me, I glared at the staff first before looking back at him.
"Let him go" I said.
"Y-yes, right away miss" he panic and removed the hands cuffs on him.
"WHAT THE H*LL?! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" Mikayla burst out, wearing a white dress and a short veil, well James was right, she's up to something.
"What do you think 'you're' doing? Getting my boyfriend to a marriage booth without my permission- well even if you did ask my permission, do you think I'd let you?" I glared down at her, sorry to say but I'm taller than her.
"DJ is mine" she stated calmly and I grinned.
"Ace any response to that?" I asked without removing my sight on her.
"Not a chance" I heard him say and I laughed lightly before looking around, people started to crowd us so I need to end this as soon as possible.
"Alright, since you're not satisfied by that, then let's settle this once and for all" I started and stepped forward.
Why should I be afraid of her? I have every rights to oppose her objectives cause Ace is MINE.
"How about a contest?" She asked and she aggressively removed her veil and stepped closer to me.
"Contest you say? Are you sure about that? Maybe you'll just embarassed your family's name" I triggered her.
"I'll get to you, just wait" she pointed eagerly at me before marching away and I just gave her a shrug, I don't really care.
"Geez babe, I told you not to get down on her level, she'll just beat you with everything she got" Ace sighed and kissed my forehead, my face softened.
"Don't you believe my skills? It's just a contest, and by means of contests, I win them all, all of it" I shrugged, I don't know what will she come up to but I'm indeed looking forward to that.
"Alright, well what if she won?" He raised an eyebrow at me.
"I suggest you got me pregnant so it's still a win for me" I smirked, he blinked trice and blood suddenly scribbled down his nose.
"Oh f*ck- stop saying such bold things!" He scolded me while wiping the blood off with his handkerchief not to mention that he's clearly all red.
"Come on, I'm just kidding besides, what I meant there was an excuse, not the actually thing, now look whose thinking things here" I teased him but my happiness ended when he pulled me closer to him.
"Tease me more and I'll really get you pregnant with my child" he whispered huskily on my right ear and it was my turn to blush.
"Not fair!" I complained.
After that, Ace didn't leave my side on the whole afternoon, he also mention that my temper has gotten a lot more shorter since Mikayla set foot here and I did notice that.
So much to hide my jealousy and doubts about that girl, although I don't really want to admit it face to face, Ace probably knew that from the start.
It was 6 in the evening when today's event finished, we greeted Kyle, for winning fencing against Hilton and Golden Gates, so did Dhenzy who won bowling against, Sparthens and Golden Gates.
Our volleyball game will be held tomorrow, one match on the morning and two matches on the afternoon.
Archery, gymnast, and billiards are also schedule that day which means, I can't watch the others play because I have my own game.
"Dhenzy!" I called and throw a bottle of energy drink at her.
"Thanks Tine" she gave me a thumbs up and I wave back at her before turning to Icer.
"Hey you're in Chess right?" I asked him.
"Yeah, it's still on 2 days, so I can surely watch Sam's game tomorrow" he look over Sam who was busy with Joseph and Kiana.
"Yiee, that's so sweet" I pinched his cheek causing him to frown.
"Let go! Death, get your girlfriend away from me" he complained, since Ace is busy discussing something with his cousin, he just gave Icer a thumbs up without even glancing at us, I smirked before letting go of his cheek.
"Icer!" Sam called him.
"Yeah?" He responded before walking away from me, still holding his cheek.
After a while we decided to return to our respective buildings to retire for the day, I also need to rest early today.
Me and Annie also talked about our schedules and I was really down when our schedules didn't match up, I can't watch her gymnast and the same goes to her.
After having our dinner we walked back to our dorms and prepared for bed. I walk out the bathroom and saw Annie on her phone.
"Pierce, I'm heading to bed now, don't you dare come here" she scolded him, a smirk formed on my face, her back is facing me so it's impossible for her to notice my presence especially her 'love' is calling her.
"What?!" She suddenly exclaimed and rushed over the balcony.
Well look at that, it's like me and Ace when we just got together, I smiled and walk over my bed to fix it.
"I told you not to go here, go back now" I heard her say then it was followed by someone jumping over the balcony.
I look over to see Pierce and Annie facing each other while talking, I gently set my pillow down and walk over them.
"Knock, knock, that spot belongs to me and Ace, go find your original dating spot" I interupted them.
"That was uncool Tine" Pierce gave me a sheepish grin, I rolled my eyes while swating my hands in the air.
"Yeah, yeah, suit yourselves guys" I teased before closing the sliding door.
Time to hit the tiredness away, I yawned and laid on my bed, when my back made contact with the soft matress I immediately lost concious.
The next day, I woke up early and did a little stretching before heading towards the bathroom to freshen up, when I was done, I changed into my P.E uniform before tying up my hair.
Annie was still knocked out, good thing her gymnast is scheduled a little late compared to my game, when I made sure I didn't forgot anything, I tiptoed my way out the room and closed it carefully, trying not to wake her up.
Me, Sam and Liz met up on the cafeteria for breakfast then the rest of the girls from our team started showing up, looks like I'm not the only one who's excited about the game.
"So, we're up against Sparthens High for the first match" Ashlyn spoke.
"Yeah, I heard they have the best strategy when it comes to teamwork" Thea frowned.
"Hmm that's not a big deal, we have three smart players on our group, that would be no problem" the other said.
"Just don't make me sprint around the court too much" I informed them but they just laughed at me.
When we are done we left to prepare ourselves, the gates are now open again for the second day and we're expecting more students to arrive today.
Our co-Emprimians are also busy managing the stalls and booths good thing they are showing up a good team work to make things go smoothly according to their schedules.
But what's more busier than everyone else here are the Core Society, truth that they are outstanding students no matter what section are they in, they are really patient in everything and understanding too.
"Ladies" Troy greeted when we entered the main building to get our new jersey.
"Sup Troy?" Thea asked.
"Have you seen Sofia?" He asked and we shook our heads.
"Oh, I see. Well I'll see you girls later then, good luck on your game" he smiled and gave us a thumbs up.
"Thanks" Sam said and he gave us a thumbs up before leaving while we made our way towards the dress making room.
Our coach distributed our new jersey's then told us to head to the gym immediately to do some warm ups, of course we took it easy since we just ate our breakfast.
We still have an hour before the game starts and we took this time to think over our first strategy to get the game run smoothly in our place.
Of course, I did say that I don't want to run around the court for the entire set so I suggested to seat on the bench for the first set and observe everyone.
"Alright, I guess that's it, let's do this girls!" Ashlyn cheered and we nod.

"That's it, Belfour, you're up" coach said after seeing the gap of our score from the Sparthens'.
"Yes coach" I said and handed Liz a bottle of water.
"18-25 huh?" Sam sighed.
It was just Liz and Ashlyn who joined the game on the first set but right now, we're switching players.
"Power of 6? Not bad" Thea cracked her fingers and I grinned.
"Same routine, if you can hit it, smash it" Sam added making me laugh a little before getting on my serious mode.
Looks like they are a tough one and it also looks like I'm gonna have to sprint around the court anyways, good luck to me.

"That's my girl" Ace kissed my cheek and I smiled tiredly.
Finally, the day ended with us winning all three matches, that means, we are on the 1st place. To be honest, our opponents are hard to beat but I can say that we all did our very best on that to win.
Annie also got 1st place on her hula-hoop routine so did Sofia on her lace routine, but both of them got a few injuries after performing their best- like me.
Having Ace supporting me all the way from the gym to our building because of my sprained ankle is a total drag.
"Aren't you tired yourself?" I asked him.
"Nope" he answered.
"Pierce you can put me down now" I heard Annie said from the back.
"It's getting late already so we need to hurry up" he said and walked past us while carrying Annie on his back.
"Oh please" Ace frowned and carried me in a bridal way.
"What a drag" Icer rolled his eyes and Sam just giggled.
Days passed and there was no sight of Mikayla, it's a good thing actually but I can't help myself but to worry, maybe she's already preparing for the competition between us, but we haven't even decided on what to compete on.
Today is the awarding ceremony and it will be held on the grand stadium later this afternoon, right now, I'm stuck with my friends here in the spa, I really think we all desserve this.
"Ahh, this is life" I lifted my head a little and turn to Loraine who is laying beside me who has her head burried on the deck.
"We spent all four days walking around the academy to assist everyone, not to mention our heels" Sam added, correct!
"We should have our lunch with the others after this" Liz said with a sigh.
"We still have a couple of minutes, chill ladies" Annie hummed tiredly and I set my head back on the hole to relax my back as it get massaged.
After we were done, we change into our new uniform- the one that the Core Society would wear on special occasions, of course we are the new members of it so the 1st Card requested the dress making team to design our uniform immediately.
It is a plain black skirt with a checkered purple and violet belt (just like our ordinary skirt and tie) a white blouse then a black coat with the Core Society logo on the left part and a several badges on the right and of course the Academy's pin on the right collar of it.
Our shoes and socks are still the same anyways so that's less hassle. After changing, we exited the spa and walked out the mall, 20 minutes before lunch, I wonder where is Ace.
"Isn't that your boyfriend?" Loraine pointed at our back and we all turn around.
"Oh it's Icer" I rolled my eyes, I thought it was Ace.
"There you are" he frowned.
"What?" Sam asked.
"Nothing, it's lunch time, Death and the others are waiting at the grand hall" he told us and my phone started ringing, I fished it out my pocket and answered the call.
"Hey" I greeted.
"Little devil of mine, I know you need to relax but we're running out of time" he hummed.
"Yeah, we're on our way" I chuckled.
"You are? That's great, also tell Xiena that Pierce is not around" he scoffed.
"Okay, I'll see you later" I smiled before hanging up.
"Annie, Ace said that Pierce is not with them" I told her.
"Yeah, he said he's not feeling well today so I'll go check up on him and I'll just meet you guys afterwards" she explained before running off.
"The uniform suits you very much" Icer suddenly complimented.
"Is it? The coat is kinda heavy because of these pins" Sam complained.
"We only wear that on every special occasion, it's not daily anyways" Icer said and I kept my distance from the two to join Liz and Loraine.
When we got to the grand hall, Ace immediately pulled the chair next to him so I can sit on it.
He also have my lunch ready so all that's left to do is to eat, we finished our lunch in a short time and headed directly to the stadium for the awarding ceremony.
As usual, we are on the grand deck and I was seated next to Ace, Pierce and Annie also came a few minutes after we had settled down, Pierce look so pale and I feel like he's about pass out anytime soon, good thing Annie is keeping him assisted.
"You shouldn't bother going here, you need to rest" Icer scolded him.
"I want to get my award Ice, stop acting like my mom" Pierce grinned leaving Icer a deep sigh as a response.
"Hey Tine, let's meet up with the rest of the girls" Thea suddenly tap my shoulder.
"Now?" I asked and look over Sam and Liz who was about to stand up.
"Althea..." Ace warned her.
"Aish! You know I hate being the center of attraction" his cousin frowned.
"It's okay Death, you girls go" Icer said and Sam grinned.
"Thanks Ice, I'll see you later" I pinched Ace's cheek.
"Yeah, have fun" he chuckled and kissed the back of my palm before letting me go to follow the rest of the girls.
The six of us chose to sit with the rest of the team down the front row seats where our coach was also seated.
After a few moments, the ceremony has started. The ceremony was led by every sports intel of all five academy's, the first awardees to be called was on the category of solo sport, then the duo and lastly, the group.
"For the male basketball, first place goes to- Emprium Academy!"
I gradually clapped my hands when their whole team walked up the stage to receive their award, I'm really confident that they'll win, cause why not? Our Academy isn't called the power school for nothing.
I smiled at Ace and he only responded with a smirk before walking down the stage, I silently followed him off the stage with my eyes before looking over towards where Mikayla is- where is she?
I quickly look back at Ace and she was already there handing him a little box wrapped in a green ribbon, I wasn't able to see what happened next when we got called on to the stage, I stood up together with my group and walked on the stage.
Ashlyn took a hold of the trophey while I hold the flowers that was given to us and bowed my head slightly to accept the gold medal from them.
After a few pictures on the stage, we walked down the stage and waited patiently for the others to finish taking their awards.
"And that ends our 56th Sports Festival awarding ceremony, have a great day everyone and look forward to the party later" Joseph said and everyone started to leave the stadium.
"Congrats" I nudged Annie, she chuckled.
"You too" she grinned then turn to Pierce.
"Come on, I'll take you back to rest" she said.
"Okay, I'll see you guys later" Pierce waved at us and we nod.
"Congratulations" someone whispered on my ear and I immediately turn around to see Cayden with a few of his classmates I suppose.
"Oh it's you, congratulations to you too" I pat his shoulder.
"Tine, let's take a picture on the stage with the Core Society" Kiana called me.
"I didn't know you're part of the power group" Cayden chuckled.
I rolled my eyes at him. "Stop reminding me that, I'm way far from your expectations" I told him honestly.
"Tine!" The girls called.
"I know! Well see ya around" I waved at him before rushing over to the group.
"Let's do something unique" Ace grinned at me when I stepped up the stage.
"Sure, carry me" I chuckled, he then lowered his back for me to climb up, a little careful cause I'm wearing a skirt.
"These two" Icer sneered while wrapping his arms around Sam, she just frowned at us but didn't really actually care.
"Alright, 3, 2, 1!"
We all posed while flexing our awards then the camera flashed to capture our image then Ace carefully set me back to my feet immediately.
"I'm so proud of you" he smiled, I blushed.
"Thanks, you did great too" I grinned and eyed someone from a distance and smirked before looking at Ace and pulled his tie down to kiss him.
"Aish! Get a room Death!" Sofia exclaimed and laughter filled the background.
I smiled secretly before letting go of him and turn to our friends, Liz smirked at me and Zen was still laughing beside her, same with the others.
Lucas and Kyle even ended up laying on the floor for that, these guys sure know how to tease us. After a few moments we decided to leave the stadium as well.
Me and Ace separated from the group and just walked around silently, I don't really mind cause this is our comfort time when we're alone together.
"What did Mikayla handed you earlier?" I asked him suddenly.
"Just a keychain" he boredly said and handed me the box.
I snatch it from his hand and opened the box, it was a dream catcher keychain with a green feather attach to it, it's cute to be honest but the person who gave it was not.
I sighed and set it back to the box before returning it to Ace, he took it and my eyes widened when he left it on the bench we just passed on, I stop on my tracks and look at him then to the box.
"I don't like it, actually I don't like anything from her" he look back at me with a little smile, I nod my head before catching up with him.
He then took my hand and interwinded our fingers together making me smile and look up to him, I then pressed the button on my bracelet and it glowed pink.
"Huh, looks like you're really into me" I joked and he chuckled before pressing his bracelet as well and it glowed pink like mine.
"Looks like I'm not the only one" he sarcasly siad.
"Precisely" I chirpped and he kissed my forehead.
"Don't get celebrating yet, have you forgotten our competition" I frown lefy my lips when i saw Mikayla behind us.
"And you think I'll loose to someone who's in the lowest section like you?" I let go of Ace's hand to fold my arms over my chest.
"Oh we'll know it soon enough, I've already decided the competition" she confidently said.
"And that is?" I questioned.
"To the Academy's kitchen" she comanded and I eyed her seriously.
"You're on"
